Have any other users had issues with the voicemail to text conversion feature? It hardly ever captures the voicemail correctly. I understand that a bot is doing the conversion and it's not meant to be 100% accurate. Just wondering if there have been any complaints or planned improvements for this feature?

Using the desktop SMS app and the API send SMS if the text has the number 667 the message errors out. Why is that ? We text case counts to drivers so this is an issue.

I am trying to setup an automation using make.com (integromat) between Monday.com and RingCentral. It worked fine with Zapier, but with Make.com I can't select the users phone numbers to send SMS messages. Only the super admin, primary user and fax number, but none of the user numbers. I get the following error:RuntimeErrorError 403 MSG-304 Phone number doesn't belong to extensionThe make.com support say it is an Admin permissions issue at RingCentral.Any ideas?

We are using ringcentral for salesforce and there is only the 'transfer' feature vs. what you find in the main ringcentral app (ask first, transfer, transfer to vm). We need to transfer to voicemail from the 'ringcentral for salesforce' app. I have looked at all the various code options (*0+ext, ext+#) and none of them work. What is the correct code sequence?

I've been bring my clients over from Jive to Ring Central and they have a simple holiday calendar that auto updates for the holiday. When will ring central add a calendar for holiday hours? Constantly updating several tenants is extremely annoying when it could be solved with a simple calendar. Also when adding a Custom Answering Rule why can't I copy a previous rule that would make it so much easier to create the same damn rule over and over instead of starting from scratch.

We are attaching both Word (.doc) documents and Adobe (.pdf) for faxing via email. The Word documents are being ignored or not sent (failure). Hi,with our softphone implementation based on Liblinphone we encounter a broken behavior of the RingCentral servers. For incoming calls between two SIP extensions, the 200OK message from the accepting side is not acknowledged with an ACK message by the server. In about half of the calls that show this behavior, the calling party additionally cannot hear the called party. The problem can be reproduced after a waiting period of about 1h without any phone activity of the extension. This means that calls that are started/received directly after such a faulty call from/by the same extensions do not show this problem. Is there a way to detect if a call queue member did not answer a call when it rang their extension, even when another member answers the call?The goal is to detect when a call comes inbound to one of our call queues, we would like to kick anyone out of the queue who has their phone ring from the queue, but does not answer the call. I've been trying to do this with event notification subscriptions, but with testing it doesn't seem to detect that the initial call queue member that received the call notification but did not answer. It simply proceeds to the next member and if they answer, the call status goes to an answered status for them.

I have been trying to graduate the Webhook Subscriptions requirement for requested permissions. I have created, gotten, renewed, and deleted webhooks multiple times but this will not change. Furthermore, when I make these requests, even after 5 minutes have passed for the requirements to update, my list of endpoints hit do not change. For example, I have created and deleted a webhook subscription successfully > 30 times yet the `n11s/subscription DELETE` endpoint only shows 2 `204s` and 1 `404`. I have been using the webhook callback successfully all day with the event filter `/restapi/v1.0/account/316936004/telephony/sessions?direction=Inbound`. I have made > 30 test calls with this and successfully received the data, however, Call Control has not met the requirement either.
