I read the other threads and followed the recommend get, create, renew, delete method but it is not giving me a pass.Any help would be appreciated. I am new to RingCentral, building a AtoP SMS feature.I am using .NET Core. Downloaded the sample.It compiles all fine. Plugged in the credentials.When I go to sent I getId = 31, Status = Faulted {7}, Method = "{null}", Result = "{Not yet computed}"What is faulted {7}. Is that a credential issue?Thanks

I am a consultant and I am helping a RingCentral customer do a bulk export of all their SMS messages back to March 2016 using the message store export API. I am seeing that if I do 3 or 4 weeks at a time it works, but if I try to do all of it back to 2016, or even just 1 year at a time, I get an immediate "Failed" status back from Get Message Store Report Task.What is the limit for how much I can pull at once? Is there a better way to export and preserve all their SMS messages? They are moving away from RingCentral but need to preserve everything.Also, it seems to time out or cut off transfers whenever the message store zip is larger than about 30mb. Why is that? Is there any way around it? I have tried both with PostMan and Curl and message store export zip downloads stop around 30mb creating an incomplete and corrupt zip file that can't be opened. Would it be possible to develop the option to enable or disable editing/deleting posts in Ring Central Messaging? I need to stop users from deleting and editing what they wrote.

I raised my first support case today.However firstly even though I was signed in and showed my name on the submission form, it raised the ticket under a user name rather than my own. :(The other issue i have noticed is the language selection drop down, is changing when the page refreshes and goes back to the USA. I am located in the UK. I then see a message stating somthing went wrong.The browser i am using is MS edge.Thanks for reading.Ian T

I am having DTMF issues, tones not being recognized.. I have changed and tested every setting that I can find to try and fix this issue with no success (different dtmf settings and audio codec settings). Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

I purchased a Yealink W76 phone direct from Ringcentral and it works fine but I'd like to get into the web UI and change the region to Europe as I have moved. How do I log into the web UI? I've tried the default admin/admin but it was changed by Ringcentral. How do I get in?

We have been having this issue for months where anytime we log in to our RC desktop apps, there will be random tasks missing. Regardless of if the tasks are one time messages or regularly repeating tasks, they might just not show up in the task list. It seems to be entirely random as sometimes they seem to all show and others, entire categories of tasks will not show or random tasks that vary from day to day will not show. It seems to be different tasks that will not show or will show from day to day. The only way to get them to show is to search for them specifically in the search bar and click on each individual one. It is an ongoing issue that continuously causes problems in our office each day. Im sure it would be easy to imagine the kinds of problems it causes when office staff will come in day to day and tasks that have to do with their work each day will just randomly not show up.

Hi, my app passed the application process for production but the credeantials are not accepted although the sandbox credentilas were accepted. The name of my app Sandy RingCentral. I opened a ticket but still waiting.+1xxx yyy-6768 is my user number for production.

Reception Main number is set up and able to make external calls. However when calling our corporate office and using *(passcode) to directly reach the department for issue we need help with, partway thru dialing the 7 digit passcode (after the *) is sends the call to another internal extension. It did not used to do this nor does this happen on any other extensions.

Should replies to text messages sent from the mobile app come to RingCentral or my personal text message? Mine coming back to personal cell number so I cannot reply from RingCentral (do not want to reply from personal number since I do not want to give that out). Is there a setting that controls this? I cannot find one...

Everytime i log onto the support portal to open a case the page just says "Something went wrong. Please reload the page or try again later"Ive cleared browser cache and tried different browsers, all with the same result. No matter what I fill in im unable to raise a case on the support site.

I have created an SMS app using JWT authentication method, which is still working excellent in sandbox environment. After fulfilling all the requirements, my app got approved for production environment but, when I try to run it using postman, first time it shows "error code CMN-405" (login to extension is required) and then I execute it again without any changes it shows "error code OAU-213" (invalid token/token not found).I tried to delete older production JWT and re-initialize new production JWT but nothing changes. I am facing all these PRODUCTION ONLY IN PRODUCTION environment NOT IN SANDBOX environment

Morning,We are locating in France and have two sites (one in Paris suburb (postal code 92) and one in Lille suburb (poastal code 59) already created.Each site are set in RingCentral. We need to add another subsidiarie located in Nice (postal code 06). Is it possible to port the Nice DID numbers to the Paris site without creating a site for Nice?Thks in advance

Beginning this morning, our users who used their Ring Central number for Microsoft MFA are no longer getting texts or calls from Microsoft for authentication. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
