Every time a call gets parked via a desk phone, it causes a notification alert (sound) in the RingCentral PC app to go off. It appears to be tied to the "Direct messages" notification sound. When I change the direct messages notification sound, it also changes the parked call notification to match that sound, which is really annoying as I think I'm receiving a direct message every time someone parks a call. I would like to be able to adjust the Call Park notification sound via its own setting without effecting the Direct messages sound. Ideally, I would like to be able to turn the park notification off all together, but keep the direct message notifications on.

It seems that some updates have been pushed out recently regarding the Hubspot/RingCentral connection. Anyone have any kind of documentation on best practices for setup? I like how they moved the dialing window to be housed within RingCentral directly but our teams are encountering what seems to be a lot of bugs. Can anyone help? Also looking for some kind of documentation on what has been updated in the latest release.

Our team members, using both iPhones and Androids, keep accidentally hanging up calls with their cheeks. Since this happens across both device types, I don’t think it’s a proximity sensor issue.Does anyone have suggestions on how to prevent this?Thanks!

I’m on my 7th go round on this.  My latest message is now:  Insufficient detail provided for Consent section when opt-in consent occurs outside of websiteCan anyone please provide some insight on what this means?  Is this a matter of adding another line to a privacy policy?  We dont use texting for marketing or cold reaching out.  This has been a nightmare without guidance.

We use the RingCX progressive dialer. I've uploaded a list of contacts for our agents to call. How can I export or download a list of contacts completed or not completed by our agents?

When using RingCentral add in to Pipe drive I am able to see when we make calls out in the log. However when we have incoming calls it is not showing up in the log.

My users are having trouble sending attachments. They don’t receive any warning about attachment size (and the file is only a small image). The text of the message goes through just fine, but the attachment seems to disappear. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Is there a way to bulk delete text messages?In the old windows app, you could select multiple threads and delete them all at once. Now you have to go through and delete one by one. I send/receive hundreds of texts per day so it takes a lot of time to clean out my inbox.

TCR registration stuck in "review in progess" since 3 weekHave raised numerous tickets, called, and got helped with guidelines, updated everything.But the status of the two numbers we submitted for registration stuck in “review in progress” please help me before next bill cuz i am paying for sms bundle pack also from 2 month with out any use of it this 27 march i have next bill,  please let me know what should i do cancel my account? I see that the Cisco ATA 191 has 2 phone ports on it but only 1 seems to work.  Can they be configured to support 2 phones being plugged in.  They could share the same phone number.  This would be important if I had both fax and phone in the same location.

We are an existing user of RingCentral and seem to have outgrown the system in it’s current set up.  I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with technicians and am not making much headway.  I need  more advanced support that can explore options.  I believe what we are trying to accomplish is fairly straightforward and not uncommon but can’t seem to move the ball forward.  Any suggestions on contacts would be greatly appreciated. 

We’ve been using RingCentral for over 10 years, and while they haven’t been completely bug-free, we were generally satisfied with their service. However, the past year has been a nightmare as we’ve been trying to complete our TCR registration.We already have a successfully registered TCR brand through Twilio, where we send automated texts without any issues. However, with RingCentral, we’ve applied for TCR registration more than eight+ times and have been repeatedly denied. Each time we’re denied (for different reasons every time), we have to pay to resubmit and wait about 15 days for the outcome.Every time we reach out to RingCentral support, an agent advises us on what changes to make, assuring us that the revised application is compliant and will be approved. Yet, without fail, it gets denied again. Even more frustrating is that the reasons for rejection often involve new issues that were never flagged before, forci
