Hi,We run an outbound call-centre and currently have a wallboard showing number of outbound calls + outbound talk time in one widget, and then another widget alongside this which shows current status (on a call, DND, available etc). What I would like to do is swap this secondary widget showing the status for one showing who has been idle for the longest - is this a possibility?Thanks

Hi. I am currently working on an app that will reassign phone numbers of our employees. I am using this call https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/extension/extensionId/phone-number. When I do, I get not only the numbers assigned to the extensions but others including “the features and company-level numbers that may be used when performing different operations on behalf of this extension” I just want numbers assigned directly to the extension. I’ve tried changing the parameters but “usage” and “type” but those are independent of this and do not help. Is there a way I can get this information?

Recently set up Poly Studio x52, the device works great for a few days and then the mic and camera go offline. RingCentral app doesn't see the mic or camera on Admin portal. I have opened a ticket with HP and sent them logs however, I wonder if anyone on here has had the issue. The device works with other platforms just fine. (I.E. Is there an API call to update a group to send all calls to an extensions?  I know you can do this in the web interface, but we are looking for a way to do it from the api (SDK)

Could anyone explain why the new RC Deployment Tool is version specific? If its function is just to check the web for a newer version and update the RC App shouldn't it be completely separate and not include a version of the app?The FAQ for the Deployment Tool says that while the app stays current through automatic updates, the tool itself needs to be updated every quarter? We’re already updating RC about once a quarter now so this is not really an improvement.The tool should be separate so that updating it does not impact the user and does not depend on being able to force RC to close.

Hi there,  I was wondering if anyone knew the best way to deal with faxes when users leave the company? We usually disable the account but there are providers that might fax a departed employee’s number and receive an error. Wondering what the best path would be to get the provider to automatically fax forward to our main line instead or has anyone else set up some system they want to share? 

Is there a way to confirm that a report connected to a subscription has been sent? I just recently figured out how to use these subscriptions and I believe they’re working. I’d like to confirm that the seven subscriptions to six different departments are, in fact, being sent by RC. Is there any way to check that in Analytics, short of asking the six recipients?

I'm trying to delete a user in RingCentral (through the Admin Portal). I keep getting the message: "The user is integrated with your Directory System and cannot be deleted. Please delete the user in your directory system." The user has been removed in AAD. Does anyone know how to remove him from RingCentral?

 Our agents are trying to decline a call while it is ringing at the chrome extension however feature does not work. Do we need to turn this on ? if so how would i do that 

Hello All,I am using Ring central CTI in the salesforce.I configured the all the thing using Ring Central Setup Guide.After adding a lead into cadence When I am going to place an Outbound call from Work Queue, and create a log from Dialer the lead is not moving in the next Cadence Step.But if i am saving a call log from the Global action of log a call which is opens when placing an outbound call then the lead is moving into the next cadence  Step. Why it is not working from the dialer. 

  does anybody know how to get a T46S YEALINK phone system to recieve and make phone calls after the ring central app has been upgraded 

Currently our calls are recorded in Mono and we where wondering if they could be done in stereo instead. 

I purchase the Yealink W79p with 1 phone and I purchased 2 extra phones. I can get them registered to the base but cannot get them provisioned enough though I am following the instructions to the T. I reset the base and phones to their factory settings, the I followed the instructions for auto provisioning. They have also been updated with the latest firmware. I am at a lose. I even tried manually provisioning and at least that gave me a green status on one of my lines in the admin portal but the provision still failed on the phones.

When I try to submit a new support case at https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case.html, I am presented with the following browser notification:Now, I am a super admin, so a lack of permissions is unlikely to be the cause. When closing the notification, the form appears and I can fill it out. Yet when finally submitting the form, another notification “Something went wrong. Please reload the page or try again later.” appears.The error has been persisting over the last two days. All users are on windows 10, primarily using Salesforce Browser to make calls. One user only has an issue where at the beginning of the call, the volume from his microphone is very quiet. After about 10 seconds, the volume jumps up to a normal volume.Issue persists on two different computers, different manufacturers, different sound chipsets.Have tried 3 different headsets, latest one an RC recommended one.Issue has happened on 4 different ISPs and Wifi locations.Settings for 'communications' under sound is set to 'do nothing'Switching calls between rc phone and rc app causes the issue to restart.Microphone Gain is set to +6DB and stays there. We wish to test inbound and outbound call recording to/from an external US number.1st problem: the instructions on the right to use Cmd + F2 do not work. So we must use the webapp to make calls. We can live with that. But dialing out to an external number fails.This gives the helpful error:"Sorry, you can only make calls to your colleagues’ extensions. To make external calls, contact your company admin."I cannot find a way to configure the user to make external calls? This user is assigned a number.2nd problem: to test inbound calls, we have setup a forward to an external number. This works, but there is nowhere in our settings to record calls automatically. Since the RC Desktop App does not let us login we cannot see the inbound call anywhere to do this adhoc either.Please provide clear step by step instructions on how to configure these scenario
