When will the contacts from the old RingCentral app sync to the new RingCentral app?

Poly Vxx 150 and 250 no phone manual just a quick reference guide. Trying to hook it up t my pc since I dont have a wall jack on this floor. Anyone know how to do this and update the phone date time etc? It might have been a good point to make that a wall jack or router be near by for this type of phone to be set up.

Twice in a couple weeks now, the texts I sent from the RingCentral app.glip.com page from my desktop (using a Chomebook) to my cell phone (AT&T) never went through. I rely HEAVILY on texting from my Chromebook using the app.glip.com page, and now I'm beginning to wonder if many other people are not getting my texts, also. Anyone have any suggestions?

Does anyone know whether you can create Quality of Service Reports so that you can make a subscription and prepare a daily quality of service report?Or is there a way to download the Quality of Service Report by Calls to Excel?

This is kenneth Stillwagner here and my ringcentral phone number is 1800-514-5088 and my email id is directvdealer786@gmail.com i need an old version of messages feature on ringcentral. your representative she said when you try to send to 10 receipient that will go as group message but if you send more than 11 receipient it wont go as a group it will be send individually . but i want my message to be send individually even if i am sending to more than 11 receipient thats the way i keep a track of all my customer. i dont want new version of messaging kindly do it as a old version.

My phone doesn't ring when Im logged into Salesforce Agent (Contact Center) when using the RingCentral App. It worked fine when using the RingCentral Phone app. Any ideas why?

We have several users who manage Call Queues. The only way to retrieve VoiceMail from the queue is to use the handset.How can I allow a Queue manager to access the online version of the Voicemail list for that queue?

My caller ID shows I am calling from a law office when we are not a law office. Why is it not showing my caller id name I input in ring central system instead of law office. People dont answer my calls because they see a law office phone number is calling and we are not attorneys or a law office.

I have a US account and I use the RingCentral IOS App to receive and forward faxes (about 15 - 20 times a day). When I forward faxes, I don't want a cover page (most of the faxes are sent to my own fax machine and printing a cover page is a waste of paper). The default for the cover page is "Contempo" and I have to change it every time to "None" (which is a pain in the butt). How do I set the default cover page for faxes to be "None"?

Using the latest version of the RC Phone app for Mac. Sound is poor both for people trying to hear me and vice versa. Can barely make out only a few words. Have tried low bandwidth setting; makes no difference.Anyone else experience and resolve this issue?

I've been using RingCentral for several weeks now. I noticed that incoming calls from numbers that were not in my contacts list showed up as "Unknown". When I chatted with tech support to find out why Caller ID wasn't working for incoming calls, I was told for the first time (since it doesn't appear in the "features" description) that I would have to upgrade to at least a Premium plan. This would cost me $540 a year for RingCentral to provide what the phone company already provides for free. I really don't need any of the features in the other plans, and had absolutely no idea when I signed up that Caller ID would be an upcharge.This should be a basic feature for all plans. Its lack in Essentials and Standard is inexplicable.

It has been truly impossible getting a resolution with your customer service. I have talked twice and emails are being responded after like a week. This is bad to have calling issues. I have tried to figure on my own as well.I did the test of connectivity and found the attached. I found this by researching, your customer service never asked for this. They had asked for sample calls and I had given it to them.Please find attached and help me get this sorted.

We are encountering unexpected behavior as of sometime last week (first week of June 2020) with incoming calls from Call Queues into our RingCentral mobile app for iOS. If you call a user's extension or DID directly, the app rings and the user can answer it and talk as normal. However, if the user is part of a call queue and receives an incoming call from a queue, once the user clicks the blue checkmark to accept the call, the dial-pad on the app closes and a green bar is displayed with the text "Switch call to this device." Neither party can hear each other until the user chooses to switch the call to the device. This happens with ALL users across multiple versions of the RingCentral mobile app on iOS (20.2.30.64888 and 20.2.31.65151, specifically) and no changes were made in our environment by us. We tested various settings on the app and on the server side, but it happens in all scenarios, even if you set the user's call handling to only accept calls from the mobil

In email to fax- Email signature on faxes breaks the signature images out to separate pages and adds 6 pages to the fax. One page for each image. Any way to fix this issue?

Hello, I keep getting spam faxes from a anonymous number. Is it possible to stop incoming faxes that dont have a caller id ?

Has anyone else had this issue? I have a 10 digit pin number to port a number from Google Voice (business version), but the RingCentral form for porting numbers only takes the first 8 digits. Then it rejects the port. It just does not allow you to type more digits than 8. 

I installed the new windows desktop ringcentral app. I no longer see the option to set the app to automatically start with windows. This was available in the old classic app so I'm not sure if I'm missing it somewhere or if it was deleted. This option is very useful to have.

There is a Person on my Glip that is Spaming me all the Time with messages and i can't stop it... can somebody please help me?

Hello!Is there a way to set for all of the incoming faxes in RingCentral as a searchable PDF document instead? Currently, it's just a regular PDF document. This option is extremely crucial!

In the RingCentral app (Version 20.2.30.173 Web, 20.2.30.1656 Windows; Date 2020-06-08 01:19:54), voicemails play through the same speaker as the ringer. I'd prefer either to have them play through the same speaker as voice calls, or allow me to choose.

Our company is based in California but we have 100+ of us working all over the United States and Poland). Since we all work remotely we use RingCentral during the day to see who is available for calls, online meetings, etc. Unfortunately, even though we are sitting at our desks working, Glip will timeout and go grey as if we are offline if we do not frequently click the app to 'wake it up.' Is there a way to set it to stay online unless our computers log out or shut down? It is frustrating to have to constantly click on and 'reactivate' the desktop app just to make it clear that we are available. It makes it look as if we are not working when we are if we get busy and forget to keep clicking it. If our mouse and keyboard are active the app should stay active also.

I have a call queue that all in the office are part of. I need to be able to have a direct number ring on only that phone. How do I do that?

Our company launched a new product and needed an 800 number to send/receive calls. The problem is I cannot set a Caller ID Name that shows up on a customer's phone when they are called by us.Is this possible through IVR settings or possibly another way? If this is not currently a feature in RingCentral, how can we get this implemented in the future?

We have a call queue with our entire team inside. All calls ring through the queue. But for some reason 1 of the callers were stuck on hold for 11minutes even though my team was avaliable to answer the call. Why would this happen?
