We host electronic health records and want to fetch inbound faxes for multiple RC clinic clients via a schedule job. I am all confused over the terminology and the right approach. From the developer console, we have the Client ID and secret along with JWT. Is that belong to our application? Based on what I read, it seems we should use the JWT authentication for each of our client, does that means each client login on their own account, launch their developer console and somehow get the JWT token to us? When the getting start page stated Client ID, is it our app client ID or the client account Client ID?If someone can guide us on the roadmap, we would really appreciate it. We want to transition our clients from faxage.com to RC.

I can see from numerous other questions in the community that this can happen from time to time and needs to be manually enabled by the support team. The sandbox account is (313) 263-4672. Can someone please enable SMS for this account?

Using the WebSocket starter code and am not receiving SMS notifications in production, sandbox, or new app environment.WebSocket gets connected as noted by the "Ready to receive" message on start.Application Scopes:I've tried creating a new app, running in sandbox, and have got nowhere. The message store shows incoming records on GET message-store but notifications are not coming in through the WebSocket.

Hello,We are using this endpoint to list all devices in the account: /restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/deviceWe find our test device, and have used the Device ID to make outbound calls. However, another phone has been set up for testing, and that phone does not show up when we list devices. The user has shown they have installed the same phone app.Thanks,George

Hi, I have been tasked with implementing Click2Call within ServiceNow to use our RingCentral phone application. Having studied the various ways to do this, using the RingCentral SDK library appears to fulfill all our requirements. However, I cannot see anywhere how I can install this SDK in ServiceNow. Anybody know?

Hello, having issues with my RingCentral app and RingCentral web (chrome) I am unable to rcvd or make calls the phone button does not highlight green its GRAY. I have restarted my computer few times my RingCentral shows I am completely ''OFFLINE'' BUT when I log on my cell phone app everything works OK any advice.

I making call log request using JWT token i think its tied to only one extension hence returning only fax logs.please suggest how do i generalize JWT token or any other ways to get all logs

I'm converting a Winforms app written in 2016 to core using RingCentral.Net 6.1.0. I've studied GitHub code and only need Oauth like we've been doing since 2016. I can instantiate and add an extension successfully to the RestClient but when I make an API call I get a null object reference. Debugging the RestClient object the token is null. The exception message isn't clear what is null, except I can see the Token property of the RestClient is null. See below.

The Developer Guide and API Reference are well written and contain a lot of helpful information.The thing I'm missing though are some guides on how to cover specific workflows.The task I have is to sync calls users made in Ringcentral to external CRM app.I figured it would be good to use a webhooks for that matter.I subscribe to Account Telephony Sessions Event for Disconnected calls only./restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions?statusCode=DisconnectedAs far as I can tell, there are about 3-4 "Disconnected" webhooks fires for every call.So I need to filter those somehow to process only one that I really need.By tria

In their API documentation, the instructions referenced https://engage.ringcentral.com, but I do have a free developer account and I need to authenticate and call API. How to authenticate and call API for DEV? What is the correct URL?
