I am logged in to the admin portal. I am logged in to the support page. When I try to open a support ticket I get a message that I'm not logged in. WHen I enter my credentials again Isee Failed Login - 401

Received three voicemail messages from the same number (guest who would not be arriving as planned) so I know they actually left messages for us. All three are just clicking noises.

All my voicemails are saying this instead of letting me hear the actual voicemail, "To accept press one to send a voicemail press two to hear the phone number press three".

Is there an API to get the number of calls waiting in a call queue and also retrieve the longest call hold time that is waiting?

Hi community,I have issue regarding using sip server in C# to answer the call that has been supervised by party and send to my device.During the development phase we were using your RingCentral phone (windows) application, to automatically register device and answer the calls, that were supervised by party. During testing phase we notice that phone application is add calls on hold if there are simultaneous. So we develop and active SIP Server that will register our device and respond to the SIP messages.Issue:We successfully registering extension programmatically in code. After every call, we supervise by party and receive event “INVITE”, on which we are trying to respond with “TRYING” and “200OK (SDP)”, in order to answer the call and receive the RTP data. I have a custom SIP phone that is working without TLS 1.2 on RingCentral but I want to update it to be more secure. Can you help me with the algorithm to generate the crypto inline key that I need to send on the INVITE request and the encrypt and decrypt method for the audio bytes? I have a SIP phone that we have programmed in Java.

Hello new user here. I have found that when I am on an active call (like on the desktop app for example) and another call is incoming I receive no notification that another call is incoming. (no audio or visual cue) My call queue is set to ring all my users at the same time when the main company line is dialed. When I am not on an active call everything functions normally, but as soon as I answer I am blind to all other incoming traffic until i hang up. Anyone else experience this?

Within Ringcentral MVP, is there a way to export via API or other method the call queue settings, for example Call queue details, pickup settings & members?

I have a senior manager, who does not currently use Ring Central, that asked to access to run reports and view analytics on his team. Is this even possible? I'm not finding a way to create an account without assigning a phone number to it. I see that there is a Mobile User option and it says free but it also lists a charge. Just need a little guidance on this. Thank you.

How does RingCentral integrate into HubSpot's workflow? I only see it in their marketing, but not anywhere else. I want HubSpot to send SMS in workflows through RingCentral. Is Zapier the solution?

Hello,Our company just recently migrated to RingCentral from a hosted PBX system. We are only using RingCentral for calls although we do have the MVP licenses. We use Microsoft Teams for internal company messaging/sharing files etc. We had a few users that would periodically call team members via Microsoft Teams instead of their desk phones that were registered to our PBX. With that being said, we just had a situation where an employee was on a RingCentral call - during the call he received a separate call via Microsoft Teams. When the Microsoft Teams call came in, the RingCentral call that the user was on was terminated. Is there any setting I can enable to stop this feature from happening?

When in a Teams meeting and receives an incoming call, I'm immediately kicked out of Teams

Often, when on a call made by the RC app on a PC, and trying to make choices by pressing the number keys, some of the DTMF tones generated by the RingCentral app are not recognized. Perhaps their duration are too short, or the frequency is not quite right? This is a very annoying problem, and forces one to hang up and use a cell phone to make the call and enter the information using DTMF.

Our receptionist has an expansion module EXP40 on her phone. One of the user extension on the hotkey does not connect. Might not have been added correctly. I want to know how we can add/remove contacts from the expansion module? Is this done on the phone that it's attached to, or from the admin Office@hand admin portal?

I have a Plantronics headset and Jabra speakerphone attached to my PC (W11)Ringcentral keeps defaulting to the Jabra. In fact I never use the Jabra with RC (desktop application), so I want to either disable it completely, or at least make the Plantronics headset the default.I have tried downloading each of the "apps" for the devices seperately, and also together. Nothing I do persuades RC that the Jabra isn't the main device. It always shows the Jabra as connected and active and the Plantronics as connected and not active.This is possibly an interaction with Teams which I also use, and use both headsets for.How can I just remove/disable the Jabra from RC?thanks

I'm not sure how to start, but we have a node app that was built off the example oauth app from the dev guide. It's been built out to basically monitor the presence status of an extension, updating every 5 seconds. Multiple users should be able to login and their sessions are being stored using express-session and MySQL store.It seemed to work fine but when testing with multiple users, if one user hits the /logout endpoint, then the other user(s) get logged out as well. I have no idea where to start with this or what could be causing it. Can we opt to not use the phone CTI and just log all calls automatically?

I and others in my company have noticed that if someone creates a meeting in RingCentral and then click on the Outlook notification, with a RingCentral URL, that the meetings about to start; Microsoft Teams opens instead of RingCentral. I'm on macOS and others are on Windows. Is there a way to keep Teams from opening and have RingCentral open instead?
