Dear Team,I am writing to find if there is a way to Bulk Delete Old/Completed Tasks in Glip?There are several tasks since 2016 in our Glip and when we try to see the Completed Tasks, it keeps hanging.is there a way we can see them month by month to limit the list so that it can load easily without hanging plus delete them or archive them in bulk?Any helpful response will be highly appreciated.Best Regards,Syed H | My Job Portal

US account; Latest software version; Same behavior on web app and Windows app; Super Admin loginIt seems like a while back any images, like JPGs, I attached to a message, task, reply, etc used to fully display along with the link. Now, that only seems to be the case in teams. What happened to that ability everywhere else? It is really counter-productive to have to click on a link one or twice to have it then load in a browser. Even then, it doesn't allow for the display of multiple images by arrowing through like is the norm in browsers or other image display apps. No, you have to exit back out and click the next link. Is there a problem? Was that functionality deleted in some update (haven't used RC Glip in a while, but getting back into it)? What am I missing?

Are there any known issues causing voicemail playback to freeze/stop on the RC app for iPhone? I have a client on RingCentral and they say that all users with an iPhone, about 8 people, are having the same issue. I will make sure they all check for the latest version, but is it known that this will fix it or could there be something else going on? Their iPhones are not company provided.

DAILY ENTER MY RINGCENTRAL SYSTEM APPROXIMATELY 15 CALLS THAT IN ANSWER ARE TELEPHONES DISCONNECTED. MANY OF THESE NUMBERS WHEN BEING ANSWERED DIRECTLY THE SOUND IS HEARD AS A FAX. THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME SINCE APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR, I HAVE CALLED COSTOMER SERVICES BUT THE PERSONS WHO ANSWERED DO NOT KNOW OR DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM. TODAY THEY HAVE CALLED ALMOST 20 DISCONNECTED NUMBERS, CHURCHES, HOSPITALS, COLLECTIONS COMPANIES, PLEASE NEED SOMEONE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.I HAVE 8 NUMBERS 1800 WITH RINGCENTRAL AND ALL I HAVE SINCE 2008, HAVE BEEN FROM MY COMPANY FOR 10 YEARS, THEN I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW OR WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?THERE ARE EVEN CALLS THAT ARE ANSWERED AND NOBODY IS FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LINE, BUT THE LINE THAT IS LIKE IF SOMEBODY WAS SPEAKING. TODAY I HAD A CASE LIKE THIS, I HARD 51 MINUTES AND ABSOLUTELY NOBODY WAS TALKING.

I've recently started using the Android RingCentral app. Calling mode is Direct Dial, not Ring Out. I am in the UK, and both my RingCentral and mobile numbers are UK number. When I dial a UK number, the app is putting a 1 at the start of it and it sounds like it's trying to dial an international number. Dialing an internal extension is fine. I assume this is something to do with regional settings but I can't find an option to change anything that would appear to affect this. Can anyone help?

I would like to know if we can have the call routing from call queue to specific rules of an extension

We are in the process of moving to RingCentral for several of our users (new company subsidiary). We would like to be able to use 5 digit dialing to call users on old system. The old system has an auto attendant so we were hoping to be able to dial something like 2-1234 wher 2 would initiate the call to the old auto attendant and then pass the 1234 as the extension. Is this possible? Is there some other way to achieve this ?

I purchased a new cell phone. LG Stylo 5 Now after setting up the ringcentral app every call i make cuts out every other second both for me and for the customer. I am sure it is something I need to set up differently, but I have no idea which setting would cause this. I have my old device, a samsung galaxy A10e which is working perfectly, so it has to be a setting in my new phone. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I park a call to a virtual location (*8xx). The location is announced to me when I place the call in park. Let's say I forget that location. Is there a way to tell which virtual locations have calls in park?

I started testing Glip with a personal email account, and that test has been successful. I would now like to move my Glip to my new company's domain. I have a lot of conversations already, and don't want to lose that history. I have been able to update the company name, but I cannot change the email address domain.

I know the standard procedure for sending a fax from email is to add the item you want to fax to the email as an attachment, then send the email to <fax number>@rcfax.com. This works great. Now I need to send a fax via email to a fax number with an extension. For example, 212-555-1212*82. How do I email to fax to that?

HiWe have an Account type: UK - RingCentral Office 1 line Standard EditionDiverting to mobiles is no problem but we recently got a local Skype number for when we're out of the country as the cost of our mobiles out of the EU is high and thought that when we were on wifi, being able to accept calls on that would be great. But the diversion doesn't work. It either goes straight through to voicemail, jumps onto the next divert (one of our mobiles) or cuts out completely. I've done what seemed like an endless chat with first RingCentral then with Skype who each say the problem is with the other provider. Does anyone know the answer please, as to why my local Skype number won't work when used as a divert on RingCentral? Any help gratefully received!Thank you :)

How do I Port my number to a mobile carrier

2 COMPANIES WITH OVERLAPPING EMPLOYEES. I have a problem. I know RC is capable of doing this, but I don't know how to do it. I have one R.C. account, 2 companies and 2 "877" numbers. Company A has different employees than company B - EXCEPT there are two employees that are in both companies and we cannot get the IFR system to work correctly on those two employees that are in both companies. Can you PLEASE POINT ME TO A VIDEO, or an article that can help me fix this. PLEASE. R.C. technical people couldn't do it, but I know its "doable". THANKS VERY MUCH

I keep on getting an "Unknown" Status Result on my outgoing fax. My recepient says he's going to acknowledge the email once he got it but I've been trying to sit and wait to make sure it'll send for hours now but it's still the same. Tried contacting support but none can give me a definite answer. Can you guys help? I was always told that the person I am faxing don't have a fax number.

I'm trying to install the Softphone MSI via script. A helpful tip to others that might suffer this - my mac started having a continuous ringing - as if malware had affected it. The culprit ended up being the RingCentral chrome extension that once shutdown in the activity monitor, the "ringing" stopped.As long as I am at it - the plugin maintains an icon the shows on any webpage I might need to print out. I wish the development team found a better way to present the extension rather than the side webpage icon.Both make what should be an innocuous plugin into a plugin that distracts and is bothersome.

When is the new combined app for RingCentral, RingCentral Phone and RingCentral Meetings available on iOS? I understand we are to move by 2/28, but want to know when the new app comes out, please.

The Glip Meme Generator has not been working for several days now. When attempting to post a meme an error message appears: "Whoops: Sorry, but we couldn't create your meme at this time. Please try again later." The issue appears for multiple user account, but via the Glip native Mac app and the browser UI. My team leverages this feature extensively in our professional communications, and this outage has severely impacted productivity.(Account type: U.S.)

I have a US account, but will be travelling in Vietnam. I would like to be able to make and receive calls with the Ringcentral Phone (Desktop)I will NOT be getting a local SIM, nor roaming with my phone as I have a WIFI hotspot with unlimited use during the time I will be there.

I'm having trouble sending SMS. It says "message failed" or "message cannot be delivered". Does anyone know why is this happening? I need help! Please!
