Not a customer yet, trying to get a good handle on things before we take the leap - we will only be using the fax services offered by RingCentral.Currently, we have multiple fax lines to our Agency, each line going to a different department. With our current electronic fax system, a single person monitors the database/inbox for their department and when a fax arrives, they forward it by email to the proper recipient. We're hoping to mirror that system and flow as much as possible.Ideally, what I would like to see happen is when a fax arrives for a specific number, that fax is forwarded via email to an account that is monitored by a staff member, who then forwards it along to the proper person. Each number would forward to a different email account, monitored by different staff.
