Where is the email address set for the system mailbox ?

What does this message mean - we are receiving this as an error when making a Ring Out API call. The request has been working correctly for months and has stopped working in the last couple of days. What configuration change would have caused this to happen?

We are new RC Contact Center customers (previous RC Office users) and are looking for an easy to read and understand report showing the IVR Press Path. Specifically we would like to be able to filter by time calls came in and the options that were selected. I am aware of the IVR Press path pre-built reports by may not have enough understanding of those reports to truly understand what I'm looking at. Any thoughts, suggestions, or references would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I am not able to use JWT or "password based" authentication. I am always getting the error "unauthorized for this grant type".

I curranty have a ring central account and I use the window desktop App to bulk text my customers invitation to join our service list. I am aware that ring central will require all ring central users to register the phone number with the Registry. Will the Desktop Text feature continue to work the same. I am able to bulk text and blind copy my clients 10 at a time . Will Ring Central continue to support this app or will you for me to migrate over to your enhance texting program?

I use ring central for running a support help desk. I'd like to add a standing conference call as an option for IVR when our call volumes are very high during a service outage. Rather than having tons of users calling individually with the same issue, I'd like a live conference led by a single person who can field lots of users at once. I'd like a solution that stays entirely inside RingCentral and doesn't require a handoff to another call provider.

We are using RingCentral's computer app with the phone icon with bluetooth headsets. We have this super long terms and conditions text we have to read the customer and then wait for them to say "I agree". I thought it would be really great if we could just play a pre-recorded terms and conditions audio which asks them at the end to say "I agree". At which point we know they have accepted.What would be the best way to do this? I've been looking around trying to find the best option but most are super complicated and I think they will cause issues for our sales people.Has anyone had any experience with this or know a good possible solution?Thank you!

Is there an ability to disable call waiting global wide? I want to remove this options for our users as we have serious issues with duplicate calls coming through when in a queue (we use a CCaSS service, not Ring queues).Really hoping this might be doable at the global level, but am not holding out too much hope.

I would like to make a different automations in the CRM based on the incoming phone call. For example if someone calling #a the it will write lead sours AFor example if someone calling #b the it will write lead sours B Please advise

We ported over our main phone number and what was our fax number previously. Am I able to assign what was our fax number before to the company fax in RingCentral? How do I do that?

We use OBi302 ATA's for our fax machines. When you first set up the ATA the login is admin and password is admin. Once it is connected to Ring Central you can not get into the ATA with that login and password. Does anyone know what the credentials change to once it is connected to Ring Central?

Got my account all setup and was assigned a number for "Company Main". I recently completed porting over my business number from the old provider and would now like to assign that number as "Company Main", but cannot seem to figure out how to do that through the GUI. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hey all!I need to get hooked up to the SMS API (via PHP), but step one is installing a SDK via composer.I'm on shared hosting and the host says I can't do that.Is there a way to access and use the API solely over cURL or a REST API of some kind? (Especially with an easy to use example in PHP where I could plug in my RingCentral keys, my number, and shoot out a text message to someone?)Thanks!Alex

And also I can see a Refresh token is missing. I am not sure if what is all about this. I hope someone can help me for this one. Thank you!

Scenario:We use RC MVP with live reports licensing.I have a call queue configured and a supervisor has noticed on the live reports that a specific user goes from ringing to available while the other reps continue to stay in ringing statusI can recreate this behavior in live reports by being available for calls but pressing the red ignore button on the incoming call. Other users still see the call but my status in the live reports does the same thing (ringing to available while others remain in ringing status).I am looking to see if there is a way to pull this info from the logs. As this may be used for corrective action purposes, I need to be able to verify this is what the system sees this user doing.Happy to provide as much detail as I can

Good morning, I have a problem with a widget that I am developing with ringencentral and it has to do with SMS, the problem is that I can't send SMS when before I could.The strange thing is that the number I use to send messages have permissions to do it, and when I send the message I get a response that it was sent but does not, I try sending message to different numbers and the problem remains the same.Then I decided to try on the ringcentral page: https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/ and discovered that the documentation to send a message (Send SMS) no longer exists on the page.Are they going to update this api or replace it or why it does not allow to send messages and disappeared from the documentation page?

We are a new user of Spectrum Business RingCental VOIP customer. I am trying to get the system programmed to put into use. I have recorded a custom message that is supposed to play when calling the main number. The call routing is dial extension at anytime, dial 9 for directory, or 0 for operator. I have called Spectrum Business support multiple times and they can't solve the problem. As far as I can see, the portal is configured correctly. All phones have been tested and ready to install and port our AT&T number over for the main number. I need help to solve this problem, before we go any further. Is there a way I can talk directly to someone at RingCentral to get this problem fixed?

ATT Office@Hand requires that I manually provision our Yealink CP960. I have called support, and they just keep sending the same provisioning documents. The device is not registering.
