When transferring a call, the receiving party is not notified when the transfer is completed. It would be nice if there was an audible beep sound to indicate that the transfer has been completed so the receiving party knows when to start talking. The transfer is so silent that the receiving party is unaware that the transfer has been completed.

Text messages are not working (inbound or outbound). For some of our numbers, when we send texts to phones within our system or to numbers outside of our organization, the texts either don't come in or we get an error message. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be that certain numbers in our system don't have the proper settings/permissions to text?

Today my outgoing sms started failing. When I send a text it looks like it is resent 2 to 5 times over and over and over but does not actually reach its destination. Every once in a while I can get a text through. This is happening both on wifi and when using mobile data. Oh, and its on the verge of making me lose sales and customers. :(

I have a user that has recently married and has changed her name. Once her name was changed in Active Directory, she has no longer been able to authenticate her Ring Central account. How do I change her name and email address without deleting her account and starting over? I've read through some of the topics on the support web page but haven't found anything yet.

I recently started upgrading my users to the new Office@hand 22.1.21.370 (Blue Icon) We just noticed that when a user is on a conference call, it doesn't allow you to hover and choose which line to hang up. In the previous version, you could hover over "Conference call" choose any participant, hang up with them and keep the other conversation going. For retail sales/nutrition questions, press 1. For wholesale accounts, press 2." I also had a greeting made for customers to hear if there's no answer after pressing 1 and another for pressing 2.I have the IVR menu set up where it directs callers to the correct extension, but if nobody answers, it keeps repeating and does not leave an option to leave a voicemail. I am migrating my aging ShoreTel system to RC and going through the onboarding process. After configuring my network switches and firewall according to the Network Requirement for Ring Central MVP, I've tried booting up my first three phones, all of which give a "No Service" warning on the display. I opened a ticket with support but only got a few suggestions before I was asked to take the phone home and try it there.The phones in question are Yealink model T42sOn the phone itself, in the status menu, the message is "Account Unregistered", and in the admin console, the icon next to the phones changed from Order in Progress to Offline, so I know the phone is communicating, at least to some degree. Does anyone know if RC has an auto-dialer for missed calls? Has anyone used their engage voice software? Any feedback, Pros, and Cons? Any 3rd-party app/vendor that will work with RC?We're looking into implementing an auto-dialer if the caller hangs up. We also wanted a call rating system after the call with our staff. Thanks.

We frequently have days were we notice that our SMS can be 1-4 hours delayed (to the recipient). On our end it says sent at the correct time, and there is NO "Message Not sent" notification. Even when we are texting other members of our team. It's of course tricky to know, logging out and logging in doesn't help, neither does a computer restart. Any thoughts?Also, we know if a sms text was "not sent'. if would be nice to get notified or for it to stand out more. If I look at my general "text" tab, the text colour is black, meaning it looks like it sent, but it's not until I click on that thread that I see the text is red with the "message not sent"

When I am using my Ringcentral desktop application, it momentarily logs and/or crashes from time to time and I am not too sure why. Has anyone else had this issue?

We have had many of our Yealink phones become unusable until they are rebooted. I am requesting an engineer to help us find out why 20 or so of our phones are doing this. The latest happened yesterday. The phones touch screen would take 20 - 30 seconds to respond to user input and the dial tone would take 30 seconds to come on once the handset or speaker option was used.

We have had some people experience an issue where they cannot log in to the Ring Central app on Chromebook. They will enter the login username but when they navigate to get the second authentication from their email, the app will either close or revert them back to the first screen to enter the login username.Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is anyone else having problems with the latest RingCentral app? For us, it started about a month or two ago. We have both inbound and outbound calling issues. Inbound there is dead air when picked up, outbound says "connecting" and never does. We have tried it on different mobile devices (Android and iOS different versions), different wifi locations, different carriers (Shaw, Bell, Rogers), different cities and still the same issue.

All i get is a red dot and no flashing or pop up messages or anything. curious why the flashing isn't happening on the app when i have it turned on within the notifications section. trying to make it easier to identify when there is an unread message.
