We would like to have a secondary disposition tab linked to the level one disposition tab when a call ends. The idea is to allow the level one disposition to be identified to the service area the call pertained to.

Does it matter that Malwarebytes Premium (MBAM) is blocking a feature of RingCentral App during load? Hello to the RC programming staff...While attempting to see if there was a role that would NOT show the 'pause' button during calls - since staff should not have the option to stop recording, I saw that there was a checkbox for Premium calling.Since staff shouldn't be calling 900 numbers, I took the check out and scrolled down to save.Got a call a few minutes later that staff weren't able to make local calls.Imagine my surprise when I went back into Roles to find out that the 'Domestic' was unchecked. I quickly put it back in and saved... and everything was right in the universe once more.Curious... I went back in (and was paying a little more attention this time) unchecked Premium and [poof] the Domestic check also was taken out.Why?Logically, these are two different categories. We have created an app 'Webhook Notifications with JWT' for missed calls and voicemail notifications. We have authenticated the app using JWT auth. The subscription's ID is `8172fec1-45ed-4e20-9ca1-af577793d61b`. The delivery address in the webhook is ngrok. The webhook seems to work perfectly but then after some time it gets blacklisted. The reason is 'Webhook responses with code: [404], reason: [Not Found]'. Is there any way to check the reason behind a subscription getting blacklisted? And how do I keep my subscription from getting blacklisted?

Hello,I have an idea about what to display in the Video section of Ringcentral under "Upcoming Meetings".A lot of people use Outlook for reminders and not necessarily appointments. Some of our staff get annoyed by the notification in RingCentral as well as Outlook when they have this happen.Maybe an option could be made to only have appointment appear in "Upcoming Meetings" if a link is included in the "Location" section of the Calendar invite in Outlook.Just a thought, but would be interested in people's thoughts.Have a great day!

I have a few extensions, the main number and my personal line. both ring on my cell phone and the app. RC cannot help me to determine if the call is coming in on the main line or my personal line. I want to know if the caller is calling for me personally. This seems so simple. This is very important as we answer them differently. Anyone understand what I need?

Have been successfully issuing CallOut's from C# SDK using deviceId. Now, all of a sudden I'm getting this "resource for parameter is not found". I'm using the same deviceId as I have been. When an app calls the API and receives an HTTP status code of 429, it means their application has exceeded its assigned rate limit. Hello!Here is a situation. I currently have a fax system for our office with Biscom Fax. All of the incoming faxes will be converted to a searchable PDF file. The files will be stored on a network folder, where all of the employees can access too. Everything is pretty instantaneous. Is there a way we can do this for Ringcentral? My goal is to create a centralize fax system for all of my staffs.

The Detailed Call Log for a particular user is averaging a higher percentage of "Not Connected" calls than others on the team. What are the best reports/logs that we can look at to give us some insight? Calls are placed using the mobile app.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you,

You are receiving the EXT-467 error code when trying to update call queue via the REST API, because the currently authenticated user calling the API does not have permission to modify the call queue they are a member of. To remedy this, you need to grant members of a call queue permission to perform this action. Please do the following: 1. Login to the [RingCentral Admin Console][1] 2. How do I view who has called after hours? I want to figure out if we need to lengthen our business hours but can't find a report that shows how many/who has called after hours.

Example: Someone will be out of office; and we need for their inbound SMS text messages to forward to a different extension while they're out of office- similar to call forwarding, but for SMS.

When using RC Android app to make phone calls to answer calls, sound is not transmitted via phone's microphone. Only way for me to get the microphone to work is by switching to speaker and then switching back to microphone.I don't have this issue with any other apps on my phone. I don't know if there is any specific settings on RC. If so, I can't seem to find it. I see the microphone icon in the status bar and it shows RC has the access, so I don't think it's a permission issue.Has anyone seen this? It's annoying and potentially have privacy issues.I'm using Pixel 6, Android 13. I also tried reinstalling the app.

The original ordering form is very long and would use up the SMS character limit.However, the shortened link is being blocked. We are very experienced in Ring Central and networking.. but we are not coders.We have a large customer ( in excess of 600 users) that wants to develop integrations between Ring Central and their CRM and centralized reporting software.When approaching the software groups.. they don't seem interested in development , claiming they don't know anything about Ring Central's APII'm confident if we could partner with an experienced Ring Central developer we could push this process along but, I don't know where to start to find that talent.

Like the title says, Control + V pasting no longer works. I can paste without formatting, but that defeats the purpose as I need it formatted. In the previous version, RingCentral would allow control v to paste as is and I'd have to do very little formatting to my bulleted list. Now, when hit control v it does nothing. However, when I paste without formatting, it pastes the bulleted list, but without any formatting, which is a total mess and defeats the purpose entirely because I have to basically type it from scratch. Please put it back the way it was.
