Pretty much as the title says.  If my personal number is 555-555-5555 in the script, the SMS goes through. I am part of a group that has the number of 999-999-9999.  If I switch to that number, it breaks permissions in the script.  Here’s the response paste after my access token.  SMS Response: {  "errorCode" : "FeatureNotAvailable",  "message" : "Phone number doesn't belong to extension",  "errors" : [ {    "errorCode" : "MSG-304",    "message" : "Phone number doesn't belong to extension"  } ]}Error sending SMS: Phone number doesn't belong to extension 

I have an unbuntu server running apache with virtual directories.  I’m getting the following  error when I attempt to register a webhook:  Failed to create subscription: WebHook responds with incorrect HTTP status. Is it possible to call any domestic number from any extension within my organization using a server-side application? OAuth's authorization code flow requires developers to register with RingCentral a redirect URL to which users authenticating will be sent upon successfully authenticating. Each app can register multiple redirect URIs (which is commonly just a URL in the classic https:// format) in order to accommodate different user flows. Inbound calls to our main line ring a call queue of four people. We would prefer that a call to the main line causes ONLY the desktop handsets to ring. However, if there is an inbound call to a direct extension, we want the app and the handset to ring. I found some year-old threads that discuss this, but the admin settings seemed to have changed and the solutions are no longer viable. 

I had no problem adding the first 3rd party phone. I would like to add a phone that rings the main and only number when I am at home. I get stuck when I am trying to add a new 3rd party device when it comes to assigning a number. Since I only have the one number I can get no further. This should be a straight forward thing but it isn’t. Can someone point me to how to accomplish this. 

Hello,We have an InContact call center integrated with RingCentral for our enterprise. The prior VOIP admin did not upload the voicemail prompts at the time of inception, this was handled by the project team from RC. I need to update these prompts this weekend but am not entirely sure how to do so. I see an Upload Files entry under the ACD heading, Browse ACD file sub-section, Prompts in the file subsystem but was unsure how to upload the new files, do I just name them the same as the existing prompts or where/how do I choose to use the new prompts?

I need assistance in getting in contact with my account manager or someone that’ll respond.Over the last year, I’ve been in contact with an assigned account manager, on numerous occasions communication between my team, and myself has broken down completely - we’ve been left in the dark for weeks on multiple occasions. I can highlight one occasion of being provided with numbers that are completely unusable for us  This is a recurring theme with RingCentral and is proving to be very disappointing.

I can’t seem to upload my customers PDF bill. I can upload a bill for a different customer, which is obviously not right. The loading wheel just keeps spinning and will not allow me to move forward and choose a date for port. Why, if both bills are a PDF can I not upload the correct one? I never get an error message it just continues to load. 

I have now spend multiple days trying to set up Authentik (goauthentik.io) as SAML IDP for RingCentral. No matter what config I try, I always end up with this error:"Sorry for the inconvenience. I’m oddly struggling a little bit trying to figure out  how to forward all calls to my toll free company number to a webhook I have on my Ubuntu server.  All the documentation seems to point me to having the end-user pick an extension.  Is there a way to forward all calls in the current admin section? 

When I use Ring Out and the person I'm calling doesn't answer immediately the call transfer to their voicemail.  At the same time they pick up and I hear the voicemail in the background of my call with them.  Why is voicemail and the live call for person called overlap?

Outside of receiving emails regarding maintenance that keeps getting pushed out, is there a “single source of truth” where we can look at daily to see what is scheduled?  Keeping up with multiple emails, with same subject, is not doing it.  Thanks!

How can I set my office hours to be reflected in my presence automatically for days/times that I am actually available so I dont have to do it manually. Cant I just set my work hours so my team knows when I am in or out?

What is the difference between a Softphone and a Direct Number under Phone System > All Numbers?

Hi there,I am trying to change my Main Company Number to a number I had ported in. The number is in our number inventory, but when I go to change the main company number, the number isn’t showing up in the inventory. I’ve attached screenshots here.Basically, I just want the number we had ported in from NumberBarn to be our main number. It’s 844 LIL LOAF. :)Any help would be appreciated!Rian

Hi, I’m subscribed to Telephony Session events through webhook. receiving bunch of events. I want to identify a call which is received after Business hours, is there any flag in the Telephony event data to identify this ?

I have this error on my end can you help out what needs to be done Inaccurate Registration. Inconsistency between sample message and use-case. Opt-out language missing from sample messages. Your SMS opt-in does not describe how the user knows to message you first.

Everytime I try to use the intercom, system message is that caller is not set up to accept intercom calls.  I have reviewed every setting in the phone and see no where where I can enable this feature on two sets - between boss & office manager
