I'm facing an issue with the RingCentral JavaScript SDK and could really use some help understanding what's going wrong.I have a service running on a client’s side, and whenever it receives a call, it creates a new instance of the SDK to make a POST request to supervise the call (monitoring both sides of the audio). This setup works smoothly, and multiple calls happen throughout the day without any issues.However, after about a week of continuous operation, without any changes to tokens or keys, all calls start returning a 403 Forbidden error when trying to make the request. This error occurs on the first call of the day, and the day before, there were no issues like this.It seems like some kind of cache or something within the library might be building up over time. I've tried some troubleshooting, but I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact cause. Has anyone else experienced something similar or have any ideas on what might be causing this?Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, So we recently had RC add the A2P feature added to our Phone numbers and when I tested the High Volume Api I was able to send out a text. But all of a sudden our Prod Application started to return this:{     "errorCode" : "MSG-242",     "message" : "The requested feature is not available"Can a phone number have both the enhanced Business and A2P feature? And if it can, can you add that back in for us?client ID: 5D4LUlgTSOXbmSZdZcemO5Phone Numbers are under the "SMS admin" profile

I’m testing out the SMS Campaigns app RingCentral SMS Campaigns - Beta would like to chat with others who are using it. Are any admin controls available?  Use case; setting daily or weekly limit on the number of texts my users can send.   We’re on Salesforce and would love to be able to bulk text from a View or otherwise without having to upload a csv, anyone find a way to do this? In testing, I’m only offered the option of sending a campaign from my own number.  Would love to have a support person do this on behalf of the recruiters.  Have you found a way to do this?I’m new here, this looks like an active community, love that!

When creating a new adaptive card using the API (https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Adaptive-Cards/createGlipAdaptiveCardNew), it would be very useful to receive the created cardId in the response, this way we can use that Id to modify the card content later.Thanks!

My application was rejected due to the following below.  Can someone please clarify for me.  I have NO idea what this means and I cannot find a solution within the community.  Someone else was denied for the exact same 2 reasons but no clarity was given.  It was just stated that someone would get in touch with them.  If multiple applications are getting denied due to the same reasons you would think they would post what it means and be more clear.  Thanks in advance for you help!    Thanks, 

Question about forwarding via Ring to another employee's extension: how can I set the incoming number to be displayed when forwarding? Thank you very much

HUD in previous versions of the RC desktop APP was fantastic because you could see other users, Call Parks and Call Queue Pick up groups all on the one page however since a July 2024 APP upgrade  this has changed to drop-down boxes on the HUD page so you can only see these one of the above items at a time 

I use an iphone and when ringcentral is active on my phone it shows the phone log in the Ringcentral app but all the calls are also coming up on my normal phone app in the recent call history. How do I stop this from happening?

Good morning. Is there a way to have the call queue number shown as the caller id? Its not a company number therefore we cannot select it in the caller id dropdown but is there any way to show this as caller id when its a call queue? thanks all

I'd like to send automated messages to a webhook and include an emoji in the text.Example: Finished configuring the thing :sunglasses:So far it just prints out the literal text. I've also tried things like "D:" which would normally translate to the "fearful" emoji but no luck. Does anyone do this currently or know how to get it to work?

Please advise when this feature is planned to be added. We have four accounts with RingCentral and we were expecting this a long time ago and is still not available. We are seriously considering dropping RC entirely for a system that includes what we consider a basic feature. We are not a call center and cannot justify the additional expense of your call center which by the way is not all too competitive.

Can Zoho screen pop an exisiting customer first, and if the number is unknown pop up a new record form? 

We are a new user of RingCentral and just moved into a new office.  Only one office has coax capability because it has the wireless modem/router and all the other office is purely using wireless internet.  In the office with the router, we have a Polycom desktop phone.  Everyone else is using their cell phones as their primary phone.  I would like to provide each office/user with their own desktop phone which will be higher quality than using their cell phones.  Do they manufacture desktop phones that can be used via wireless internet and, if so, does RingCentral support them?  If so, which wireless desktop phones are recommended.Thanks,  Curtis

The ring central app gives me the following error when I try to use on my new computer.  What are you doing to make sure your applications stay up to date with new operating systems?  

I am looking for a way to configure SSO without it getting forced down to all users. We want to configure and enable it, and then hand pick a test group to roll out to before we blanket the entire organization.I am looking for the settings to allow us to control per user, as well as then the best way to switch to the whole organization and enforce it once done testing.Thanks!

Hi,I need help please with submitting my TCR registration.  I have tried 4 times now, and still is rejected, but it is unclear why.  I am a small business and trying to use the ringcentral phone for basic communication with my customers.  How can I get specific help with how to complete this for my industry?  There seems to be confusion on what is prohibited or not, and looking at the guidelines what I do is not prohibited, but ringcentral keeps telling me it is, because I don’t have a person who is looking at my account, and seeing what has worked with businesses that are similar in my industry. Other phone carriers (not ringcentral) are approving businesses in my industry and I really don’t want to have to switch my phone # to another carrier (what a hassle after purchasing the phones, and setting up the system and porting my # to ringcentral this year!) just because I can’t get help with how to complete for my industry. Ever since the most recent update to my installation of Ringcentral, the Ringcentral message window is opening when Windows starts (refer to the attached example). I don't recall authorizing this behavior, nor even being given an opportunity to authorize the behavior. Please let me know how to disable the autostart of Ringcentral – Message  

We have an issue that is happening sporadically to multiple users.  They will try to log in to RingCentral in Salesforce and get two error messages saying “Cannot connect to the server. Please retry later” and “Login failed due to internal errors.  Please try again later”.  The users are using Chrome. They can have the issue with Chrome, but if they use Incognito mode it will work, and it worked on Microsoft Edge, but will still give errors using Chrome (non-incognito mode).  They may get the errors for a couple days, then it will work fine, then the next day it happens again.I have been working with support for over two weeks now and they don’t have an answer yet.  Is anyone else having this issue, or HAD this issue and figured out a resolution?I appreciate any and all help!

Anyone found an improvement to the digital channel notification system? The “Give me more” is not really a good notification for us. When working calls it would make more sense to get a pop-up

Hi all,We are having an issue with three of twelve phones where the user extensions are not showing up on the actual desk phone but are previewing fine in admin view. We have reset all three phones and nothing has changed. Can someone provide a solution. Thanks. 

Is there an sms gateway format for RingCentral so I can send an email from any email address and receive it as a text message to my RingCentral phone number like myphonenumber@sms.ringcentral.com or 5551234567@mms.ringcentral.net etc?

I use the Ring Central for my current company and I'm starting a second job that also uses Ring Central for phone service. Can I have both companies set up to work on my smartphone simultaneously? I am the owner and admin for the first, but only an employee for the second.
