Anyone have any experience with Ring Central App on a Android like Galaxy Tab only using WiFi or other reccomendation for a mobile type device in a building/office ?

Is there any way to increase the simultaneus ring menbers in a call Queue?

It is INCREDIBLY frustrating to constantly talk over my clients, or them over me, because of the horrible delay in hearing each other! I used to make calls directly from my phone's app. To avoid the delay, I though I'd try make calls through my back office (i.e. having the number dial my cell phone from my laptop)Still a delay. A "network issue' does not sound like my problem. Any suggestions, one way or the other, of how to rectify this problem? I have a Samsung Note 4, and my servicer is T-Mobile.

I have been facing problems with RC Phone app desktop. Some times when I accept calls, caller can not hear me but I can hear them loud and clear. Some time I can the caller but my voice doesn't go out. I tested today with Glipp app and its working just fine but with RC Phone my voice was going out but I couldn't hear the caller.

My texting on the desktop application working intermittently today. Any suggestions? Not working now - or a few hours ago - was working in the interim though. Frustrating!

Hey Everyone!IT Guy here who has a client who uses this app at the request of some of their clients. My client's integrated WebCam will not work within RingCentral and RingCentral only. It works just fine in Teams and the Camera App within Windows 10. I've followed the basic troubleshooting steps and I see the settings within the app are correct as well. Is my only other option to reinstall the application?

Our admin has setup two of us in the call queue for our main company phone number (404) 000-0000. When a call comes through to that main number, my RC app does not ring. If a call comes in to my direct number (404) 111-1111, however, it does ring.I'm logged into the app with my personal login. My toggle is on to accept queue calls & data (voip) calling.Why would the app not be ringing?

Is anyone else getting a ton of phone calls where you can't hear anyone? I get about 5 calls a day like this. Is this a sales call? Or is there something wrong with my line?

We have dozens of users using the iOS app and we have found that it doesn't ring the app consistently. Some users with deskphones report that sometimes it rings their app as well and sometimes it does not. We know the users are setup correctly because at times it will work correctly. I have seen on my app that it will never ring, but immediately popup a message that a call was missed. I don't think reinstalling the app would help because it is affecting so many users. We have a mixture of carriers (Verizon and AT&T) and the problem isn't isolated to when the device is on Wifi or on cellular network. One user actually has a iPad and iPhone that both have the app and they informed me that sometimes it rings one and not the other. In some cases it will ring them simultaneously as we would expect. So it is an intermittent problem.

I have a soft phone and since yesterday all calls are going straight to voicemail. I've checked my settings and they are correct. So not sure what is going on.

User1 is on vacation, I forward phone to User2. User2 doesn't answer, voicemail defaults back to User1. How can I default to User2?

We have about 30 numbers on our account. We would like to disable the SMS feature for certain numbers on our account. We do not want to receive SMS messages to certain numbers where there isn't anyone to answer.

I have been on the phone with the supposed Glip support for 2 hours only to find out that Glip is not supported unless you have a Ring Central Account and to contact Glip support, which is Ring Central - What is up with that? I really don't need a Ring Central account so how do you get support (and please don't tell me to contact the number - be there done that)

I've been using ring 4 years with no problem in the US. Recently the app on my verizon iphone 6 doesn't ring on incoming calls consistently. Used to run flawlessly with no problem.As of about 2 weeks ago incoming calls ring maybe 30% of the time. Reinstalled the app 3-4 times. Rebooted phone 3-4 times. Phone is running ios 10.3.1. App is up to date. On wifi or 3g/4g/lte doesn't matter. Checked all the settings. An employee on att is having a similar problem. Anyone else seeing this behavior? Is there a fix?We checked the ring settings, notify/ring softphone/apps with 0 delay. Like we've always set it. Nothing has changed. Please help.

On the Glip app, you can set custom away status messages. Is there any way to delete ones that are no longer in use? or do they stay there forever?

The headset I am using for the softphone app is picking up a ton of background noise and I can't seem to get it resolved. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.

Does GLIP have a self option of reactivating a deactivated user?

I might be missing something but for the life of me, I am unable to call out using the Site Number. I can call out using the full account number but when I have users setup with Multi-Site and want users from site Boise for example to use a Boise assigned site number, and users from Tampa to use a Tampa assigned site number it won't let me. All I see is the general account main number which I do not want to use. Am I crazy or am I missing something?

We are having an issue where someone answers a call - but it shows as missed for the other team members. Any ideas? Perhaps a missed setting?

In call recordings, I noticed that one of my calls stopped recording prematurely. The call lasted over five minutes, but RC only provides a little over 30 seconds of the recording. I have been escalated to Tier 2 by RC and am awaiting a response. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi,I can't manage to Log In using my App on my phone, to be abble to receive work calls on my phone. I tried logging with the Express way, but when I open the link in the email I receive, it just loads with never bringing me to any website/page. And if I try to connect manually, it says that I have an authentification error.But I am abble to connect on my laptop with Google Chrome. So I know all my info to log in.The Facebook chat didn't want to help me with this one. And I tried to sent a Ticket, but I can't log in on the support website for the same error.I need this for work.Also, it used to work on my previous phone. I've changed of phone and now it doesn't want to work.I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.Thanks.

I am logged into my account online & I can't find text messages anywhere. I have both sent & received text messages via RingCentral. I see the "Messages" area where I can listen to voicemail & view incoming faxes. I cannot find text messages anywhere. I can view them in the app, but not while logged in on the website. HELP! Thanks!
