Having an issue with the iOS app where multiple phones in a ring group will ring correctly simultaneously.However, when trying to answer the call on one of the iPhones, the other phones keep ringing and the iPhone the user tried to answer with will not connect to the incoming call.The only way my users are able to connect to the call is to go to one of the additional iPhones (still ringing) and then answer from that phone.With this second iPhone, the app will finally connect the user to the incoming call, however, the other iPhones in the ring group will continue to ring for the original incoming call until each phone is answered.There won't be any additional incoming calls now that 'iPhone #2' has answered the original call to the ring group, so now users get confused as to wether or not there are actually new calls coming into the ring group.

What are the option as a super admin in RingCentral admin portal to get access of all text messages of all the extension created?Can admin access or see messages of any other extensions?

We are trying to configure an extension where any call made will directly get into voicemail without ringing the phone. How can this be acheived? Can we turn any extension only to receive voicemails and not any calls?

When setting up a meeting and including someone not on our plan, an unauthorized client email is sent automatically. It is sent to our admin and 3 other email addresses, one of which is not even on our plan. No one ever entered the 3 additional email addresses to receive any admin information. Support can not figure out how this is happening. Any ideas?

Hello,I have worked with RingCentral for hours on this and as we all know speed dials have been around for over 20 years on traditional PBX systems. All of RingCentral's competitors including 8x8 and Zoom offer speed dials on the Cisco 8851 phones. I still can not get anyone to show me how to add a speed dial to my Cisco 8851 phone I purchased from RingCentral. Does anyone know how to do this. Speed dials are probably the most important feature to a desk phone for businesses and I do not see any reason this will not work, that is like selling me a car without a steering wheel its useless. Can someone please show me how to add a simple speed dial to this Cisco 8851 phone.Thank you,

In the new RC app, is the feature for deleting multiple voicemail given as it is given in Rc desktop app?I can see that in RC classic desktop phone appI am not finding it in the new one

How can Speed dial be configured so that pressing a key like 1,2,3 etc form desktop phone can dial a stored number?Also how can the number be saved for speed dial?

Number 989-930-4310 is a direct-dial number to our On-Boarding/Recruiting Department. We also have the group set up as a User with Extension 4310. What do I need to do in the Ext 4310 Notification Settings to get faxes sent to 989-930-4310 also emailed to the group's email account? I've tried adding it and testing but it doesn't work... the faxes show sent but no emails are going through.

I am a single user with one extension. I have in my blocked call list 160 numbers and area codes with most of them as duplicates. When I select a blocked number and then click the "delete" key for that number, nothing happens. I even scroll to the bottom of the page and select "save" my changes but the duplicate number still appears in my blocked call list. It's the same issue with blocked area codes. What is the proper format to enter to block a specific area code? is it just the 3 number area code or the number 1and then the 3 number area code?

We have a 'Main Switchboard' group for incoming calls. The group has 5 humans to answer the calls.Sometimes after receiving a call a human incorrectly transfers the call internally without HOLDING the transfer button. The recipient sees "Main Switchboard" on their caller-id rather than the caller-id of the original caller.I have been asked to address this issue.I need visibility to see which user answered and transferred the call but Reports > Call Log shows only "Main Switchboard". Is it possible to drill down to see exectly who answered and tranferred the call.Thanks,ft.

We only do cold transfers.Our PolyCom phones show the caller-id of the extension transferring a call by default UNLESS the person dping the tarnsfer holds Transfer button for a couple of seconds.We NEVER want to see the extension which is transferring the call. We ONLY EVER want to see the caller ID of the incoming, original caller.This is causing me a lot of grief.Is it possible to deactivate the default behavior and ONLY SHOW ORIGINAL INCOMING CALLER ID?Thanks,ft,

How can I obtain Analytics data prior to March 2021 ? I'm particularly keen to access Performance Reports from Jan 2020 through to March 14 2021 as I have to produce monthly year-over-year reporting for my company. Data for 2019, 2018 would also be really useful too.
