Hi. I work for a company that does video product demos to individuals with varying computer experience outside the company. Using Ring Central, is there a way for our sales consultant to have their own meeting room that would be embeddable on a URL? So, if a client calls by phone we could point them to ourdomain.com/consultantname and meet them there for a demo without requiring them to install the app? I'm looking for a code snippet or integration we can pair with a personal meeting id that can make this happen. Thanks in advance!

Hello Support,Currently, caller ID number dictation is absent when listening to voicemails by phone; the listener only hears the date and time and the message itself.I presume this is in response to unsolved bug case # JIRA CNV-28823 (seen here in this thread) where voicemail caller ID's were being announced numerically ("two-billion, one-hundred million-"....etc) instead of phonetically ("two-one-"....etc), and RC has simply chosen to disable the feature until a fix is implemented.

Hi,Is there an option to take over calls from another call queue? I know you can set options on how long a caller has to wait unitll it gets transferred to another call queue. But we would like to option to get notified when another call queue gets called. Sometimes a department is off duty and then it would be lovely if another call queue can take that call.

Hi - where can I find faxes that are scheduled to send at a later time? I want to be able to see that the faxes I have schedules to send later are indeed scheduled and waiting to be sent. So far I have schedules 2 faxes to be sent at a later time, and I am only able to see one fx marked as "submitted", but does not show any information about scheduled time to send, etc. I see it in the "Sent" folder of the RingCenteral Windows program v. Version: 21.4.26.269 Web, 20.4.20.2685 Windows. However, when I click to "view" this fax I get the following error: "Invalid or corrupted PDF files" When I click "More Information" for this error it states "PDF.js v1.6.264 (build: 47a1c77) Message: Invalid PDF structure". Same problem in RingCenteral Phone App. Can only see 1 of the 2 faxes I scheduled to send at later time with no information about the date and time it is supposed to be sent. My boss and I both use the RingCentral app to communicate. Normally, to start a video call with me, from within the Messages tab he simply clicks the 'Start Video Call' video icon beside my name. As of yesterday, when he does this, he gets the message "The meeting is over. You cannot join now" and the video call ends itself. I can see him calling me in our messages but cannot answer. This problem does not happen when I am the one calling him.

I need a mechanism as the admin to pull analytics on SMS/Text messaging by user. I would love to get details stats, but at a minimum simply how many text messages are being sent out by user.Does this exist? I don't see anything around SMS/Texting on the Analytics side.

When I schedule a meeting with "Meeting Info" option and copy the info and paste it into an email, the meeting date and time is not included in that information and it is not added to the list of scheduled meetings. Which apparently has been an issue for over a year, according to other posts.

Starting this morning, we are experiencing an issue with Ring central meeting. It allows us to start it, but after a few seconds of loading, it automatically closes and says 'This meeting is over. You cannot join now'. All of my coworkers are having the same issue right now. Is this a system-wide issue?

I keep trying to log into the highvolumesms.com site and it tell me I need to disable pop-ups. They are. I've also tried using three different browsers and the site doesn't allow me to log in on any of them. Is this an issue that just arose? I was logged in yesterday.

I am looking for the ability to assign my Incoming/Outgoing SMS and received voicemails into tasks or projects. The RingCentral APP doesn't seem to have the ability to move SMS or voicemails to Tasks. I don't want to delete all my SMS or voicemails as they are helpful for project lifetime and history. But weeding through the listing is difficult and time consuming when looking for reference or follow-ups. Need to either export everything into something new, link to something or find it in the app. Thanks.

Is there a full list of all the different versions that Ring Central offers?We are looking for the one with the most features.Our current version has a limit of max 15 wait time on queue, which obviously does not work when you have X callers calling in at the same time.I somewhat recall seeing that there is a version of Ring Central that is a full blown call center application which would allow longer queue wait times.Looking for some guidance.Thank youFelix
