I work from the UK and have a UK number making calls via the desktop windows phone to other UK numbers. I am wondering if I travel to France will I still be able to make calls from the same app without changing the number and still using the same desktop system without incurring additional charges?

We are using the RingCentral Standard Canadian.I'm about to start the porting process for our direct dial numbers and our main company numbers. I've already setup our current system to handle the forwarding, but once I've started porting them I want the RingCentral system to be able to show our current DDI's and company number as the outgoing caller ID instead of using the temporary numbers in RC.Will I get this as an option once I start porting?

I am trying to find a fax that I send 1.5 months ago. I can't find it. How can I see this?

We would like to use RingCentral and Teams to schedule conference calls like Webex Teams. We are using the latest Ring Central desktop app and I have created a team. It does not seem to offer a schedule option to schedule a Teams conference call. Does anybody know if this is even possible and if not can this be added later as a feature?

I have a US account, only ever used for faxing. Tried to send a fax yesterday, the desktop app and the web app did not give me the compose fax option. Can see old faxes, but no way to create a new one. Even tried fax to email and it gave me this message "The fax you submitted on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 12:55 PM could not be sent because your account doesn't have fax sending capabilities. If you would like to use this functionality, please upgrade your account and resubmit your fax or contact our customer support." Can anyone help? The URI rcmobile worked for the Ring Central Phone app but does not work for the RC App. Since the RC Phone app is being retired and replaced by the RC App, this rcmobile URI needs to be updated to work correctly with the RC App. This is a critical problem that needs to be addressed. We don't always receive the recorded voicemail message in email, only the text. They were coming through fine but have now stopped.

I'm using MY PHONE. Not one supplied by my employer. I have zero interest in the app having access to my dialer, contacts, or texts. With the recent updates you have made to your phone and desktop apps surrounding the SMS/texting functionality, all of the features that we needed and loved about the apps were removed. You can no longer mark as unread, visibility, search functionality and location, meaning where you have to go to text from, are all harder to find, get to and respond with, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, one of the best features that was removed was your ability to archive or "close the conversation". Due to the loss of functionality with your texting you have made it extremely difficult for our teams to use the app effectively and therefore we are having to look for other solutions to meet our needs. There is already a lot of missing functionality over some other providers, such as shared/departmental texting/sms. and now, other then statistical data etc, google voice has more functionality. Is there a way to revert back to the old versions?

Hi, we have a set of users managing a Tech Support number while the usual reps are 'off'. We have rules set up for different members of the team to receive the calls at different periods through the day but if they cannot answer it goes to the personal voicemail of that person rather than the tech support one. Is there a way to ensure that anyone ringing in to the tech support number is always getting the tech support voicemail?

I've downloaded and installed the latest RingCentral app (version 20.2.31.176) for Windows 10. There doesn't seem to be an option, anywhere, where I can configure this app to start when I log in to Windows. Will the softphone or desktop app work in Remote desktop situation?

My desktop ringcentral chat app seemed to stop working. That is, it no longer opens when I double click on it. I'd thought I'd uninstall and reinstall but the following keeps popping up to which I cannot find the files on my drive. (nor can my search function seem to find it).4. I've tried going to 'add or remove programs' from system settings option but that couldn't find the program as well?So I am unsure where it is or even if it's installed or not.

Frankly, the various apps all have the same name and make no sense to me. I just need an app where I can send and receive texts from clients -- not an internal team! Currently the texts I receive come in with only a phone # id and I cannot revise the profile to add a name. Poly Vxx 150 and 250 no phone manual just a quick reference guide. Trying to hook it up t my pc since I dont have a wall jack on this floor. Anyone know how to do this and update the phone date time etc? It might have been a good point to make that a wall jack or router be near by for this type of phone to be set up.

Twice in a couple weeks now, the texts I sent from the RingCentral app.glip.com page from my desktop (using a Chomebook) to my cell phone (AT&T) never went through. I rely HEAVILY on texting from my Chromebook using the app.glip.com page, and now I'm beginning to wonder if many other people are not getting my texts, also. Anyone have any suggestions?
