We want the ability to1. Have user saved custom status messages2. Ability to save custom status at the corporate level- I.E At Lunch, Gone Home.3. Ability to see a group of users and their status on the RC app.

When using the new RC app, is there a one click option to start or join a RC conference (RC bridge number and RC personal access code)?

Starting recently with the new RingCentral Chrome app, when I try to use the application for the first time on a new system I haven't used before, it's supposed to have a popup asking me to "allow microphone/audio" for this webpage.This isn't happening sometimes and the Chrome softphone won't initiate Chrome to ask the question. The Chrome browser no longer has the option to set this manually in settings either.Things I have tested this on, Windows 10 and Chrome OS (version 65). The same problem happens on both types of computers.Using the hamburger menu on the RingCentral app and choosing settings to pick a different "Calling" option and then switching it back to "Browser", no effect. Our dial by name directory is saying the incorrect name when transferring, even though it is transferring to the correct extension based on the letters typed in. The name is recorded correctly under the User Details in the Admin Portal, but is there another location where the recorded name should be referenced?

No matter which platform I am signing into, it does not work. I get the email to confirm my email from RingCentral. I click the link and then a RingCentral webpage opens with just a button that says "Launch Application." Once I click the link, it just loads and nothing happens.

Hello! i am new to RingCentral, i just setup an IVR menu to allow customer choose language preference, since some of our agents speaks Spanish, and all agents speak English.i have two questions:1. looks like the company greeting option is gone when I choose to use Multi-Level IVR menu. anyway to bring it back?2. i created two call queue, one for each language, and the agents that speaks both languages are in both queues, is there anyway the agent can see which queue the caller select so they know which language to greet when they initial the conversation?thank you in advance!

As a trainer, we have two participants following training instructions. Trainer wants to watch both participants enter the information simultaneously. Had hoped that side-by-side meant viewing both shared screen simultaneously, but I cannot figure out how to do this. All that can be viewed is one shared screen and the participants.Is this possible? Or is the only recourse to toggle between shared screens?

We just recently went live with RingCentral and opted to establish a call queue for some of our extensions. We have seen that the call queue feature is a burden for these extensions given that we cannot remove the "press 1" prompt for outside callers and we would like to remove those extensions from the queue. Is there an easy way to remove this queue?

I'm having some issues using RingCentral on my mac. It seems to work fine on my android so I have to assume it is something with my mac in particular and how it interacts with the program. I created a new account and signed in on a web browser but the page never loaded. I downloaded the application but when I click to sign in it just does the loading circle forever. I tried to go to service.ringcentral.com but the page never loads. Same thing if I click the login button on glip.com and support.ringcentral.com I tried signing in on chrome and safari with the same results and I turned off my firewall and 3rd party antivirus to attempt again with no success their either. Has anyone else encountered this?

I have the following questions.When using a C# console application do these subscriptions only need to be executed one time for each environment?What is the default "expiresIn" value if this value is omitted?What is the maximum value "expiresIn" can be set to?Will the notification payload received be sent directly to our API endpoint DELIVERY_ADDRESS or do we have add code to our Startup file to handle it?Thank you.

How do I add phones I have purchased that are not in my Unassigned Phone section to my inventory. I would like to set these up as common phones for our return to the office. Currently I am having to add them to a user by swapping out existing phone. This option to add and existing phone not purchased seems to have disappeared in all but the swap section.

I need to set up a custom cover page for my outgoing faxes in the new Ring Central Desktop App. However, I cannot find that feature in the new application. Please advise.
