When my network fails over to our secondary provider the phones do not re-register. Is there a way to adjust the timer or have the phone try to re-register in the event of an Internet failover.

My status keeps changing from Available to Invisible even though I am active on the computer. I need it not to do that. This is the new app. Ver 20.3.31.2413 Windows.

Our company hours are 9 - 5. We have three call queues, two of them are also set to 9 - 5. We have one queue we would like to have set to 8 - 5. Only 1 person would be answering calls at this time. We have her hours set to 8 - 3, all other members of the queue have their individual hours set to 9 - 5. Can our 8 AM start person receive calls from the queue if the company hours are set at 9 - 5?

Does anyone know if videos can be recorded, stored and shared via ringcentral similar to loom? I want to avoid unnecessary fees and extra programs if possible!

Hi, I have in another account 4 subscriptions created and when I make a call to the GetListSubscriptions API endpoint I only get two. We know that the other two subscriptions are still working because we can get reports from today and on the events we get the subscriptions id that cant see on the list. Do you know why this could happend? If I use the GetSubscription with the id it neither finds it.Thanks

When I use the Ring Central App to schedule a future meeting, it generates a Google calendar entry with a Meeting ID: xxxxxxx, and it DOESN't send out an invitation to my listed participants and when I look at my "Your Personal Meeting ID (PMI)" it shows another number YYYYYYYY altogether.

I've set up the RingCentral app to call my phone, and it only seems to be calling the office phone. I put in the Call Forwarding settings for it to call my phone and the office phone number simultaneously, but it only calls the office phone.

Hi. First post for me for this community. It seems RC does not provide a method to block incoming calls at the top level. By that I mean as an admin I cannot block a number from calling. I see where I can block calls from hitting Queues and how users can block calls from getting to their extension. But wanted to make sure I am not missing an option that would allow us to block a number from calling all extensions or queues without need to do at the user/extension or queue level.

Does anyone know of any way that it is still possible to schedule a ring central meeting from Outlook? The meeting app was discontinued today and no one in my company can schedule meetings anymore. From what I am seeing, it is now only possible in Outlook 365, so we are looking for a new phone system and meeting platform as this is unacceptable.

Is there a way to turn on sounds for incoming text messages in the RingCentral App?

Hi. I imported contacts from another account using RingCentral Web CSV contact import future. The contacts imported fine and show up nicely on the web. However, my desktop app doesn't have them. And the contacts that I create in the desktop app are not found on the web.Logging out and then logging in doesn't help. Reinstalling the app doesn't help.Is this a known problem? When will it be fixed?
