I had the app installed on my computer, but it was not working correctly, so support asked me to uninstall and reinstall... Now it will not install.

Hello! I submitted a manual PDF for approval 02/16. I called several times as the 30 day mark approached and they kept sending me to TCR. TCR reps kept telling me they were escalating it with no follow-up. I called in around 10 times and no one at RC could give me an answer on what was going on. Each phone call was between 45 minutes to an hour, who has time for that? I noticed after submitting the PDF there was the portal in the back-end so I submitted it through the portal and registered the brand. That took a few days for approval and then registered the campaign next. Campaign has been pending since 03/10 now with no approval. I called back in yesterday and got TCR and they said they were going to escalate the case (laughing emoji). I asked what that would do and she really didn't have an answer. I told her I had email verifications that my form was submitted 02/16 and then she stated oh, it's 30 business days from that day, you will need to call back in on 03/31 because

Hoping to get some help here as I have ran a ton of tests to confirm that this issue is not caused by something I am doing wrong. I currently have an app that makes calls to API to collect call log info. That app is working fine and is in production. Recently, I needed to add some permissions to the app and since you cannot do that in a production app, I created a new one with the same permissions as the old one and a couple more. During that process, it had also created me a new sandbox account since the one I used for the original app had expired. This new sandbox account had a new phone # and extension associated with it. Didn't seem that it would be a big deal but it is. I can request the token just fine and the response comes back with the appropriate permissions:"access_token": "xxxxxxxxxxxxx....",

When a user sets the phone to "Do not disturb" the Option for "Accept queue calls" disappears. Question: With which API call can I read out the value of this option ("Accept queue calls") - especially when the user is in the status "Do not disturb")?Note: My app should be able to change the presence status of a user. To "restore" the previous values I need to change the presence status to the correct value ("TakeAllCalls" or "DoNotAcceptDepartmentCalls") as was before (before the status was changed to "Do not disturb"). I couldn't find a API call which can read this value.

We have been with RingCentral for 13 years but this latest lack of support has made us question if it is time to move on. For the past 4 Months we have been trying to get RingCentral Integration with Hubspot CRM to work. We are able to make outgoing and receive incoming calls via Hubspot. We are able to receive SMS to RingCentral and send out from RingCentral. However, When we try to set up the workflow to notify our inhouse sales team of a new lead, Ring Central has failed. We have paid additional money for the new SMS compliance. We have waited months for review and filled out numerous forms. We have contacted Sakari and was able to integrate and be up and running in less than 30 min. Why is it so difficult to get adequate assistance from RingCentral? We would prefer to keep everything under 1 company for easier management. This is our last attempt to try and get some assistance with this issue. We need RingCentral account to be able to send via Hubspot workflow a SMS text

I don't want my personal number to be available as the caller id when I make a call from RingCentral, is there a way to mask it looks like it's coming from the main number?All calls coming in should go to the main number.but some are going to my personal number instead since it's being added to their list off phone calls.Thank you.

My number is 407-215-1738...but when I just called someone they showed me that it was a totally different number I was calling from.

I want to be able to answer calls using the call control buttons directly on my headset.I've downloaded Plantronics Hub, which recognizes that my headset (Voyager Focus UC) is connected. But on my RingCentral app/settings, it just says "Headset ready to connect" and doesn't show the Voyager on here. Is it just supposed to look like the following image?Additionally, on Plantronics Hub, it doesn't show me RingCentral as an option for "Target Softphone". How do I get the Hub to recognise RingCentral? Please see image below.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.Owen.

We use the function "Update Unified Presence". This works fine for the own extension. But when specifying another extension we get an error:Content: {"errors":[{"errorCode":"PRS-012","message":"Presence may be updated for the requester own extension only."}]}Note: The user we use is a "super admin". So there should be no problem with the permission.Does anyone know what the problem is and how we can resolve it?

I am trying to put my application on production but the "Apply for Production" button is disabled no matter what I am doing. I am only using the Ring-Out endpoint to add a dialer function to my application. I do have 5+ successful API calls to my endpoint. Moreover, the only error I got was 401 error which was because the access token expired and I handled it by using the refresh token to retrieve a new access token.

Having an issue today where extensions busy lamp fields are lit up indicating they are on a call even when they are not. It started with just one, but now it has progressed to all four user extensions. So now basically no one in my organization has any way of knowing if another user is free or on a call. I tried contacting support but obviously that achieved nothing. Wondering if any users in the community had experienced this or had any idea what it might be. I am using Poly VVX410 phones.

I don't see anywhere in the quick start guide where the token is referenced, and I've thus far not found anything on the forums for the C# example.
