Is there a simple way to do a mass uninstall of the RingCentral App for Windows (Windows 10), instead of the PowerShell script that RC offers as a solution?

my new service provider is trying to port out my number from RC, but they keep getting errors of a service address. why is this happening, when I've given them the correct address?

Everything appears to be working but everytime someone tries to call me, an error appears and it immediately ends call. It won't connect to my agent leg. When I try calling out, it won't even reach person.

I get an exasperating number of hangup calls. If I block them, I take the risk that I may block a legitimate caller. I do not want legitimate callers to hear either of the two falsehoods that are offered for calls from blocked numbers. I have previously pleaded for a blocking option that could be quickly invoked with a few taps.If that is not going to happen, I would like to be able to quickly assign a silent ringtone to the offending number.The noise is disruptive. The need to check email two minutes later to see if the suspicious call was a hangup is an interruption. I am tired of being yanked off-task.

When I am playing music on Spotify or Downcast (my podcast app), RingCentral calls go to voicemail instead of ringing through to my phone. How do I fix this? Calls come thru fine when I'm not using those apps.

I need to replace a Yealink phone that has failed. How do I do that ?? What phones are compatible with this service?? I cannot find any resource to purchase a new phone .

Over the past 2 months I noticed that unlimited texting is no longer an option. I get emails saying that I have used 90% of my texts within a day of only texting 5-6 people. What changed? When did things change? And what can be done to resolve this?I've called support but no answer.

It is as my title says.My company likes to change color tags on events but do not want the events to be changed in any other way. We do this to denote changes in the event wither changing the type of work needed or marking it as urgent.Recently we have not been able to change the color without providing an end date that is forced to be present day or a future date. This is annoying as it makes for a cluttered calendar of events when we prefer just having it stay on the assigned day.

We have customer where their primary device is their desk phone.Desk phones are also configured as hot desks.Setting up a new user, and it seems their default call handling just rings the RingCentral App.We would want it to ring the desk phone at the same time by default.Also, it appears the user would need to have activated themselves and logged into a phone, before we can change this setting for them?Hopefully I am missing something here.We would just expect, set up new userThey login to any phonePhone rings

When listening to a voicemail, it starts by giving you voicemail envelope (date/time the message was received and the phone number of the caller). It is not giving me the phone number of the caller who left the voicemail like it should and instead saying the name of the name of the voicemail box it was left on. There is also no other way to play the envelope information.

The method described in HELP does not work.Thank you to anyone that can help.

Have any other users had issues with the voicemail to text conversion feature? It hardly ever captures the voicemail correctly. I understand that a bot is doing the conversion and it's not meant to be 100% accurate. Just wondering if there have been any complaints or planned improvements for this feature?

i'd like the option to put active call on hold and answer incoming - is this a setting option that i just cannot find? please help!

We are using ringcentral for salesforce and there is only the 'transfer' feature vs. what you find in the main ringcentral app (ask first, transfer, transfer to vm). We need to transfer to voicemail from the 'ringcentral for salesforce' app. I have looked at all the various code options (*0+ext, ext+#) and none of them work. What is the correct code sequence?

I've been bring my clients over from Jive to Ring Central and they have a simple holiday calendar that auto updates for the holiday. When will ring central add a calendar for holiday hours? Constantly updating several tenants is extremely annoying when it could be solved with a simple calendar. Also when adding a Custom Answering Rule why can't I copy a previous rule that would make it so much easier to create the same damn rule over and over instead of starting from scratch.

We are attaching both Word (.doc) documents and Adobe (.pdf) for faxing via email. The Word documents are being ignored or not sent (failure). If both Word and Adobe documents are attached, the Word document is ignored and only the Adobe document sent.Word is shown as an accepted file type yet is no longer working.

I have a call that was taken via the mobile app that isnt showing in the recordings. It shows on the desktop as answered but there it stops.

I have an iphone. I log out from the app after work hours. However I am still getting incoming call notifications on my Iphone which shows up briefly and disappears . Deleting the app and re-installing did not help either

This happened today. There were no live agents signed into the call queue. The queue is set to allow a maximum hold time of 5 minutes before being redirected to a secondary queue. The caller sat in the queue for 5 minutes before being redirected, even though there were no agents logged in. How can I set this to redirect immediately if no agents are logged in?

I have blocked an individual for a few specific users. However, this person is now calling others. Is it possible within the admin console to blacklist a number at the site level? I've done some searches and have only found info on blocking someone at the user level. We have 300 or so licenses. Don't want to go down that path. Thanks.

Currently, the queues are limited to 25 callers waiting in line for the designated wait time of 15 minutes. I am aware of creating multiple queues to just keep it rolling over 2 queues, but it would be better if we can have more than 25 people waiting just in case it reaches that limit during the busy season?

Re:CP205 phone does it go to back of my net provider modem? I got no net plug on laptop only wifi. thanks

Phone will light and up and ring with no sound coming from it. Volume is already maxed out. The only method I've seen to bring back the volume is reducing it to 0 and then max again.

Have a customer who used Ring Central - we are an after hours answering service. Their call log shows call coming to us and then it says voice mail but we do not offer voice mail. Assuming the voice mail is coming from Ring Central but the customer says they don't have voice mail. We have records of calls coming to us but their patients say they left a detailed voice mail. Cannot convince our customer that the voice mail is on their end. Need help understanding the call logs they have sent us.
