I keep receiving a CMN-102 when making a call to the Call Out API: https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/call-outWhen I make a call to the device ID, the device is returned, and has the status of 'Online':https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/device/{DEVICE ID}Yet, the call out just returns CMN-102 Not Found.Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm trying to place a call between two UK Numbers, both my code and https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/RingOut/createRingOutCall return status InProgress but neither phone rings.My best guess is that my sandbox has a US number. If this is the problem how do I create a sandbox with a UK number?If not, any idea what the problem might be. In the api ref, I populated only the two and from numbers (have tried formatted like +44XXXXXXXXXX, with and without +, with and without country code), and the country code (44, tried with and without +)Thanks

I am getting the error message "you don't have permissions to make international calls. Please contact you RingCentral account administrator for an upgrade"The numbers I am calling are within the country I am in, USA, not international numbers. Why a I getting this message? Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (at the suggestion of support, who was extremely hard to understand) on my desktop and it worked, but I should not have to do this every time this happen. Looking for permanent solution.

My request (example below) to MakeCallOut is returning a CMN-102 error. It implies that the deviceId is wrong, but I can't work out why. I've tried sending the request including the accountId and the tilde (~) but can't seem to get it working. I believe this code worked on the sandbox. Now I'm trying it on Production. The call is supposed to dialing using the RingCentral softphone.Note: This is the second time I've posted this question, but the first post isn't visible. It's still in moderation. I've subsequently found out that my deviceId is "508363071" and when I use this deviceId value then MakeCallOut now works, but I can't figure out how/why this is my Id and why I get a different id returned to the GetDevices.==

it looks like its going to load then resets back to the login screen. Tried this in citrix and out of citrix. any ideas pleasethanks

Many (not all) users were prompted again for admin credentials to install a helper tool today. This is a repeat of what happened the last time the desktop app version was updated.Last time I spoke with a Glip product head but was essentially told "that shouldn't happen," with no explanation of what this is, how it's triggered, or why some users are prompted while others are silently updated.Please explain?

I have read the feed for "How to remove Missed Call Notification on Yealink T48S" but we are having the same issue on the T48U. Specifically, my issue is that default admin user name and password. Again, there have been feeds for default passwords on here but those have not worked for me. Even looking on the web, I cannot find a way to gain access to the phones to disable miss call notifications. Please help me.

Right now emails are sent to my staff with a TIFF attachment of the fax. I'd like it to be PDF instead of TIFF. Is there a way to change this somewhere?

Does anyone know how to configure a SNOM PA1 so when a call comes in on a shared line not only do the phones ring but a overhead speaker also rings. Basicly the desk phone is a VVX410 and when that rings a overhead loud speaker in the shop should also ring

I have set up an AA to have the company after hour message and key features. I set up 2 as "Transfer to the voicemail of" which is the receptionist voicemail. That phone is set to business hours for the AA.. so you go to the AA for calling after 5pm and press 2 to leave a VM but loop through the AA again because of business hour rules.Is it even possible to do the AA with business hour rules applied to a receptionist's phone? Note: this is not the main company line. It's a secondary office so that phone IS the office main line.

I have two users that after disconnecting from a conference call this morning, are now showing as active on everyone's phones (that have them in their quick dial list). I am not sure what is happening, or how to clear this. Has anyone ever had this issue, aor any suggestions? We have tried restarting both of these phones.

I have created a Sandbox environment and we are trying to test call recording. The problem as I see it is that it does not start recording the call until a call is answered. How do I answer a call placed in Sandbox mode? Is it possible?

I need to have a possibility to send sms form different users with different phone numbers. Support Team recommended me setup connection from different users. The app I`m creating is integration between RingCentral and Salesforce. I created another test account, made the same in there and it works. We have 20 users w/ physical phones, and all of them have to log in using the same extension(SITE SMS RECIPIENT) to reply to sms. This is horrible from a security standpoint. Please make a way to share sms like call queues. SO users only have to log in to their user account to reply to company messages w/ the company number.

Do the different colors of incoming calls to our queue have any meaning? We have seen blue, brown, read and green.

Hello. Asking for some help with our small business, which includes just three people.When people call our business line, I want the call to start with Employee A (who has a dedicated digital line and extension and has RingCentral installed on their desktop and cell phone.) After about five rings, the call should then go to Employee B (who also has a dedicated digital line and extension and has Ring Central installed on their cell phone.)After about five rings and still unanswered, the call would then go to Employee C's personal cell phone number.I'm hoping not to have to add another user as Employee C would only serve as a backup on the rare occasion the other two are not available.I'm appreciate of any and all suggestions.Thank you.
