Currently, we have fax server on premise with multiple modem/analog lines. There are 4 dedicated lines for outbound. So, we can have up to 4 faxes sending simultaneously. Our developer is working on RC fax API to route outbound fax to RC. We don't know how many simultaneous faxes can be sent at one time per line/extension on RC. Do we need to setup a fax group (with multiple line/extension) for outgoing faxes, so the outbound fax can hunt for available line to send without waiting? We fax average 6000 page (patient result) per month to MD office and hospital. We don't want any delay if faxes are sitting in queue and sending out one by one.

As the title expresses, several users in my organization aren't receiving calls specifically on the mobile app - with zero changes to the system. It was working flawlessly earlier today. The desktop app still functions properly and the desk phones still work for those who use them. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? Currently on hold with chat support (I've been waiting 30 minutes already..), and can't call in because the phone system tells me that my PIN for my voicemail is incorrect - when I know for a fact that it is not.

In the RingCentral app the team messages, We have the main team message that everyone gets added to automatically. Anyone can delete anyone else's message in the company. There is no way to audit who deleted the message, and also no way to revoke admin access from regular employees.

Anyone else have issues using AirPods (or any bluetooth headset) with the RingCentral Mac app? I can hear audio just fine but there seems to be a delay when the mic starts picking up my voice. When I start speaking others can not hear my voice (or the audio is very quiet) for about 1-2 seconds. The RingCentral Glip app has a handy feature called 'Calendar Presence'. My understanding of this is that any calendar that is associated with the relevant calendar (in my case, a Google Calendar) would be synced to indicate a 'busy' ('in a meeting') status.There are various use cases of this:When I create a meeting directly on my calendar to 'block off' time to focus on various work projects. I have found today that whether I video call or if I'm called, my name and image are not displayed but rather the name and image of the last person I was on a video call with. Weird.

I've had ongoing issues with RingCentral freezing regularly whilst commencing a video call and often whilst screen sharing This requires me to force quit the app to get out of the locked screen. I'm on a Mac running the latest version of Big Sur and the current version of ring central. . I have an active ticket with Ring Central who have acknowledged the issue and have no fix. Has anyone found a solution for this?

We have a phone number assigned to us by RingCentral, and we are waiting for the number known to the public to be ported over.Should we be forwarding calls to the number RingCentral assigned us? If it matters, we are moving from Ooma to RingCentral.

I've tried the *new* App several times, and keep going back to the Classic App, which allows me to select a Theme that works best for me. I intensely (yes, INTENSELY) dislike the design of the new App, including the Dark Mode, which lacks any contrast settings to make it readable (and both light and dark mode look like they were designed by tween-agers for the under-six-years-old crowd).Please add in some Themes or at least the ability to set the background colors of each section and some font color selections. I'll keep using the Classic App in the meantime.

Our previous system let us Page a *group* of phones, and then let someone pick up a phone and talk to the person Paging. This like a hybrid of Intercom and Paging. It doesn't seem to be possible in RC - as the support page states: "Paging is a one-way broadcast on one or multiple devices/users, while Intercom is a peer-to-peer, two-way communication between two devices/users. " What is the difference between Paging and Intercom? (ringcentral.com)Has anyone figured out a way to do this?

I have test my "app" in the sandbox it has been promoted to production. To get the bearer token in the sandbox I usedhttps://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/oauth/tokenwith grant_type=passwordbut in prod I can not use that cause my company is only allowing SSOSo is it possible to use the RingCentral API's (oAuth, Call-Log, etc.) with only having SSO and using the API for backend processing? So no UI, no redirect UI or anyway other method for users to be prompted as this would be processes calling the API to gather data and to load into on site warehouse.
