When attempting to call https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v2/accounts/~/licenses in Postman, I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error with no additional error detail

Creating the Ann-only ext is trivial enough, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting this extension available to the department who needs to use and update the announcement.I added the user's email. The user has a regular RC account. He can log into the Ann-only line ONCE when the line is created and needs activated, but then never sees it again in his regular account. Shouldn't it show up as a drop-down, similar to call queue management?

Why are some cases being closed due to "customer no response" when I have been responding via email and/or waiting for updates from the support staff. This is extremely frustrating when I am assuming a case is being worked on only to receive an email saying it was closed due to no response.

I am working on doing some testing with the api sdk provided by ringcentral, and I would like to create some new users and or numbers in ring central to verify, but it says there is a cost associated with it on the portal. I received a call from someone saying they are from Microsoft Dynamics. Which was an expected call. When I called them back using the number they provided and that was on the Caller ID the hold music and announcement is the default from RingCentral. I'm sure Microsoft would use their own Teams phone system for call and not RingCentral.

Already googled this and the only page I can find is this one (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Phone-Adding-New-Ringtone.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_Phone&language=en_US), but it doesn't line up to the Windows Desktop App, there is no option to add a ringtone. I find all of the built in ringtones so jarring and would like to add a new one.
