Do we have an API to retrieve the text converted from voice mail(speech)?

I'm having trouble sending SMS. It says "message failed" or "message cannot be delivered". Does anyone know why is this happening? I need help! Please!

Hi everyone. Have some issue with sending a SMS to recipient. Just have an error message "Message is not sent. Message cannot be sent. Please, try again laterMessage is not sent".

Ring Central should consider adding a feature where you can receive MMS messages on the desktop. Also, a feature where an automated message will be sent out when you receive a message automatically.

All of our users are able to participate in group messages with both RC and non-RC numbers except for 1. She has trouble receiving messages and is unable to send messages in a group. When she tries to sent a text in the group, the text is immediately highlighted in red and an error message pops up saying "Message is not sent. Recipient extension is not found." We recently moved to RC from another phone company mostly for its ability to host group texts. It is crucial to our communication with all of our clients and partners that this issue is solved quickly.

Is anyone else seeing this error in Glip?We are having trouble enabling SMS due to a connection issue. Please restart the app and try again.The service status site shows normal.

A user of ours tried to send a text message to a client, the client didn't respond, later when he spoke to the client, the client asked him why he called him so many times, so he realized that for every text message he got a phone call instead of the text message, is anybody else experiencing this problem, or does anybody know the reason?

We have a message-only extension set up to receive after hour calls. It is configured to send a notification by both Email and SMS whenever a voicemail is left. This works fine most of the time.Occasionally we get only the email, but not the SMS notification, and it seems to be only when the voicemail is empty. Is this behavior by design?This is not a big problem since it only seems to happen when the voicemail is empty, but we wanted to make sure that's the only time it fails to send the SMS message. I tried to reproduce the behavior by calling and hanging up without leaving a voicemail but it always send both notifications in my testing.We are a very small company in the US with less than 15 extensions and a very simple setup.

I have a US based account, and whenever my number recieves a text message I get the email notification, but on my IOS app (10.3.1.1.37 51.10.31.5) and my desktop app on mac (10.2.1.31914 (64-bit)) I dont ever receive the text.-I have to have the app running, and be the one to start the conversation in order for it to work.-Started and responded conversations on Mac will show on IOS app and vice versa.-Opening a link from the email notification will launch the site to download but wont prompt the app.

My ringcentral admin is getting personal text messages of selective ringcentral users in her inbox. She is getting personal texts from personal phone # to another personal #. Is this a security bug ringcentral should look into ?

Regarding RingCentral Case 09433975About a week ago our outbound text messaging from our RingCentral app to AT&T wireless customers stopped working. This has been confirmed by multiple users. All other carriers are receiving and sending text messages fine.Initially (Sept 20th) when I talked with RingCentral support they checked the "logs" and said nothing is wrong and told me that I should have my customers call AT&T check their accounts. (Probably the most ridiculous suggestion ever). Only upon my insistence did the RingCentral support escalate the issue to "Tier 2 Support".This morning (Sept 23) I received this message from Tier 2 Support: "We reviewed the logs for outboundmessages from (your number) it shows no errors over the past 24 hours. Looking back to the 21st I do show a number of errors labeled "Unknown error" on their side. Can you please retest the messages to t

I would like to connect Bria to Ring Central if possible. Mainly because Bria has an extensive support for Siri for example can go beyond saying hey Siri call but you can actually have Siri read messages etc. Bria supports SMS via SIP SIMPLE or XMPP are either of these supported by Ring Central

Hi Ring Central support,Damon Gaffney (Ring Central phone # 214-263-1769) is having serious issues with his Ring Central app. I spent over an hour trying to trouble shoot with support on Friday. The below screen shots show the issues that Damon is experiencing. At this point, Damon is completely unable to rely on RingCentral for business purposes and it needs to be remedied ASAP.I spoke to support for over an hour, sent a detailed email, and have not received any communication back. One thing I like about google voice is you can set to forward any text messages that come into your google voice number to your native mobile number and on your mobile reply back to that and it somehow knows the number. This is super convenient with Siri because it works with the native Siri capabilities. Is there any way to do this with Ringcentral?

Is there a way to upload #s in groups for texting more than one at a time?

I can not send SMS but can receive them. Texting is the main way i conduct daily business with my clients I need help immediately. I already contacted support they escalated the issue to the tier 2 team but i ave not received a call back I need assistance As Soon As Possible.

Ringcentral app in my Salesforce browser won't let me directly respond on a text thread or scroll all the way down to the new messages. I've cleared cookies, signed in and out and even tried on different browsers.
