RingEX: Phone, SMS, & Fax

When I first set up the call forwarding to an external number (years ago), I was able to add 3 digit number before/after the the caller number to distinguish the call. Is this feature still available? If so, how do I add the 3-digit number?

When I click "delete team" under "Team admin setting", an error shows up and I can't delete. I'm the admin/owner and I see the option for "delete team" but it won't work. Help please?

We are in need to port out the main company number in order to accommodate some business changes. We want to change the main company number to a new or existing number in our account in order to do this and keep our existing RC account.

I'm am getting an error message "Message Not Sent" after sending text messages. We have been able to send text previously so this is a new error.

Does anyone have an issue with the app not loading the screen fully in Windows? We have reloaded from the menu bar and closed and reopened and still had the issue. If we run the app as an administrator, there is no issue. The app is up to date but we don't want to have to run the app as an admin and input creds every time we want to open the app. Any workaround?

When transferring a call, the receiving party is not notified when the transfer is completed. It would be nice if there was an audible beep sound to indicate that the transfer has been completed so the receiving party knows when to start talking. The transfer is so silent that the receiving party is unaware that the transfer has been completed.

Twice I have received an email from Ring Central stating that I'm near my monthly limit on texts. This is the actual message: Your domestic SMS usage has reached 90% of your monthly Included SMS allocation. Text messages are not working (inbound or outbound). For some of our numbers, when we send texts to phones within our system or to numbers outside of our organization, the texts either don't come in or we get an error message. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be that certain numbers in our system don't have the proper settings/permissions to text?

Today my outgoing sms started failing. When I send a text it looks like it is resent 2 to 5 times over and over and over but does not actually reach its destination. Every once in a while I can get a text through. This is happening both on wifi and when using mobile data. Oh, and its on the verge of making me lose sales and customers. :(

I need to know where I can find the call recordings knowingly that I'm on the ultimate plan and I've enabled the Automatic call recordings, can you please help me with that?

I have a user that has recently married and has changed her name. Once her name was changed in Active Directory, she has no longer been able to authenticate her Ring Central account. How do I change her name and email address without deleting her account and starting over? I've read through some of the topics on the support web page but haven't found anything yet.

I recently started upgrading my users to the new Office@hand 22.1.21.370 (Blue Icon) We just noticed that when a user is on a conference call, it doesn't allow you to hover and choose which line to hang up. In the previous version, you could hover over "Conference call" choose any participant, hang up with them and keep the other conversation going. Hey guys,I'm trying to set up my new RingCentral phone system that will be receiving calls on the IP phone.I had a company greeting made, which is your standard "thanks for calling. For retail sales/nutrition questions, press 1. For wholesale accounts, press 2." I also had a greeting made for customers to hear if there's no answer after pressing 1 and another for pressing 2.I have the IVR menu set up where it directs callers to the correct extension, but if nobody answers, it keeps repeating and does not leave an option to leave a voicemail. How do I add the option for customers to leave a message if their call is not picked up? P.S. both extensions will lead to the same receptionist, but we wanted to have two distinct options as our business is somewhat multifaceted. Hello,We have extra phones that are configured to be used in common spaces during events. They're not assigned to a specific user. How can I modify the phone display if I don't have access to the web interface? The email address assigned to each phone is just a placeholder and not an actual mailbox.Thanks!

Can I get a list of the countries that I cannot call via Ringcentral ?

I am migrating my aging ShoreTel system to RC and going through the onboarding process. After configuring my network switches and firewall according to the Network Requirement for Ring Central MVP, I've tried booting up my first three phones, all of which give a "No Service" warning on the display. I opened a ticket with support but only got a few suggestions before I was asked to take the phone home and try it there.The phones in question are Yealink model T42sOn the phone itself, in the status menu, the message is "Account Unregistered", and in the admin console, the icon next to the phones changed from Order in Progress to Offline, so I know the phone is communicating, at least to some degree. A packet capture from the phones web interface shows this as well. Also from the web interface, I am able to ping the provisioning server "yp.ringcentral.com" and the Outbound Proxy Server "sip131-1111.ringcentral.com", but the Account Status says Re

Does anyone know if RC has an auto-dialer for missed calls? Has anyone used their engage voice software? Any feedback, Pros, and Cons? Any 3rd-party app/vendor that will work with RC?We're looking into implementing an auto-dialer if the caller hangs up. We also wanted a call rating system after the call with our staff. Thanks.

We frequently have days were we notice that our SMS can be 1-4 hours delayed (to the recipient). On our end it says sent at the correct time, and there is NO "Message Not sent" notification. Even when we are texting other members of our team. It's of course tricky to know, logging out and logging in doesn't help, neither does a computer restart. Any thoughts?Also, we know if a sms text was "not sent'. if would be nice to get notified or for it to stand out more. If I look at my general "text" tab, the text colour is black, meaning it looks like it sent, but it's not until I click on that thread that I see the text is red with the "message not sent"

I need to know the EXACT amount of SMS I can send through my MVP Standard account, it is saying is it $1.7000 allowed.

Is anyone on here using RingCentral in medical clinic settings/primary care? We have varying practice locations with anywhere from 2-6 people who answer the phones. Can someone share their protocols for "Do not Disturb" use by staff or expectations for phone call answering? Looking for some tips for accountability and phone use behaviors of staff answering calls.Thanks.
