I am looking for a way to get the call log data in CDR format. I am currently using the "/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/recording/recordingId/content" detailed view API to get call log data, but I am having issues understanding how to translate that detail into the CDR standard.Has anyone tried to convert this before? I does look like there is an Engage API (https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/global-call-type-detail-report) that delivers data in CDR format, but I am having trouble using my sandbox token to authenticate in that system.Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I use my RC meetings account to host meetings with various organizations. I try to be clear on how to join, but invariably, people don't download the plugin and have trouble joining meetings. They all know how to join Zoom meetings because it is ubiquitous. But they often have trouble joining a Ring Central meeting. Are there any plans to actually incorporate real Zoom accounts for us instead of Ring Central "powered by Zoom"? I'm tired of losing the first 5 minutes of my meeting and having all my professional business contacts ask "why don't you just use Zoom?"

Hello, we are a small business that is new to Ringcentral. One question we have as we set up the system is on Operator setup. Since we have multiple people check the company voicemail, in addition to each of us having our own voicemail, is it best to set up one user as the operator that everyone can log in and check or is it better to have a message only extension or is there another way that I don't even know about?

Change fax subject line for email to fax

I recently started using the RC Meetings "Support" function, where I can take control of the other persons computer. I have two questions,1) Is there an easy way I can transfer files to the other computer somehow? Teamviewer allows drag and drop, and a file navigation screen too. It would be nice to have at least one of those options with this feature.2) Is there a feature where the other computer can give me complete control for the rest of the session without requiring additional authorization during the session, including restarting the computer? If so, please give me instructions how to accomplish this.

We discovered today that activating HUD (Beta) within the Ring Central app caused an issue with our main line call queue being dropped upon answering the phone (caller would receive a "goodbye" after we picked up the queue). This does not impact our direct individual lines (calls can be answered). Thus we turned it off and are resorting back to utilizing the Ring Central Phone app to answer calls (and access HUD). Assuming this is a software bug that Ring Central will need to address, as it may potentially impact more people than us alone (ie those with call queue's set up). Is this impacting anyone else?

Has anyone had success integrating RingCentral with GoHighevel?

The new RC app doesn't have the option to change the skin tone on emoji's like the Glip app used to have. Now the only option for skin tone is yellow. Add additional colors please!

We have a receptionist who transfers calls to my extension during the day. When she does this my cell phone rings at the same time as my office phone. When we are after hours the office phone still rings but my cell does not. Settings all seem correct. What are we doing wrong?,,We have a receptionist during business hours who sends calls to my extension. My cell phone gets these calls simultaneously as well DURING THE DAY. When in After Hours, calls still hit my extension but do NOT go to my cell phone. Any ideas what could be wrong? Settings all look correct.

Hello there,Its possible to send a fax via outlook/email client to a fax number with @rcfax.com. Can we not do the same with a multifunction printer by using the scan to email function? I have tested but it seems to not go through.

RingCentral Meetings continues to cause a kernel exception / fatal error within Mac OS 10.14.4. Currently on RC Meetings version 7.0.136380.0312 with the latest updates to Mojave installed.Only during a screen share, at the most inopportune time (e.g. during a client call/presentation). my Mac will randomly go to full-CPU cycles, crash, and restart.This occurs regardless of whether I'm the host or not. Since I'm dialing in usually from the office phone, I'm not disconnected from the audio portion of the meeting, but have to wait until my MacBook restarts in order to reconnect back to the conference bridge.There is no error message, it just crashes & restarts. This only happens during a screenshare.I'm on a specced out, 15" MBP Late-2018 with Radeon Vega 20 graphics.I have two external 27" monitors and am sharing the screen on the 4K LG 27" connected

There are multiple guides/sites explaining how to add teams to folders. That option does not seem to exist anymore.

Team Folder feature on Glip has been removed for new accounts while RingCentral works on enhancements for that feature. Do we have an ETA when it will be reintroduced? 

Is there a webinar that gives a good overview of the Ring Central webinar features and/or a how-to guide? I am clicking through lots of links but it would be helpful to see what a webinar should look like as an attendee, what are helpful features, and how to use them (spotlight vs. pin), etc. We are muddling through and any tips would be helpful. Thanks!
