Hi community.We're currently working on a ring central integration to detect the inbound sms for all users in our organization. For the call, we have the account level telephony event presented here https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Account-Telephony-Sessions-Event.However It looks like for the SMS there's only an extension web hook and this cannot be set for the whole account. https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Instant-Message-Event Is there a way for a webhook on a main account to recieve all the sms events of all users of the account like in the telephony events? If not, then i would like to ask if there's a limit on the event filters array when creating a subscription and how that may affect the delivery performance of the sms events

In the desktop RingCentral app, when I click "Video" and then "Schedule", I always change the duration to 30 Min and check 'Use Personal Meeting ID'. Is there any way to set those as defaults so they don't have to be manually set for every meeting I schedule?

How can I check service level history? I would like to see the service level for each day from the previous month.

I own a property management software system. It basically holds reservations that guests make for vacation rentals. Today, I use Heroku in order to get a notification that a new call has been received and directed to an extension. Most companies just use extensions and then use the forward feature within the extension to forward calls to different agents in sequential order. Now the complicated part :) When I get this new call that went to the extension posted to my system, I have the ability to check my database to find out if an agent was already working with the guest. In an ideal world, I would want to connect that caller to the agent they were working with. However, most companies have menus set up such as: > Press 1 for reservations, Press 2 for owner support. When you press 1, you go into a sequential order for people to answer. Can someone send me the phone number so I can call Ring Central customer Service. Need to figure out if I can reduce my phone numbers from 10 to 5 on my existing account.

So, I just tried the 'flip' option on my mobile app, to send the call to my laptop. Within a couple of seconds, my laptop started ringing. I didn't answer it. Then the original caller hung up. My laptop kept ringing for about a minute, until I unlocked my laptop and hit ignore. Is there some sort of timeout that should prevent it from ringing that long?

When I call support and it says to hold for an agent to help me with my problem, do they ever answer? I have been in the queue for over an hour and a half first thing in the morning and am still waiting. I was also in the queue for over two hours last week before I had to hang up. Very frustrating.

So I will be traveling around Asia (ex: Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand), but I'm based in the United States. I will need to use ring central to receive calls and make calls for work. Does ring central work anywhere in the world? Does this cost extra?

I have a Yealink W79P system with one base and two handsets. On Friday both phones went offline. I have power cycled the phones, restarted the base multiple times, checked that my account is in goods standing.... I don't know what to do? I get a message that says the phones cannot provision. I can't reach RingCentral support. Hi All, One of our RC users getting the error on her RC desktop application "can not place or receive calls. an application has lost connection to the Ringcentral service".She can not make/ receive calls. Please let us know how can we t.shoot this. Thanks in advance!

I have called the DELETE and CREATE endpoints multiple times without errors and still my app does not show that it meets graduation requirements.I create ONE subscription and DELETE it and CREATE it again as there is no point in creating duplicate subscriptions for the same account.Is that the right way to do it?

Support Request regarding Tasks in Glip - It's nice that you can create tasks, but the conversation system is NOT useful when it comes to messaging other team members about a task. There really needs to be a way to REPLY to a task and have a specific comment or text thread that corresponds with TASKS not just conversations.

Texts are failing about 90% of the time. This is on iphone app and desktop app. With wifi and without (cellular). I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Called customer service and spent an hour 2x. No resolution. Any ideas on how to resolve? The problems happen with both new numbers and numbers my business has texted successfully previously. I've run out of variables to isolate.

We have a client that has a Bogen TPU100B paging system that we are trying to get on to RC. Is this compatible with RC?

We currently have a Bogen UTI312 connected to a SPA800 through our current carrier. We are in the process of migrating to RingCentral but RC support says they do not support SPA8000. Will SPA122 work in this instance? We only have 1 zone (entire building).

I phoned a number with a South Dakota area code. On my personal phone, it's no problem. Using RingCentral, the number is blocked and needs to be enabled by an administrator (i.e., me). Since I can block only incoming calls, this made no sense. RingCentral support told me that North and South Dakota calls are blacklisted by default, and I'd need to fill in a whitelist request. It does not seem possible that RingCentral has blacklisted domestic area codes. Has anybody else experienced this? And is there a sensible explanation?
