On approximately 1/2 the calls received in my mobile phone when I am off wifi will go to dead air after answering a call and the first ~3 words from the caller. The phone signal bar start to blink stating cell connection issue. Callers say they can still hear me sometimes but I cannot hear them. After having this issue since I started with ring central I just tried to not take calls when I am away from my desk cause I thought it was my old Samsung mobile phone issue. I just got the new 5g pixel 6 pro and it still does it, even when in 5g. I have talked to other business owners who have att and iphones and they don't have this issues. It seems to either be a Verizon service issue who may be purposely cutting my speeds when they see a voip call or an android issue. I have no other issues with other apps when video calling, I run speedtests and latency tests and often get better speeds then my home internet. My application with clientID: G8E9ItydR4aK2CA6SLlItw is showing that it is not able to be graduated but the graduation requirements aren't refreshing correctly. I have exercised all permissions as well as made 5+ calls to each endpoint and have less than 5% 4xx errors. If you view the page under 'analytics' for the last 24 hours you can see each of the tabs "API Calls", and "Endpoints" is correct but "Permissions" still doesn't correctly reflect the permissions I have used correctly. That includes the API call to renew/webhook and which would satisfy the "Webhook Subscriptions" permission and the API call to create the webhook subscription with create/subscription with an account level telephony webhook. (Which I can verify I am correctly receiving all webhooks) that would satisfy the "Call Control" permission. Thank you for your quick resolution in helping me graduate our application today.

I have multiple clients making requests with the same app. If I get too many 429 on one client will that in any way affect other clients by responding with a 429?Can my app get blacklisted or temporarily slowed for all clients if I make to many requests?

The Nice CXOne community would not let me join their user community and told me to reach out to RingCentral with all questions and issues. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? All WFM software companies I know of have user groups and they encourage their users to join them.

This happens randomly, but I have one user that is having problems authenticating, they were on a call on their softphone (ringcentral phone app) hung up, next call said to switch to another device, she logged out of our application, cleared her token, and now when trying to authenticate through our app/api calls she gets the following. Is there a way to identify and display on a phone when a specific number ahs called more than one time in past X hours?

We would like to have our desktop phones ring before our cell/computer. It appears that the functionality is built in for us to move the options around, however, it won't allow us to do so. Any idea when this may become an active feature?

Hello -I have one computer (yes, computer, not user) where outbound calls are stuck on connecting. They don't appear to ever go through, as they are not received by the recipient nor show up in any call logs. I have tried a clean install, deleting temp files located at c/user/local/temp and, when uninstalled, made sure to clear the ringcentral folders from users/local as well.I have had three employees login to ringcentral on the computer to try, all get the same. I received information from a number of our users today that some of their incoming faxes are being marked as Robocalls. When they receive these in email, they are unable to open the PDF attachments.I have tried adding Company Contacts in the RingCentral app but none of them appear in the Company Contacts section. They all end up in the Admin's personal contacts. Since these are external sources with fax numbers only for contact and are typically a medical company or doctor's office, does each user have to add the "robocall" fax information to their own contacts?Thank you,Lucy
