Notifications for all missed calls and voice messages are being sent to my email. How can I receive notifications for incoming but answered calls to my email?Currently, I have the call forwarded to an external number (phone answering service) and there's no way for me to know that someone called (and answered, unless the message is relayed - if the answering service fails to let me know, I wouldn't know that the personal called...).

When I click "delete team" under "Team admin setting", an error shows up and I can't delete. I'm the admin/owner and I see the option for "delete team" but it won't work. Help please?

We are in need to port out the main company number in order to accommodate some business changes. We want to change the main company number to a new or existing number in our account in order to do this and keep our existing RC account.

We have been paying for 7 accounts, and at most have used 6, and are now down to 5. I would like to switch to paying for just 5 licenses to match the number of phones that we have in use.Also, I have tried twice to call in for assistance, and while the call was "answered", no one spoke to me. I could hear voices in the background and then the call was disconnected. Not impressed with that level of service.

I just downloaded the new RingCentral for HubSpot extension for Chrome. Now I am getting 2 ringers, one from the RingCentral MVP desktop app, and another from the chrome extension. We used to be able to mute the HubSpot tab to get rid of the 2nd ringer, but that is no longer working. Chrome has a feature, "Control your music, videos, and more" where you can pause the audio ringer for the extension in the browser, but it returns with the next call. Is there a way to permanently disable the ringer in this extension?

Does anyone have an issue with the app not loading the screen fully in Windows? We have reloaded from the menu bar and closed and reopened and still had the issue. If we run the app as an administrator, there is no issue. The app is up to date but we don't want to have to run the app as an admin and input creds every time we want to open the app. Any workaround?

I know you can have users create their own presence wording, but it seems if the system knows to put up "Available, busy, Do not disturbe, and Invisible", we should be able to add, Out to lunch, Vacation Day, At Doctor, etc... I created an app to send SMS, it's already in Production. I'm using the Operator extension, in my case it's 101, to login to API. Hi all! Have a scenario in a doctors office. I have 3 agents up front handling all the calls via an incoming call queue. Cannot connect or start meeting. It says connecting but eventually, it hangs. Using Windows 10 and RC - 22.2.22.62

It has been impossible to sign on to RingCentral from a web browser all day today. The message is "The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact RingCentral support." RingCentral support requests work only if you're signed in.

To add some context. We have multiple users that all have their own phone numbers. We would like to be able to automate some SMS notifications from their specific numbers when certain events occur in our system. Per a discussion with RC "support" they said the only way to do this is by generating a token for the user and then sending the SMS with the token. This can be done in our system by storing RC credentials, however, this is not a scalable solution as we add users and they may change their credentials.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this?
