Hi!I have created my application and should now test it through the sandbox account.I have to use Rainbow Office and not RingCentral.From RingCentral I see that to activate the account just use CTRL + F2 (https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/9845/ringcentral-phone-with-sandbox-account.html) but from Rainbow Office it doesn't work. How can I do?Regards

I have a user's missed calls section set to go to an IVR menu where a caller can subsequently choose if they'd like to hold, be transferred to a different user, or be transferred to that user's voicemail. I'm testing and I've chosen the voicemail option. The voicemail message plays, but I cannot leave a voicemail. Any way to fix this?

I'm porting or transferring a number (561-314-4575) from Google Voice to RingCentral. I already have an account with Ring Central with I think 2 numbers I haven't used at all (new account).On the transfer step by step it asks for my billing phone number and then below I can type in the 20 numbers I wish to transfer.What number do I type in the billing phone number box? One of the Ring central ones? Or the Google Voice one? I think I need to put the 561-314-4575 (the one I want to transfer) one in the box (that takes up to 20 numbers). I can't put it in both.

Hi Guys,I've switched my application from development to production and changed appropriate credentials ... but I'm finding the WebHook subscription fails now even though it's exactly the same url that worked fine in developmentI know I'm connecting to the production ring central url properly because I can establish a connection with the new credentials, receive an access token, get a list of the account's extensions etcBut, when I try and create my subscription, I get a 400 Bad Request result with exactly the same code, callback url that worked fine beforeIs there something different that needs to be done with WebHooks in production mode?Thanks for the help.Matt

Hi,If I call from Application to invalid number, for example +17777777777, call failed with short beeps. And in session event notification will be prompt a reason.But if I do the same from Deskphone there no reason in notification. I am getting unexpected subscriptions created daily at 3AM (probably the result of a cron job) from an unknown source (but probably a previous developer). So I want to reset the client secret, without disruption the production app. How can I do this? Alternatively, is it possible to identify the origin of where the subscriptions are being created?

Hello!This may be a far fetched question, but I was wondering if anyone was familiar with connecting their RingCentral api data with PowerBI? I am currently in process of trying to build a custom connector in PowerBI that uses M language code. My org uses mandatory SSO and I am making sure the grant_type is "authorization_code", but unfortunately I receive an invalid grant type error.Would anyone happen to have any knowledge or experience connecting data to PowerBI or maybe even SSIS?

Within the RingCentral University "Admin (MVP Advanced)" training course, there are two videos titled "Dedicated Call Parking" and "Setting Up Park Location Groups" respectively. As near as I can figure, these videos cover the same information. Is this intentional? If not, would you consider removing one of them?(It's also possible that I'm missing an important distinction between the videos.)

I have just downloaded the RingCentral app for my job on my iOS device. Unfortunately it seems the app does not work with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can log in, until I need to put in the security code then I get an error message that says, can't recognize the device. I need to be able to mass text one message to a list of 50 phone numbers....copy the numbers, paste in a text and send. Frustrating that this is not possible please if you could add this feature it would be a HUGE time saver....typing 50 phone numbers is no bueno!

Hi, I tried to understand how can I remove continue as button, I don't want to get user the option to login with the same user after logout.Is there any reference where the whole list of ui_options (one of Form Data Parameters inGET /restapi/oauth/authorize) is listed with descriptions? What ui_option I can use for these needs?Also, one more question about ui_options:I found the option hide_concent which remove last page in logging pop up about confirm auth content.but is there an option to show it first time user login and not show on next logins?

Hello,We are trying to fetch the profile image that our user has in the app using the readUserProfileImage API request. However, the api doesn't return the image.If we upload an image through the createUserProfileImage API request we can then fetch the upload image but it is not the image we have set in the app.

Hoping to get some advice on enabling hotkeys for the pop-out MAX phone system. I have found the article in the helpdesk that describes what hotkeys can be used... But there is no option in my settings to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have uses on the RingCentral application and they keep getting logged out. It is random. How do I fix it. They are also logged in to the RingCentral Salesforce application.

Using JWT to request an access token as explained at https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/authentication/jwt-flow#technical-discussion does not work. I created an application in Sandbox with "Read Accounts" permissions and a JWT for "all apps belonging to my organization" and followed the instructions in the documentation above. When I POST to https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/oauth/token as shown in the example, I get 400 invalid request and errorCode OAU-250 "Unsupported grant type". I have tried it with both Postman and curl and get the same error. I have properly base64-encoded the Client ID and Secret with a ":" between them (I've done this with other APIs on other platforms and know the routine). We're having a problem where iPhone and Android apps cannot answer calls. Our three users are part of the same call queue and incoming calls to our main # go to that queue. Our desk phones and desk apps ring and allow us to answer. On the Android app the call appears but I can't press the green answer button, it just vanishes and on the next ring appears and vanishes. One person with an iPhone says the same thing happens to them, another says they don't get a notification that a call is coming in.We called support and L2 support reset our connections and incoming calls worked on our cell phone apps, but the problem has returned.We've tried logging out on our cell phones and logging back in, still no dice. And we can answer these calls on our desk and Windows app phones.Any ideas?

Hello,I am trying to run the QOS test (https://www.ringcentral.com/support/qos.html) and it just loads a page with a small bar across the screen, but does nothing even after waiting several minutes. It just keeps redownloading the installer, which I have already ran. I have checked and the necessary services are running, but when I go to the page to check it says it can't talk to the service. Tried running on Mac, Linux, and Windows, but all have the same issue. I have checked to make sure the two services are actually running in Task Manager/Activity Monitor and they are there, but it still won't talk. Is there something I am missing?

I have ended up with 2 subscriptions sending me webhook events. I don't know how to delete the old one.The scenario:User A ran the OAuth flow. My app is using that user for authentication. The app created a webhook subscription to /telephony/session events for some extensions. Something happened to my refresh token. So User B logs into my app and runs the OAuth flow. So now my app is using an access token for User B. The app checks the subscriptions to make sure they are up to date. The app sees no subscriptions for User B so it creates a new subscription. At the same time the subscription from User A is still sending webhook events. Now my app is receiving duplicate events. How do I delete the subscription for User A?

I'm trying to set the Yealink T46G phone to RC, we enter all the data manually, but it won't pass the registration. Does anyone know what the problem is?
