Hi Ring Central,We are looking for a way if we can report on how long in a day our call representatives have "Accept Queue Calls" toggled on/off and if possible the times they have toggled this setting off and on.Is there a way to do this with the analytics tool provided? Our company is using an MVP license if that matters.If I am asking this in the wrong place please let me know.

Is there a way for me to enable the legacy reports on a new Engage Voice account or has a new way to access recordings and retrieve line by line data without needing to go to the API/DB connection been created?Previously I mostly used the Global Call type Detail report to navigate the data stream to investigate issues.

Does anyone know how to Connect InContact with Zapier or a webhook example?I was wanting to connect InContact with Gorgias.com app to create tickets to missed calls or new voicemails and was hoping to do this using ZAPIER or a WEBHOOK feature.If you can guide me with the fields with Zapier. As of Monday we have noticed a change in how the web portal messages page works. We download faxes in batches by customer from the web portal which works best for our volume and workflow. We filter by name (of customer) and status: Unread.Prior to this week, when we would download a fax it would automatically be marked as "Read" and filter out automatically as we download that batch.There were two behavior changes which are slowing down our process:1) Downloading the fax no longer marks the fax as "Read". We have to check the ones we downloaded manually and then click "Mark Read" on the the top bar. This happens no matter how we view/download.2) You can download by clicking on the three dots under "Action" and clicking download which is a two click process. You used to be able to click on 'download fax' icon under message for one click download. This now takes multiple clicks to download. I checked settings to see if there was any w

Hi,I use RingCentral PBX through Microsoft Teams with integrations on our Yealink MP58 team VOIP phones and when our receptionist answer a call and place callers on hold we are getting reports that the line is disconnecting or being dropped. I wanted to know if anyone has seen this or if this might be a Microsoft teams issue or phone system itself. I have check our on hold policy in RingCentral as well in Microsoft Teams and there isn't a policy or rule that I can see that is causing this issue but I might not have enough knowledge on where to lookAny help would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting the error message "you don't have permissions to make international calls. Please contact you RingCentral account administrator for an upgrade"The numbers I am calling are within the country I am in, USA, not international numbers. Why a I getting this message? Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (at the suggestion of support, who was extremely hard to understand) on my desktop and it worked, but I should not have to do this every time this happen. Looking for permanent solution.

Many (not all) users were prompted again for admin credentials to install a helper tool today. This is a repeat of what happened the last time the desktop app version was updated.Last time I spoke with a Glip product head but was essentially told "that shouldn't happen," with no explanation of what this is, how it's triggered, or why some users are prompted while others are silently updated.Please explain?

I have read the feed for "How to remove Missed Call Notification on Yealink T48S" but we are having the same issue on the T48U. Specifically, my issue is that default admin user name and password. Again, there have been feeds for default passwords on here but those have not worked for me. Even looking on the web, I cannot find a way to gain access to the phones to disable miss call notifications. Please help me.

Right now emails are sent to my staff with a TIFF attachment of the fax. I'd like it to be PDF instead of TIFF. Is there a way to change this somewhere?

Does anyone know how to configure a SNOM PA1 so when a call comes in on a shared line not only do the phones ring but a overhead speaker also rings. Basicly the desk phone is a VVX410 and when that rings a overhead loud speaker in the shop should also ring
