Hello -I have one computer (yes, computer, not user) where outbound calls are stuck on connecting. They don't appear to ever go through, as they are not received by the recipient nor show up in any call logs. I have tried a clean install, deleting temp files located at c/user/local/temp and, when uninstalled, made sure to clear the ringcentral folders from users/local as well.I have had three employees login to ringcentral on the computer to try, all get the same. I invited a user to join RingCentral with an incorrect email address. The invite is pending but the user will never answer. I need to revoke the invite and delete the contact. How do I do it?

EE has already dropped IPV4 and other networks will be dropping it soon, so it is quite important to know when RingCentral will be updating it to IPV6 otherwise it will stop working soon. My phone is on EE and I can't use the Ringcentral App anymore or my laptop when connecting to my phone's hotspot working remotely because outdated IPV4 is no longer supported and other internet providers will be doing the same soon.

Some of my team who have desk phones would like to have their desk phone ring first before their computer / Cell. Why would this not be an option? Many companies still use desk phones.Thanks

You send us an email saying that HUD is now available in the mobile - I excitedly wasted 20 minutes trying to find it/update/enable it in my app, only to find on another page it is in closed BETA - come on Ring central - get your communications together and stop wasting our time!

When transferring a call, the receiving party has no idea when the transfer is completed because there's no sound at all. No click, no beep, nothing. Is there any way to add this feature so that the receiving party knows when to start talking to their caller?

We have RingCentral integrated with Zoho CRM and when phone calls come in, the RingCentral extension displays an incoming call pop window. In the window is information about the caller (if it matches a record in the CRM database) and offers options for typing in notes into a 'description' text field.My question is: could another function be added to this dialog window? Say, an attach file function?Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, I have about three laptops that I am trying to install O@H on and when I open up the app I am greeted with the screen below. I have done a complete uninstall of the application and installed the newest version from the RingCentral website and still get the same issue.

So yesterday it was working fine. Today I update the app and my callers can't hear me. Its not the phone as I can use it as expected for all other calls. Please help, Community (I would ask RingCentral but we all know how that works out for us)

When I was setting up my transfer of number it said something about a temporary setup until the final number is finished. The guy on the phone doesn't seem to know anything about this. Is there a temporary number so the transfer works quicker or did I miss read something?! ThanksIve just spent 45 minutes on the phone to some bloke that clearly has no idea what he's doing, utter waste of time, not a great start to this service!!!!!

Why is there not a guide for how to complete the User Bulk Upload spreadsheet? The notes on the spreadsheet make no sense and are full of 'what not to do'.It is not clear which tabs need attention and under what circumstances.Why does it have existing data on it, if this is for uploading new users?

Using Polycom VVX450 phones and We have 4 park locations created on Polycom VVX450.When it works, All of the five phones light up when a call is parked and any one of those pones can retrieve the parked call. When it does not work, a few times a daySome callers are getting stuck in a park location with no presence light notifying they are parked on any five phones and unable to retrieve i, unless we open the Ring central software it is seen.It happens occasionally and unable to pin point it. We have had a case created since 7/20/2020 and support is absolutely no help.Has anyone experienced this issue?do you have a recommendation on how to narrow down the cause?

We are using the new LOB analytics page and liking what we see. One question that we want to answer is when a call is missed (unanswered/goes to voicemail), was the person on another call at the time that they did not answer. How can we find this information?

Please refer to Case # 14752495When retrieving voice messages via the phone (not in an app or website) we need the call automated attendant to announce the time of the call AND THE CALLER ID OF THE CALLER leaving the message. We are a medical office, and we NEED to know the ID of the caller without having to log into a computer app or website every time to retrieve messages. We NEED this function as we had it previously.

The keyboard shortcuts in the Ringcentral App use several of the same shortcuts as Chromebooks do. Is there a way to turn them off or change them for Ringcentral?

I have some employees that only use the mobil app function and others that use the web functions. We had an employee depart our company some time ago, and her ext was reassigned to another employee. The web Ring Central shows this extension belonging to the new employee, but the mobil app shows the old employee assigned to that ext.Interestingly all other changes flow through both apps. Is this a glitch? If so, how do I fix it? Any help wpould be appreciated! Thank you.

We have successfully integrated ring central with dynamics 365. And also add form control also on phone field. but when we are clicking on call dial icon we are not able to dial a call and number is disappearing automatically from call dialer.

We have an issue after an install of the RC Desktop App (22.1.20.any) MSI, it will work fine the same day as the install was done, but by the next morning 40% of the installs will not open RC. The only way to reslove this to do deploy the same MSI package again and then they are fine. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Hi. I am looking for a way to essentially set up a "speakerphone button" (or control-key shortcut) when using RingCentral app on my desktop. Normally, I like to use the headset mic and earphones. But sometimes I'd like to use a "speakerphone" --- actually my Logitech webcam mic and the computer speakers.RingCentral remembers the different default audio mic/speaker source between phone and video. I'd like to have a way in phone settings to set default audio sourceA and default audio sourceB. I'd like to have a one-button toggle to switch between the headset mic/speakers and the Logitech mic/computer speakers while on a live phone call.I know on a live call I can hit the 'audio button' and then select a different mic/speaker source. But this is cumbersome on a live call.

Hello,since I use RC desktop app, I cannot move and share files directly in the message window (via drag & drop). It was possible in the prior browser version, but not in the app. Now I have to select every file via the attachment button and choose path. Another problem here: I cannot select any files from our business server to be shared on RC. Why is that? Sorry I'm a noob and my co-workers couldn't help at all. Thanks for any reply!Laura

I have my phone forwarded to one of my coworkers while I am out of the office. While testing this, he tried to forward me back to my voicemail but it did not work. There may be times that a caller gets to him, but prefers to leave a voicemail for me. How do we do this?

I'm having an issue where basically both Voice and RingCentral are trying to ring at the same time regardless of the actual source of the call and my personal calls are getting logged into my RingCentral's call history. I found this older help article that seems to outline this issue, but I'm not sure if the settings have changed because I'm not seeing these options? Or if they've moved elsewhere in the app?

Occasionally someone will be on an active call, but their status will still read available. Normally they will be red and status will say "On a call."I have to go to the HUD to make sure someone is available. Why does the status sometimes fail to update when on a call?
