I have written an app to see the status of all Faxes sent from a phone number. If one fails, I would like to write an app to resend the fax. I can pull back the id from the MessageStore.If I have to, I can recreate the fax from scratch and do it that way but I'm hoping I can just forward the fax or resend it somehow.If it matters, we are using the C# SDK.Thank you.

Every time I get an inbound call on my laptop, I get 2 instances of the Ring Central phone. I only want the one that's attached to Google Chrome to ring. Is there any way to fix this outside of deleting the desktop app?

I work with customers some times after "working hours". Is there a quick way to temporary turn off the working hours?

I'm having issue when I authorize my console application through C#SDK, I want to get company details using the Glip Api. I am using the username and password for authorization since it is an console application. We are in the process of moving from desktop RingCentral Classic app to desktop RingCentral app. Our guest users - those without phone lines - don't see the phone icon > , which is as expected, but they don't see the camera icon > either. When a RC call is forwarded to my personal cell phone, it used to ring with a different ring sound. RingCentral calls no longer identify themselves anymore. Is there a new setting to fix this?

We have two users with a very specific issue...in the performance reports they are unable to see any data. Even on the default page to to view all users for "yesterday" it shows zero calls and in a couple fields it indicates "Invalid DateTime"Others users not experiencing the issue and I'm unable to duplicate their issue on my end using one of their logins. They've tried already cleaning their cache/cookies, restarting, and trying in incognito with no luck.Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing....I've tried everything I can think of.

I have a team that shares a workload. All calls coming through one number are handled by a team of people. Currently, calls come through a call queue set on rotating. The problem I am seeking a solution for: Calls can only go to one voicemail so if the call is not answered all work is dumped on one team member. What I have already thought to try:1) Assigning which extension receives the voicemail if a call is unanswered by times of day- this is not possible. 2) Having calls assigned to by rotating that will go to the team member who received the calls voicemail if unanswered- this is not possible Any ideas out there on a work around?

We are having issues with graduating our app from sandbox to production. We only have two permissions "Call Control" and "Webhook Subscriptions". The webhook subscription is setup such a way that for every call webhooks are sent realtime. The notification is the "Account Telephony Sessions Event" [0] which requires the "Call Control" permission. We have successfuly created and read the webhook subscirption API and it shows as green in the "Exercise all requested permissions" list for graduation. We called the sandbox number more than 50 times with 100% success and received the webhook with the JSON data for "Account Telephony Sessions Event". But the "Call Control" permission still is showing red. We would like to put this system to production but the "Apply for Production" button is disabled (obviously). We are recent subscribers to RingCentral and still exploring the depth of possibilities as well as some of the shortcomings. We have had employees report that computer system alert sounds are clearly being heard by parties at the other end of a phone call using the softphone app. I've experienced this myself when talking to other employees. It is so distinct that I often confuse them with alerts generated from my own system.Is there a setting we are overlooking or does anyone have an idea as to how to correct this short of disabling all alerts on an employee's system? How do I make a three way call on the softphone desktop app?

I am noticing when making a call from RC, the status in HUD changes from Available to Active Call with (phone number). When a call comes into RC, and is picked up, the status does not change, and remains as Available. Is this a normal function of this application or can it be modified so any calls, incoming or outgoing will change the status in HUD to Active Call?

I need for everyone to be able to send text from Ring Central using the main number as the caller id.

It's my understanding that Calendly and Zoom can work together but I can't find any information on how RC Meeting and Calendly can work together. Knowing that and that RC Meetings uses Zoom as its backend is there a way or has RC set up away so we can allow Clients to use Calendly to set up RC video meetings on their own instead of being forced to manually do it after we receive a request? Lastly, if there are no direct RC/Calendly options is there a way to do it through Zappier or some other software that someone has figured out? Thanks

Hi therePlease can someone tell me if there a way to use a GET request URL to get ALL records in a call log - instead of just 1000? Currently I am having to create code to iterate through "pages" of 1000 records each. It would be much easier and quicker if I could just use a GET request url to get ALL the records in the call log, instead of being limited to 1000. Is there a way? I am trying to download all call recording related data, put it into our database and then my users of our CRM can search it as necessary.Thank you for any help.Matt

We have registered one of our numbers for High Volume SMS, followed the link to High Volume SMS https://ringcentral-a2p-sms.herokuapp.com/, but it gets me too the TF SMS page https://ringcentral-toll-free-sms.herokuapp.com/loadsmspage and there is no number for me to select in the drop down. I am sure I am missing something?

Subscriptions to /restapi/v1.0/glip/posts no longer fire when new messages arrive. Is there a replacement method for this, or is something broken?
