I utilized the download feature n the Adoption & Usage report to further understand what made up the summary at the top of the page. I'm assuming there is some calculations going on in the background since the raw data doesn't match the summary. The summary shows 91,146 total calls but when I calculate the total calls column on the spreadsheet I am getting 168,662.Also, what is considered one call? We use ring groups so the majority of inbound calls hit a ring group before they reach a user. Is this added to both the user and ring groups total calls? Could this be inflating the raw data totals?Any further clarification would be appreciated.Thank you

Nice Systems in the fall of 2022 offered Advanced Caller ID. It is not called Universal Call Branding. RingCentral began to offer this service in the Spring of 2023. Unfortunately, the portal for Nice to add and remove numbers for the Universal Call Branding is not available for RingCentral customers. So, I asked my account manager and her team, what is the process to add and remove numbers from the Universal Call Branding service and I have yet to receive an answer. In addition, AT&T stopped all resellers, except a handful, not including Nice Systems, from monitoring calls on the AT&T platform with the call branding service. The last response I received from the RingCentral team was that "this feature is currently on pause". My response to the RingCentral team was if the feature they are referring to is the Universal Call Branding or the AT&T not supported until a new agreement with AT&T is agreed upon. But I have not received an answer. So

This is ridiculous that RingCentral tries to load up Outlook in my Windows machine when I never configured any integration. I do not use Outlook so this prompt is a nuisance. How do I stop this from occurring?

Does RingCentral have the capability to show a message waiting indicator on multiple desk phones that are in the same Call Queue? Or even something like Visual Voicemail (since we're on ACO) where a glance at a phone can show that there is a voicemail for a call queue voicemail box. I am able to show one extension, if I send voicemail to that extensions voicemail box (not ideal), but if four users are part of a call queue, I'd expect all four users to be able to see that there are voicemails for that call queue.

We have RingCentral set up with an AutoAttendant forward so calls made to our Helpdesk number are routed to the RingCentral number. and from there, the calls are forwarded to the queue to be answered by users. I am noticing the Performance Reports don't show the number of incoming calls picked up by the users, only the AutoAttendant. Calls that come in directly to a user's number are counted or outbound calls made by the user's number.We need to be able to confirm users who are taking the Inbound calls, is there a way to do this given our AutoAttendant forwarding set up?Thank you.

I have it set to backup both calls and SMS. It's backing up the calls it seems but not the SMS. How do I fix this?

I have a team of agents whose primary role is making outbound calls (appointment reminders and preregistration. Their shift work code is "Outbound Calling", and they are in adherence when MAKING calls. As soon as a call connects, they are OUT of adherence. Which is maddening...does anyone else have this issue and can you suggest a solution?

I am looking to replace a Yealink W60P cordless DECT IP phone with base station, which stopped functioning 3 days after warranty expired. Initially I believed the id field to be unique primary key, however I can see that there multiple instances of the id key duplicating, which I imagine being related to the various legs involved in some of the calls. I am trying to port / transfer my Google Fi phone number to RingCentral. I have followed the published Google Fi instructions to initiate this, including unlocking the number from my Google Fi account. When I go to transfer the number into RingCentral for our VoiP phone service, it gives me this message "The phone number you entered cannot be transferred at this time. If you still would like to have the number work with your RingCentral service, you may forward your calls from your current number to your RingCentral account."I've contacted Google support, and they tell me it is unlocked and should be ready to go. Please excuse my ignorance if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to send an SMS message from a third-party application using our RingCentral account?I would like our Synology NAS to be able to send SMS from our office to my personal cell phone when there is a problem with the network. In the NAS operating system (DSM 7.1), there is a feature that will push SMS messages to any phone using an SMS account. I don't think it is possible to send it through the RingCentral windows app.In order to do this, I need a URL for RingCentral's SMS service and I need to know whether it uses a GET or POST http protocol. I assume that the login and password would be the same as for my RingCentral account.Is this information I can get from RingCentral or is it not available?

The video resolution appears worse for RingCentral Video than it did for RingCentral Meetings. Is this something that can be corrected through settings or is it a known widespread issue since the recent updates to the App?

First, chatting with a bot is not "Live Chat." Second, according to the website, "Live phone support for RingCentral MVP (2+ users) plans is available 24/7." I never got past the robot and then it said "live service is only available M-F." I am getting increasingly upset with this customer service, or lack of it.
