How to integrate NetSuite to RingCentral? I Need Explanation in detail.

I have created an app that reads and updates my personal RingCentral address book. It has been running since August. This week after a flurry of errors one day last week, I started getting the error...Error: Access not granted or expired.at Service_.getAccessToken(Service:454:11)I have fixed the problem that was generating the production error (badly formed address in the source data). I am still getting the OAUTH error. I have tried suspending and reactivating the app. No change. I have checked the OAUT credentials. They have not changed.

Is there any way to see the number of calls waiting in line to be answered? Maybe built in the RC app rr by API? We only have office premuim at the moment.

HiWe are using our existing desk phones (Poly VVX 410 and 411) I have come across an issue: When I assign an existing business phone to a user and then go into USERS > USERS WITH EXTENSIONS > Choose a User > PHONES & NUMBERS > and see the following:Then select PRESENCE > I can then select users to add to the BLF button on the VVX phones. However you can’t add in any manual phone number like a mobile etc. You have to then go into the GUI of the actual phone and got to UTILITIES > LINE KEYS Configuration > Add LINE KEY FUNCTION where you can type in a manual entry (example of me adding my mobile below). However when you do this it OVERWRITES any PRESENCE you have added in the button line as you can’t allocate to a specific button, it does it in order. This means you lose the PRESENCE for your user line. Currently, we have fax server on premise with multiple modem/analog lines. There are 4 dedicated lines for outbound. So, we can have up to 4 faxes sending simultaneously. Our developer is working on RC fax API to route outbound fax to RC. We don't know how many simultaneous faxes can be sent at one time per line/extension on RC. Do we need to setup a fax group (with multiple line/extension) for outgoing faxes, so the outbound fax can hunt for available line to send without waiting? We fax average 6000 page (patient result) per month to MD office and hospital. We don't want any delay if faxes are sitting in queue and sending out one by one.

As the title expresses, several users in my organization aren't receiving calls specifically on the mobile app - with zero changes to the system. It was working flawlessly earlier today. The desktop app still functions properly and the desk phones still work for those who use them. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? Currently on hold with chat support (I've been waiting 30 minutes already..), and can't call in because the phone system tells me that my PIN for my voicemail is incorrect - when I know for a fact that it is not.

In the RingCentral app the team messages, We have the main team message that everyone gets added to automatically. Anyone can delete anyone else's message in the company. There is no way to audit who deleted the message, and also no way to revoke admin access from regular employees.

Anyone else have issues using AirPods (or any bluetooth headset) with the RingCentral Mac app? I can hear audio just fine but there seems to be a delay when the mic starts picking up my voice. When I start speaking others can not hear my voice (or the audio is very quiet) for about 1-2 seconds. I have found today that whether I video call or if I'm called, my name and image are not displayed but rather the name and image of the last person I was on a video call with. Weird.

I've had ongoing issues with RingCentral freezing regularly whilst commencing a video call and often whilst screen sharing This requires me to force quit the app to get out of the locked screen. I'm on a Mac running the latest version of Big Sur and the current version of ring central. . I have an active ticket with Ring Central who have acknowledged the issue and have no fix. Has anyone found a solution for this?

We have a phone number assigned to us by RingCentral, and we are waiting for the number known to the public to be ported over.Should we be forwarding calls to the number RingCentral assigned us? If it matters, we are moving from Ooma to RingCentral.
