Hi. In the USER ADMIN section of the portal, I can select a list of users with extensions, for example, and click 'download' to get an excel record. There does not seem to be a similar 'download' option within the PHONES / USER PHONES section.Is that a limitation of the system or something to do with my level of access?I am trying to perform some analysis and could really do with a download option.

How do I set it so ALL of our incoming SMS notify ONE email address? Our MAIN line will NOT notify anyone but the admin email.

I’m looking for a way to setup after hours notification when a voice mail is left in our Emergency after hours Mail box.The method can be calling cell numbers or SMS and the first tech to answer the call turns the feature off. 

Hi team,  I have been unable to submit a support case for about a month now, as I keep getting the error message “Sorry an error occurred while submitting your case” every time I try to submit one.  I have cleared my browser’s cache, used incognito, tried other device but issue persists.  Regards,Ryan 

All morning clients have been getting a "we're sorry all circuits are busy" error on the dial box.It seems to be a RingCentral issue and I can't figure out how to fix this since there is no real person to talk to on RingCentral's customer service.

TCR registration stuck in "review in progess" since 25 Jul 2024Have raised numerous tickets, called, and got helped with guidelines, updated everything.But the status of the two numbers we submitted for registration stuck in “review in progress” since Jul 25, until this day. No RC support ever gets back to us on what happens. Now that it just stuck there, we do not know what else to do or if there’s anything we need to update or change to get it approved.   Called - say would update, no update for almost 2 weeks. Raise Chats  - 3-4 times, also no updates, not even email to say somethingcase portals - recorded with all my cases, 3-4 of them, escalated even, no updates or responses ever.  ???? should i delete my submisisons and resubmit?  

Is there a way to create a log in for a receptionist, who will answer Main Number only, without having to add a new number?We are just wanting to allow them the capability to answer the main calls, but not have access to our extension or chat. Anyone has any insight into how we can manage this, without adding a number for them?

I inherited Ring Central and still going through online training. I have a Yealing SIP-T33G phone that is displaying PU-rmvd on the display after restarting.Whe you try and make a call it comes back and says to restart the phone and try again.What does PU-rmvd mean and what need to take place to resolve?Thanks...

I use it as a “land line” of sorts and don't need 2 extensions for offices beside each other. I just want both office phones to ring if someone calls the toll free number.  the only reason I want a voip style phone is to track who calls the office and to forward call to my cell if im not at the office. 

I bought a Cisco Cp-8841 PCC SIP phone. After connecting ethernet cable and Powering on, phone goes through initialization and then asks for an Activation Code - where do I get this code?

I would like to find out when my techs are logged in during the day to the queue and when they are not. This would be helpful in determining when we miss calls if anyone was in the queue at that time or not.

I’m new to using Business Analytics. Is there a way to get the incoming call details for a queue or a person? MY manager would like stats showing the calls coming in to each queue and, at a minimum, where those calls are coming from. We’re a bank, so the calls would be coming from many different branches and departments within the bank. Some numbers are set up as “Teller Line (branch name)” whereas others are a person’s name because they’re a manager or from a department. 

The PC time says 5:00PM. However, when we log off our phone system (RC CC), it states a different time. 4:58PM or something other than what the PC time shows.My question is, what does Ring Central CC sync to? Where is this time displayed? 

Is there a way we can run a report to get a breakdown of minutes used by phone number particularly our toll-free numbers. 

I see that this is possible but have been unable to figure out how to assign separate extensions to 3 W59R handsets all connected to one base.

What I’m trying to do is enable call recording 15 seconds after the call starts.I can detect calls via webhooks but to test this I’m only needing to use 3 API’s through my application as below -Only for testing - https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/{my extension id)/active-calls This returns the telephonySessionId of my test call. I then pass in session id into https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions/{sessionid} - which returns the "parties" array so I can get the Id’s. I then POST to https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions/{sessionid}/parties/{partyid}/recordings is meant to turn on the recording for the call but I’m getting the below error. We have found an issue where we can no longer log into the Yealink desk phones from the phone interface for advanced settings, it gives an invalid password message, but that same password works on the web interface. We are using the normal admn…pwd password.  This is happening for all Yealink phones from RingCentral after the phone connects and is online.   Has anyone else encountered this issue?

The user initiates a phone call.2. I receive a call notification via webhook — this part is working perfectly.3. I then need to programmatically answer the call using the /restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/call-control/{session_id}/answer endpoint.  The issue is with Step 3. Despite successfully receiving the call notification, I'm unable to answer the call through this endpoint. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Verified that I’m using the correct `session_id` from the webhook payload. Confirmed that my access token has the necessary permissions. I used to be able to select one of my other recently used status messages to update my status message and it would change it successfully. However, over the last few weeks, this hasn't worked for me as well as other members of my team. If you select a recently used status, the window closes and it says "Status updated" at the top of the RingCentral window. However, it still has the old status message. The only way to get the status to update is to click the X icon next to it to clear it, then type a new one or select a recent one after clearing it. It adds a step and has made it difficult for my team to keep our statuses accurate because we think it's updating, but it's not. As a remote team, this is a problem. I'm hoping this can be fixed and am wondering if it’s impacting anyone else? I tried submitting a case 2 times and both said they couldn’t be submitted.
