The Desktop application for RingCentral has issues with Windows 10 scaling.For some reason, the title bar cuts off the top row and forces me to click lower than the buttons are. It's incredibly difficult to open up my user settings because it's not even displayed.The laptops we use have high density monitors on them, so we have to scale from native 3200x1800 down to 1920x1080. Once that's done, Win10 turns on some funky scaling percentage setting that impacts application and font size. (This is most likely impacting the app - it messes with the title bars)4. The App interface appears to have changed, as I no longer see an option to select a "from" number -- in act, the entire "from" data field appears to be missing. Does anyone know of a way to have the dial by name directory in reverse order so that my boss' name can be read before his son's?

I need to set up the account so that when we send invite to the call all they need to do is click a link and it bypasses pin codes. How can we do this?

In the desktop application getting a "limit reached" error.  Using on a macbook pro with Yosemite OS.

I have successfully uploaded a list of contacts, I then created a group, but, I can not figure out how to send an SMS to the group.If I search for the group name, all of the contacts in that group show up, but, I can not send to all of them without clicking each individual member.Am I doing something wrong?

I am curious if I can add a virtual extension and tie it to a physical phone.

We have a US account with 3 users. One of our users uses the ringcentral app on her android and one client is complaining that there is a lag in conversation transmittal (he'll say something and our user doesn't hear it for a few seconds). He is the only person who has said this, and when I call the user from my Polycom phone to her ringcentral cellphone app, there is no lag. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it, or if it's even a problem on our end?

Hello,I have a Cisco SPA525G Digital Sidecar. I want to be able to add shortcuts/favorites to that so I can just hit the button and it dial the number. I want these to be other businesses and individuals I work with outside of my Company. So I do not want it to be internal.Is this possible?Thanks

Downloaded Ring app to Iphone 6s Plus. When a call comes in the caller can't hear me. I can hear them though. If I push the keypad on phone they hear that on the callers side but cannot hear my voice. Any Ideas?

Ring Central Cell phone app adds user profile pics to my phones gallery of pictures. I don't want this to happen. I keep deleting, they come back after I talk to someone through the app.

I can't seem to find a way to do a "Warm Transfer" to another employee when I receive a call. I need to be able to talk to the employee I will transfer the call to first before I actually transfer the call. On the mobile app there is no way to do this, and on the desktop app there is a button but for some reason it isn't letting me press it! Please Please let there be a warm transfer option on the mobile app and let it work on the desktop app.Thank you

Is there a way to monitor how many lines are in use and whether a customer would have received a busy signal? We have added a few new employees and suddenly we have customers indicating they are getting a busy signal when calling us. Previously we handled all calls through a couple of VoIP phones but we've recently started using desktop/smartphone apps.I don't know if this is a configuration issue, if calls are being forwarded (thus tying up an incoming and outgoing line) or something else that would account for this. It would be nice to graph how many of our lines were in use during a time period.My assumption is that an extension to extension call shouldn't use one of the main lines, right? Up until now, everyone was in the same office so we chatted in person. Now with two locations there are many internal communications being done between extensions.Thanks!--Ed

Everyday I get a number of faxes on my Ring Central phone line.  These are all SPAM.I would like to block any faxes to my mobile phoneI would like to NOT have a recorded message show up that is just a bunch of fax noises

whenever somebody trying to reach me, every time the call is directly going in voice-mail. outgoing is fine but facing problem during incoming only!! please let me know what to do???

How do I edit or delete contacts from iPhone App?  It is clear how to find or add new contacts, but I do not see how to update a number, or add a second number, or even delete a contact I no longer want.I figured out how to do it from the website version, but not from the mobile app.Thanks!

I would like to assign a different ringtone for each of the extensions that we have, so that I would know who's calling me without having to look at my phone. Is this possible??

Can someone in RingCentral please publish a list of all available switches/arguments for each RingCentral application? ie; ALLUSERS, MEETINGAUTOUPDATE, etc. Support has been unable to provide such basic information. They are also unaware of what MSI switches are. We are interested in disabling update notifications for RC Phone as well as the switches that will cleanly reinstall everything when there's a current version installed as we notice two RC Phone icons on the desktop when the installer upgrades to the latest version.

We have our auto-reception set to send calls to a group. That group is setup to present the name of the number that was dialed along with the phone number that is calling. However, there is no name showing up for our main number.When I click on the main number under "Phone Numbers" --> "Company" it doesn't give me an option to set the name for the main line. How can I have this setup?

When a call comes in and rings simultaneously on the RC Phone App and soft phone, a different pop-up shows up on the screen (different than the dialer) and all the buttons (answer, voicemail mail, etc.) buttons are disabled.

How do I assign a user to an unassinged number? It does not show up in Unassigned USER list.

On windows 7 computer, after installing the latest Ring Central Desktop, the application fail to launch. When you double click the icon to start, crash report will pop up saying, abnormal termination.Before the crash report error, I was seeing "this application failed to launch QT (blah blah, i don't remember the exact message)"Any help on this question would be nice as the application just won't launch at all to use.

My RC app never rings on my iphone when I get a call. I just get a missed call or voicemail. I have allow notifications and sounds on in my settings. Most of my colleagues that also have the app installed on their phones for work have reported the same thing and just stopped using the app.
