I have a user that has recently married and has changed her name. Once her name was changed in Active Directory, she has no longer been able to authenticate her Ring Central account. How do I change her name and email address without deleting her account and starting over? I've read through some of the topics on the support web page but haven't found anything yet.

I recently started upgrading my users to the new Office@hand 22.1.21.370 (Blue Icon) We just noticed that when a user is on a conference call, it doesn't allow you to hover and choose which line to hang up. In the previous version, you could hover over "Conference call" choose any participant, hang up with them and keep the other conversation going. Hey guys,I'm trying to set up my new RingCentral phone system that will be receiving calls on the IP phone.I had a company greeting made, which is your standard "thanks for calling. For retail sales/nutrition questions, press 1. For wholesale accounts, press 2." I also had a greeting made for customers to hear if there's no answer after pressing 1 and another for pressing 2.I have the IVR menu set up where it directs callers to the correct extension, but if nobody answers, it keeps repeating and does not leave an option to leave a voicemail. How do I add the option for customers to leave a message if their call is not picked up? I am migrating my aging ShoreTel system to RC and going through the onboarding process. After configuring my network switches and firewall according to the Network Requirement for Ring Central MVP, I've tried booting up my first three phones, all of which give a "No Service" warning on the display. I opened a ticket with support but only got a few suggestions before I was asked to take the phone home and try it there.The phones in question are Yealink model T42sOn the phone itself, in the status menu, the message is "Account Unregistered", and in the admin console, the icon next to the phones changed from Order in Progress to Offline, so I know the phone is communicating, at least to some degree. When I am using my Ringcentral desktop application, it momentarily logs and/or crashes from time to time and I am not too sure why. Has anyone else had this issue?

We have had many of our Yealink phones become unusable until they are rebooted. I am requesting an engineer to help us find out why 20 or so of our phones are doing this. The latest happened yesterday. The phones touch screen would take 20 - 30 seconds to respond to user input and the dial tone would take 30 seconds to come on once the handset or speaker option was used.

We have had some people experience an issue where they cannot log in to the Ring Central app on Chromebook. They will enter the login username but when they navigate to get the second authentication from their email, the app will either close or revert them back to the first screen to enter the login username.Any suggestions on how to fix this?

All i get is a red dot and no flashing or pop up messages or anything. curious why the flashing isn't happening on the app when i have it turned on within the notifications section. trying to make it easier to identify when there is an unread message.

Hello, using RC for Salesforce and when I dial in (Inbound call) to my softphone layout - it rings and I can pickup... but never able to have the Call log created (with green check mark) it just spins, then gives the error "sorry, we failed to log your call". This is STG but works fine in Production. I'm using the same p# login for both environments.. Any idea what could cause this? Thank you!

Hi Ring Central,We are looking for a way if we can report on how long in a day our call representatives have "Accept Queue Calls" toggled on/off and if possible the times they have toggled this setting off and on.Is there a way to do this with the analytics tool provided? Hi,I use RingCentral PBX through Microsoft Teams with integrations on our Yealink MP58 team VOIP phones and when our receptionist answer a call and place callers on hold we are getting reports that the line is disconnecting or being dropped. I wanted to know if anyone has seen this or if this might be a Microsoft teams issue or phone system itself. I have check our on hold policy in RingCentral as well in Microsoft Teams and there isn't a policy or rule that I can see that is causing this issue but I might not have enough knowledge on where to lookAny help would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting the error message "you don't have permissions to make international calls. Please contact you RingCentral account administrator for an upgrade"The numbers I am calling are within the country I am in, USA, not international numbers. Why a I getting this message? Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (at the suggestion of support, who was extremely hard to understand) on my desktop and it worked, but I should not have to do this every time this happen. Many (not all) users were prompted again for admin credentials to install a helper tool today. This is a repeat of what happened the last time the desktop app version was updated.Last time I spoke with a Glip product head but was essentially told "that shouldn't happen," with no explanation of what this is, how it's triggered, or why some users are prompted while others are silently updated.Please explain?
