I am unable to find any fax feature on the ringcentral desktop app. Web app includes no phone functions either, but I guess that's normal? The admin portal and help pages make mention to access the fax feature through the drop down menus, or "+" button, but I do not have one. I thought MVP came with that feature.

With our old phone system, we had several Poly Trio 8800's that used as a SIP phone plus had lines for Microsoft Teams (via Skype) and Zoom. Is this possible on Ringcentral?We purchased a Poly Trio 8800 directly from Ringcentral. When we try to go into Settings, Advanced, we aren't seeing most of the options we do on our existing 8800's so there is no ability to provision additional lines. Also, we can't reach the web interface (that's something that you need to turn on under Advanced and that's not a choice on this phone. I chatted with Customer Support online yesterday and they said the phone must be bad and are sending a replacement.In the meantime, I took one of our existing 8800's, assigned it to a Ringcentral extension as an Existing Phone and after it provisioned for Ringcentral, it now acts just like the one we purchased from Ringcentral so I don't think there is anything "wrong" with the one they are replacin

Is it possible to give the caller a choice to either have their call redirected back to an extension OR leave a voicemail?For example, if our receptionist directs a caller to a user's extension and the user doesn't pick up, can we then give the caller an option to either leave a voicemail at that extension OR have their call sent back to the front desk?I don't see this as an option for default call handling, as you can only pick one, but I was wondering if perhaps there was an IVR workaround of some sort.

Hello!I've had my Google Calendar synced to RingCentral and would like to switch access to a team member's email via Google Cal instead. When I go to Disconnect (in settings > "Manage" under 'Calendars and contacts') it prompts with "You'll be permanently removing your Google account data from all RingCentral apps and services."

I have some numbers that employees are migrating and when I search "all phone numbers" in the GUI, I see the number and it says the type is "inventory". when I use the API to get all company numbers, I don't see this number in the list. people have been doing the transferred numbers manually so far, and the automation we made has done the new numbers, but they now want me to process spreadsheets full of transferred numbers via automation. but I can't seem to find these numbers via the API, even though I see them just fine in the GUI. example number I'm speaking of (will redact some, but should be enough to find if you search our account.) 914-***-3592also, if this turns out to be a thing we can fix, how would I use the api to assign the number to a new user? thanks ahead of time

I am using company call logs sync api to get all the callLogs and storing them in a table. Sometimes I am getting exception because the table schema requires every session Id to be unique but callLog of same session Id is being retrieved occasionally. I am using latest Isync token for every api call.

When an user interacts with an interactive element in the chat, (clicks a button on an adaptive card say), an event is triggered to an outbound webhook URL. And this event when not responded within a small time duration, the platform retries this request again. Is the uuid of this retried request the same as the original request? Is there any documentation on this? We are observing a different uuid for a retried request. Any clarification on this would be helpful.

My question is if I send out a mass sms campaign, does it send it anonymously rather than in a group? They need to be individual texts to each client and they cannot see the other clients in the campaign group. Basically can I send out one campaign to multiple users without them seeing the other recipients?Additionally, is the SMS Campaign's feature HIPAA Compliant?

I am using softphone sdk for call supervision. I am using a REST API call to activate the call supervision. This API can be used for call supervision. https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Call-Control/superviseCallSession. This require a `telephonySessionId` for call supervision. I am providing that from the sip message headers using: `p-rc-api-ids': 'party-id=p-a1c1444275c32z185df69b9c9z133db40000-2;session-id=s-a1c1444275c32z185df69b9c9z133db40000'But I am getting a 404 not found error.
