My new coworker's phone makes an extended beep sound (two tones) when the person they are speaking with hangs up. Is there any way to turn that off, or down? Everyone can hear it from the speakerphone, even when the call is handled via the handset.

I need some help with a one-off project, but would prefer that someone be able to come in to our office to work with us. Are there any consultants in the Boston (or north of Boston) area that will do projects (as opposed to ongoing contract work)? Thank you.

I am very new to ring central. I have a single node dummy application and I want to reach that application by dialing a number, either through a softphone or a physical phone, the problem I am facing is that I am in India, and when I dial the default number assigned by ring central (Which is in the US), I am not able to reach the number. Is there any way I can test my application by dialing a number

One of my colleagues left the company and didn't delete a recurring meeting he had organized. Even though I've declined all instances of the meeting in Google Calendar,it's still appearing in Ring Central Video meetings.I've tried disconnecting my Ring Central account from my Google Calendar and then re-connecting it, but the problem persists. I don't see any way to remove meetings from Ring Central; it appears to show all the meetings in my calendar, but it also includes this meeting which I've declined.I'm stumped about what I can do next (besides campaigning to be made a Google Workspace administrator so I can delete this meeting from my ex-colleagues' calendar).

Hello, I downloaded the latest RingCentral app for Win10 and am experiencing an odd issue.This software has to re-install itself every time I click to open it. After the installation, I can use it perfectly. But then I shut down my PC overnight and the next day, It has to re-install itself again to be used. Does this software no longer install permanently into windows like any other standard software package? This is odd behavior. It is frustrating because of how long it takes to re-install every time I turn on the PC. I havent had anything give me this kind of issue since the Windows XP days.Thank you

My webhook is no longer receiving anything from RingCentral, it's been working for 1.5 years...Things I've tried:- Creating a new webhook- Verifying the webhook exists using "Get Subscriptions" (https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Subscriptions/listSubscriptions)- Verified the server address is accurate when creating the webhook- Verified I can talk to my webhook server over the internet and that it see's me doing so- Updated all libraries that are being used in my scriptsAny ideas? Seems like it stopped working this weekend, but it might have been longer than that, I just noticed this morning.I'm using Python, NGROK, WSGI and Flask. Like I said though, this has been working so not sure if it's related to a bigger issue.

hello, i'm working with Observe.ai, they are helping us analyze recorded calls. we're required to provide them with call recordings and metadata related to each call. 1 of their requirements is that we have to provide a unique call ID for each recorded call. is there a way to do this?i do see that i'm able to download all recorded calls for a date range and also view the call log. However, the call log does not indicate which record corresponds to the mp3 file of the recorded call. please help

I am looking to get a list that shows the number of incoming calls/answered calls/abandoned calls/queue wait times. I see I can get call length times but I can't see how long someone was in a queue before abandoning the call. Is this possible?

I'm a G-suite user (email,calendar etc are all in Google) trying to integrate my Google calendar with the controller in RingCentral rooms. It previously worked for over a year on a user's individual google account, but they're gone. I'm using KB8837, and I've followed all the steps.I'm the adminI created the resource in Gsuite as a videoconferenceI added the calendar resource to my individual account.I've added it to the meetings/rooms in RingCentralHowever, when I sign into the controller, it says there are no meetings scheduled. We're using the analytic performance reports to gauge our call centers performance. However, we receive a lot of incoming calls from company employee cell phones. We don't want those calls to affect the performance results. Is there a way to flag these phone numbers so they don't affect the performance metrics such as abandoned or missed calls.

Hello,I'm trying to use the analytics API to create some useful performance metrics for our users, but the data isn't matching what I would expect so it would help to understand where it's coming from.For example, I have an API call that uses callsByResponseType, but when I evaluate the results against the call log, they don't match. For example, I have someone who, according to the analytics API, answered 22 call queues last month. However, looking at the call log I can see at least 40 that they answered.I'd like to figure out how the API calculates those totals so I can figure out what's causing the discrepancies.Thank you!

I got an email today informing me that due to "industry changes" my SMS have been categories as A2P and "to continue sending SMS messages, you will need to transition to one of our A2P compliant solutions, such as toll-free SMS or High Volume SMS." This came as a surprise to me as 90% of my business is done via text messages (clients sending images for review, quotes, updates) and the ability to send SMS is key. Is anyone else dealing with this issue now and what options have you considered?

I'm seeing a discrepancy between the number of inbound calls in the performance report and what is in the call log. For example, in looking at a particular day, the call log shows 69 inbound calls whereas the performance report is 58. There is a 8-15 call discrepancy for each day that I've looked at.I've looked at the call logs to see if I can isolate what calls aren't being included, but the performance report for the queue don't provide enough detail to figure out which calls are being filtered out.

I'm trying to use the call detail report described here, https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/call-detail-report , but I don't know what the base URL should beI have tried https://platform.ringcentral.com/api/v1/admin/accounts/~/reportsStreaming but this gives a 404 which suggests https://platform.ringcentral.com might be the wrong base URL but what is the the correct one?regards.Ed
