Hello, The outgoing and incoming calls are not logging into salesforce accounts, it keeps breaking even though the auto-log call is enabled. Need Help asap! Thanks

We are unable to add guest member (contacts not inside the company) to any team/thread. We're able to do this before Christmas holiday but we can't seem to do this since this morning. We have tried the RingCentral Classic App, the new Unified App and the Mobile Phone App. The add member button is there but it's not doing anything or not doing further actions when being pressed.

Hi all,I have a couple of users (WFH - Different ISP's/houses/regions) having a strange issue with RingCentral.As long as the call is an outbound call, everything works fine, from both Jabar headset and directly from the laptop. However, if the call is an incoming one, both sides cannot hear each other anymore when using the headset. If using laptop mic and sound, this works fine.- Tried to uninstall RingCentral and install the latest version, issue persists.- Tried to play around with the RC settings "Audio sources" - still no success. - Tried also to download the latest Jabra application for the option in RC of "Headset support" - issue persists.I am kind of out of ides and was wondering if anyone else might have the same issue and can suggest anything please.Thanks

ive had several customers tell me the fax number is not working.....It doesn't even ring that a call is coming in....

Customer would like to have a feature where a second email notification to be sent on a delay to another email address. Would prefer this email to be sent during off hours to an alternate address.

I am worried that it is going to be confusing for our users to get messages via SMS as well as from the "Messages" section of the latest version of the RingCentral app. Once the HUD is enabled and we can use a hotkey to dial a number highlighted in a separate program, we'd like to migrate our users to the new app, but this is going to be confusing for them to get messages in two different spots from the same individual (not to mention email being another one).How are other organizations handling this? It'd be nice to simply disable the "Messages" section, since our customers will continue to use SMS for getting in touch.

Starting on 1/8/21 all 7 of my Yealink T46S phones will intermittently all lose registration. I have a ticket open with RingCentral support, and they just keep saying it isn't on their side and just keep pointing me to the network requirements documentation (https://support.ringcentral.com/article/9233.html). We have implement all of the recommendations but we are still having the issues.Here are the details. If we happen to be on a call when the issue happens, we can hear the caller, but they can not hear us. Then after about 30 seconds, the call will drop and all the phones will go to a "No Service" "No Registration" status. During this time, we are able to browse any web pages, we can ping sip.ringcentral.com and tracert

When will switch device be available in RingCentral app for PC?

Our corporate contact list has extension numbers, some are 4 digit and some 8 digit. There is no column in the CSV file for extension numbers. When I try to use the other phone numbers such as business or home with a 4 digit, the formatting is wrong. Can this be set up for a column in the CSV file?

I am migrating from AT&T Collaborate to Office@Hand. I have an analog conference phone and a fax line going to my Kyocera MFD. Both were tied to a single obi302, one on each analog port. How can I recreate the same situation under RingCentral. It is only allowing me to assign the single device to one number at a time. I don't want to have to spend $$$ for another conference phone.

Hello,One of my user's has an odd problem. Let's short cut this by saying that I've reproduced the same issue on multiple computers in multiple locations with multiple web browsers. This issue only happens with one user. Others are not affected.Here's what happens:1. Login to app.ringcentral.com2. Click Messages on the left.3. Browser freezes and tab consumes memory until the browser crashes or you force close.I suspect what's happening is that his Messages has a bunch of users that are no longer with the organization. Also, I notice there are two "Law Clerk" users listed on the left. The bottom one is always selected and the browser freezes before I can do anything else. If I stay out of Messages, everything works fine.Here are my questions:1. Is there a way to clear out the profile for the web apps, at least so that the default conversation is not this poten

Just wondering if there are most plans to add additional headsets as compatible in terms of "remote answering" - aka able to use the buttons/functions of the headset to answer/disconnect calls, hold, mute, etc. Not every small business can afford the headsets that are currently compatible with this feature and may want to use what they have on hand. They do connect to the RC app...but the ability to answer/hang up without doing it on the app kind of defeats the purpose of the mobility of the headset.Thank you!

Hello, We are using a Polycom ATA connected to a MFP, we can fax from the MFP to a RC end-user, as well as to a traditional fax machine. Our ATA is configured on a limited license. When faxing to this ATA from either RC end-user or a traditional fax machine the MFP never receives incoming fax…receive confirmation that fax has been sent from sending device. When direct number is dialed, we can hear the fax tone. When a POTS line is connected to MFP works fine…All thoughts welcome, Thanks in advance!!

Hello...I am a nurse for the EMERGENCY line for Poison Control There are 4 of us working today. For the past several days, RC has not been functioning properly. The calls come in, ring x 2 and drop off if not picked up on the second ring....please help.

Since Monday, I have been unable to dial out to certain countries (Germany) from my Ringcentral phone. Is anyone else having this issue? This has been escalated in their tech support (Level 2), but still no progress. They said this is a problem with agreements with certain countries' phone companies.I have already checked and reset all of the admin settings for international calling permissions, so that didn't seem to help.Thanks for your input.

Calls not connecting in car when car is using phone as media sourceandroid Note 10, blue tooth to Ford F150, when truck is using audio source set to phone, the call will come through, and ring, but if I hit connect on either phone or car display the call drops.IF i have media source on the truck set to radio, the call will come in, and be displayed, but when I connect it comes through fine over truck blue tooth.

The soft phone rings and then hangs up before I can answer it.

How do I do the prompts for when someone calls my business? Like "Press 1 for... Press 2 for..."

Can we add the ability to respond to tasks in the new Version of GLIP? This is something our team of over 100 employees needs access to in order for us to switch over. The classic version allows us to do this so im not sure why its not been added to the New Version.Why is this important? Well lets say in a given thread there are 5 tasks created by 5 different users and I go in to ask for more information on a task, If I post it in the same tread it will confuse the users of which tread I am talking about. This feature is ESSENTIAL for our success with the app. Other than this we LOVE the new Glip App.

Good morning.We have a new health record that allows the efaxes to go directly in to the patients charts. is it possible to have an efax number forwarded to an outside fax number?

Posting in behalf of customer:Requesting to implement a feature where 'if' a client send an SMS to an account with SMS feature disabled, they will receive an automated response ie: "this is a landline phone and cannot accept text messages"

I was told back in July that Call Queues would eventually be able to route calls to another extension. They said it was on the "road map". Any updates on this as this feature would really benefit our company. Thanks!

Can we drag and drop an attachment when faxing in the new desktop app?

I have been trying again and again to add our new team member in our group but I am unable to do so. I tried adding another person and she was added but our team member cannot be added. The add members button just stops working. Please help me with this ASAP.
