Good afternoon, We have a few users that are having issue with Ring Central app Connect extension in Bullhorn. The icon showed up when they first logged into bullhorn. However after 1 or 2 calls, the icon disappeared. They had to close and reopened browser for the icon to show up again. The issue is happening in both Google Chrome and Edge. Below is what I did.• Uninstalled and reinstalled the App Connect extension.• Tested on a different browser (Google Chrome)• Refreshed the Chrome extension to ensure it’s running the latest version (v1.1.4 or higher)• Disabled or removed other browser extensions.• The Ring App Connect was still running after two calls but the icon when I hovered my mouse over was not there. I couldn’t initiate a call since the icon was no longer there.Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Starting last week (about the 8th or 9th of April) we have an issue that’s appeared.  We are using Netsuite as our CRM, and when an agent has the RingCentral AppConnect plugin enabled in their browser every time they enter a part number into a sales order or quote, it will show a lot of extra information.For example the part: WET-4410331 will become: WET<rc-c2d-number data-c2d-context="{"phoneNumber":"-4410331"}" style="color: rgb(238, 238, 238);">-4410331</rc-c2d-number> FRONT OVER THE HUMP FLOOR LINER 23-25 S/DUTY EXTENDED/CREW CAB Everything still works fine, it’s just very annoying for our agents.  As soon as we disable the AppConnect plugin, everything works fine.Any suggestions?

We are currently using RingCentral’s SMS workflow builder (beta), specifically the “reaction block” for keyword-based auto responses, and it is not functioning as expected.The workflow is set up to trigger based on inbound SMS with specific keywords. However, we are experiencing inconsistent behavior, including:Multiple auto responses being sent from a single message Workflows triggering when they shouldn’t Filters (such as “does not contain” or keyword logic) not working properly Messages bypassing the intended logic altogetherWe have attempted:Adjusting trigger settings (ANY vs ALL) Adding filters and conditions Limiting frequency (1 time per hour) Rebuilding the workflow from scratchDespite these efforts, the issue persists, and support has not been able to resolve it.This is directly impacting our operations, as it’s causing:Duplicate or excessive responses to leads Confusion for prospective students Reduced trust and professionalism in our communicationHas anyone else experienced

An end user using the extension is having issues. I reinstalled the extension and connected to BH, but the red web phone error keeps showing (even though permissions are granted in the browser). End user can’t use it now for calling

We are missing greatly with the App Connect Bullhorn integration the ability “Copy Note” to “Replace the General Candidate Comments with this note?” when entering Prescreens from RingCentral’s App Connect. Wouldn’t want to copy the entire AI transcription with the Copy Note, but we had this feature with CloudCall and it worked great for Bullhorn. Is this possible with App Connect?

Hi Team, I hope you’re all doing well, would anyone know if there is a way to make the Name and Related to fields as mandatory options on the RingCentral Widget on SF? Reason being, we want to force agents to make sure we have agents input a contact name and a case number so that the call summary is added to the right case. Where as today, agents can choose to ignore these and the call summaries go missing.   

Still having issues where SMS capabilities for both in/outbound are not working.

I just encountered the same problem that was addressed about 1 year ago ( https://community.ringcentral.com/app-connect-22/failed-to-get-api-key-in-redtail-crm-9898?tid=9898&fid=22) - Trying to connect Redtail CRM (No other redtail product) to Ringcentral on the Ringcentral App Connect. I TYPED my working REDTAIL credentials into the fields and it still returned the 2 messages “Failed to Register API key” and “User not found”. I have this working on my old laptop, which I am retiring. This is happening on my new desktop where I do have Ringcentral operating already. I have downloaded the 2 chrome extensions already. Help Please

How can I take the contacts already stored inside RingCentral and import them into the newly created google sheet made through the ring central integration for google sheets?

With the new RingCentral extension, I can no longer hover over a telephone number and dial on websites including my CRM. Can you fix it?

using chrome- the connection is complete, however the app connect will not allow me to login to redtail.  Keeps saying that username is not found and api not set.  Redtail says they are good on their end, and we even verified my username and password.  HELP!

We have deployed the Ringcentral for Salesforce integration (RingCentral App for Salesforce, version 4.8.3) to a number of our users, and have configured it to automatically log all calls. The problem is that it seems to ignore logging whenever a user calls a person who shares a phone number with any other contact (like when two people are from the same company and their phone numbers both say the company phone number). This is very troubling for us because we are trying to get our users to log everything, and one of the ways we sold this to the users is that phone calls get autologged - but they do not always do so.

Looking for Missed call auto-response its not working through instructions through spectrum

Hi! Long time listener first time caller lol :) Few questions hoping for some knowledge on pleasePermissions - We have edited the role of users to not have permissions to Workflow Builder, yet they still have access. It’s like that setting isn’t working in testing. Anyone else seen this? We’ve opened a ticket pending, but if anyone else has figured this out, that would be great. Notifications - Users are getting an email notice when we create a workflow for them. We do not want that bc the verbiage invites them to try out some of the features that we don’t yet want them to.  Them receiving this notification doesn’t seem to be related to any of the notification check boxes we can control in user settings.  Anyone know how to turn this off by chance? Tracking - Anyone know if there’s a way to view what workflow users may have created and have active - or if that’s already on a roster for development by chance?Thank you for your time and expertise! :) 

Why is my automation not working? I even use the template that they have, still not working.

Our automation was recently migrated to a Company Workflow but no longer works.  When I go in to edit it, it says the highlighted number can’t be used.  That highlighted number is our main number and that is what we need to be able to receive the text message and respond.  Oddly enough if I create My Workflow, the company number is available but the problem it sends all the notifications to my user, not to our main company user Front Right Desk. How can I create an autorespond worflow that responds to our main company number but sends the notifications to the Front Right Desk user?  This is how it use to work when it was set up as an Automation.

I am trying to create an automation in RingCentral Automator that when someone calls our main phone number they get a automatic text to schedule an apointment via our self book calender.

My customer service reps keep seeing an error message says there is a 4000 character limit causing the transcript and notes to fail to log. If this is actually a thing, this tool is not working. I would say a good 75% of our agent calls are longer than 5 minutes and some may last upwards of an hour. 4000 characters is easy to exceed and I watched 2 separate calls have this pop up and now no records were stored in NS. Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong or offer some insight on this? Thanks!

One of my users… his RingCentral App Connect won’t log SMS messages in Pipedrive. It does for other users, such as myself. What could the problem be? Some sort of permission?
