Help, I created a support ticket, but the TCR registration menu is not showing up. Anyone else have this issue? Logged in as the admin.

As others have noted, we only communicate via SMS with clients of our business. The registration from doesn't allow for basic SMS texting. But yet we are to provide opt-in and opt-out words and sample communications. How can you say you will follow the requirements when the requirements to match the business practice?

I have a Yealink T42S phone and it's currently registered as a Share Line. If someone calls the main number, all the phones that are registered in the Share Line will ring. I believe the Yealink phone can provision multiple SIPs. Is it possible to set up a second extension or a digital line using one of the available buttons on the phone?Just to be clear, the second extension number I have is currently set up as a softphone using RingCentral App. I want 1 button for the main shared line and the second button for a personal extension.

When/where can I see the status of our TCR/SMS registration?

I'm finally taking care of our 10DLC registration, and I've gotten to the part in the process where I have to explain how we're "obtaining consent" from our customers. But, here's the thing... We are NOT using SMS for anything other than communication [duh, I guess]. We have a working API that is getting all of the company call log data and inserting it into a databse. We have discovered some data is missing from the records and I have found the missing data within the legs of the call record.I'm looking for a way to get my C# code to loop through the legs of a call record to find the first To Name.I have set my view = "Detailed" and can Console.WriteLine(response.legs[0].to.name); but that only shows me the to name in the first leg, sometimes this can be null. I can figure out how to get my app to loop through the legs until if finds a value in to.name.Any help is apprecaited.

We have been waiting for completion of our TCR application that was submitted on 2/6/23. If our TCR application isn't processed before 3/31/23, will all users lose SMS capabilities?

This TCR is a bit confusing. I understand some compaigns like to use SMS for sending bulk advertisement. We don't use it for that at all. We only use occassionaly texting between clients or people we work with. These are not "campaigns". Do we still have to register for all this or is there a simpler registration for less complicated use?

I have a new account, and have manually provisioned mu Grandstream GRP2612w. I can receive incoming calls but can not make outgoing calls or calls to mobiles. Does anyone know what settings I should check that might be causing this? (and what should I put in the field to correct this)

Hi! I have an API script which creates a new user account and assigns an unused extension to a new user. Since our users come from all over they want a area code that reflects their location. Most of the time the area code requested in not in inventory. I am trying to find a API call to purchase new numbers or exchange existing numbers. Any help would be appriciated.Thanks!

SMS is still not working for new requests/numbers. I have two tickets opened and neither are being updated with any type of response from RingCentral Support. We are being billed for SMS but it is not working. We submitted the appropriate TCR forms well over a month ago and I confirmed with RingCentral last month that the form was received. This TCR rollout has been an absolute nightmare and the support we have received has been even worse. Regretting that we ever moved our phone system over to RingCentral.

I am looking at this section of the Embeddable Widget "Third Party Service in Widget" documentation. It implies that contact lists should always be synced down to LocalStorage by the widget and documents a /contacts endpoint to do so.

Hello! We submitted PDF version of TCR registration Feb 2nd following the example forms and responses, and were advised to follow to a tee which I did. While PDF was still in limbo, we did self registration in Admin Portal as directed by Ring Central. Just received an email today with comments regarding two issues on our PDF (case # 17441147) and directing me to self register in Admin Portal which I already did ths past Monday. Are the PDF reviewers not looking at the pending Admin Portal registration info which is more thorough and up to date? I thought the portal registration would override the PDF anyway? Thank you!

We have also registered our company's campaign with TCR and we got approved 2 days ago, but we still get that "403 forbidden" error. We are using all the production environment credentials. I am an attorney. Typically, I send and receive less than 100 texts per month. I am not using SMS for marketing purposes. Usually, an existing client texts me a question. I text a response. A potential client may text and request representation/legal services. Does RC want a sample of these types of texts in order to authorize my continued use of Ring Central SMS?

All inbound calls are greeted with "thank you for calling (business name), one of our agents will be with you momentarily". How do I change it so that inbound callers only hear a conventional ring tone? We are a 3-person family business rather than some mega corp.
