I have applied my public application from the test developer account. It has been two days, and the status of the application is still 'In Review'.Why does it take for so long? As I remember, it should take 1 working day to verify such an application.

My application throws "Could not load file or assembly 'System.ValueTuple, Version=4.0.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies" whenever I try to send or retrieve a fax message. I am stumped and need help ASAP.The interesting part is, the application runs fine on localhost. It fails when it is deployed on a server.

I am writing a PHP application using the Official PHP SDK and the Oauth authorization flow.When I have both a valid access token and a valid refresh token, I am able to call the PHP SDK's platform->refresh() function and renew both the access and refresh token. Hello,I am using webhook to hook incoming call.And created forward and reject calls based on special logic.It works as well.But, I don't want to reject the call.For example, my RC phone number is +111, and I set up the forwarding number to +222.1. The caller calls the RC number(+111). If the condition is met, it will forward to +222 (it works now).2. Otherwise, It will be ringing in the RC software phone(+111) instead of rejecting the call (Need to be implemented). Can I forward or transfer the call to the RC number itself?Thanks in advance.

We are able to generate Oauth access token from /restapi/oauth/token api.We can see rate limit are applied.Is there any limitation on number of access token generate by the Oauth server? If yes what is the number of access token it can generate?

Good afternoon,Our company recently started using the ring-central service, My MD has asked if its possible to get a list of extensions in one of our management programs which I have done without any issues.He as also asked me if its possible so that when you press a button in the application, it rings X extension, I have tried to use the MakeRingOutRequest but this appears to just make our main number ring out to a call even though we are providing it an extension.What is the correct method if I want say Extension 301's desk phone to ring out to an external number?Any help would be appreciated,Thanks-Ash

I am having trouble finding a way to authorize a user using an access token with the re-written RingCentral.NET sdk.In every example I have found in the documentation, it requires you to authorize the RestClient with a username and password. I would much rather authorize with the password once, store the access token, and then handle token refreshes and authorization by passing in the access token.For api calls (i.e. RingOut) there is no option to pass an access token as a parameter.As an example scenario, if someone in my app authorizes their account with a username and password, I encrypt and store the access token. If they for some reason close my app and re-open it within a short time period, I cannot re-authorize the app using the decrypted token that I have stored. I have to pass in the username and password again to get a new token.It seems to me that there is really no point in having a token when using this SDK, unless I am missing something.Anybody know how I can accomplish t

The permission that we have on the existing account is only RingOut. We need to run the active-calls method and need the permission(s) for that. I do not know what those permissions should be or who to contact. I can always go to our Sales Rep if required but I thought there may be an "Official" way to get this done.

I have created as program in C# that is designed to display the users status and availability from Ring Central. This works brilliantly and I can sort the users by availability, name, etc.I need to add the functionality to change the status of the user to "Offline". I am curious as to what happens to calls when the internet is down or a phone is in reboot?  Will the call still run via Smart Phone App?  Would the call go straight to VM?  Would the call show still in my overview/call log??? We are having issues with our internet right now and some are complaining about the dial out...
