I have two users that after disconnecting from a conference call this morning, are now showing as active on everyone's phones (that have them in their quick dial list). I am not sure what is happening, or how to clear this. Has anyone ever had this issue, aor any suggestions? We have tried restarting both of these phones.

I have created a Sandbox environment and we are trying to test call recording. The problem as I see it is that it does not start recording the call until a call is answered. How do I answer a call placed in Sandbox mode? Is it possible?

I have spoken with Support about this issue, but I can't get an answer on when this will be fixed. I am unable to select Forward to Extension as an option. It will only allow me to do the greeting:(what I am seeing on my end)(Options I should have)I need this fixed so I can route my calls correctly. Please help.

I need to have a possibility to send sms form different users with different phone numbers. Support Team recommended me setup connection from different users. The app I`m creating is integration between RingCentral and Salesforce. I created another test account, made the same in there and it works. We have 20 users w/ physical phones, and all of them have to log in using the same extension(SITE SMS RECIPIENT) to reply to sms. This is horrible from a security standpoint. Please make a way to share sms like call queues. SO users only have to log in to their user account to reply to company messages w/ the company number.

Do the different colors of incoming calls to our queue have any meaning? We have seen blue, brown, read and green.

Hello. Asking for some help with our small business, which includes just three people.When people call our business line, I want the call to start with Employee A (who has a dedicated digital line and extension and has RingCentral installed on their desktop and cell phone.) After about five rings, the call should then go to Employee B (who also has a dedicated digital line and extension and has Ring Central installed on their cell phone.)After about five rings and still unanswered, the call would then go to Employee C's personal cell phone number.I'm hoping not to have to add another user as Employee C would only serve as a backup on the rare occasion the other two are not available.I'm appreciate of any and all suggestions.Thank you.

For the last few days, any sms and text messages I try to send keeps failing.Also, I cannot receive any messages from other users and customers.

Hi all -Question for the community. First, if using v.ringcentral.com the issue does not persist.When using the Desktop App and hosting a meeting or attending. When "app" share is initiated, it seems if the RC video display is over the share application - RRRR's are displayed. This is a hinderence due to most meetings are done via laptop and the presenter likes to see the gallery (RCV) during the meeting. Suggestions?

I seem to be missing something but I can't pass the exercise "Webhook Subscriptions" so I can "graduate" my app to production. I've been hitting the create and cancel subscription endpoints numerous times but it doesn't seem have any effect on the status of "Webhook Subscriptions."I wish the documentation were more specific around how to get the permissions passed.Any advice would be more than appreciated!

Can you do a template for Ring all at Once? Or do you have to go through 100+ phones of the company doing it manually?

When an employee leaves the company, we disable them in RC and move the number to the number inventory. Some of those disabled users receive a lot of calls, and we do not want customers calling and getting a message that the number is not in use. How can I forward the number to still ring to an IVR menu after the user has been disabled and deleted?

With the standard park where it randomizes the number between 801-899 you can dial *801 to pick up the parked call on any phone. Now I assumed this would be the case with Park Locations as long as people had permission. Is it not possible to dial to pick up a parked call?So say Receptionist could say "hey you have a parked call on *1" and have 1-3 set up for her to park people waiting for employees?

I am not sure what we are doing wrong. I am not a developer, but I have had a few developers work on our ring central private application. We use it to receive incoming and outgoing text messages, live call data, and voice mails.The problem I have is that the incoming calls that come in seem to have some sort of delay. I don't seem to receive the call information until the call has ended. I am thinking I might be using the wrong permissions.
