I have some android users that are using the newest version of the app, and a current version of android. While on a Ring Central call they are unable to hand up by hitting the tactile feedback button on their bluetooth headset. On the other hand if they are on a normal non-ring central call on their phone, the bluetooth can hang up. I would assume this is because on android the app is not integrated, but given you can control music playback via third party apps, I would think Ring central should be able to utilize that same technology to allow a user to hang up a call..

With the new Desktop App, is there a way for it to auto launch? We updated the app from Classic, but the new Jupiter version does not auto launch. Thx.

Hi,When we select the Call Disposition and Save, it always shows as Disconnected and not the actual Disposition on TaskIt only happens for some users? What can we do to fix it?

Hello,New to Ring Central. I'm trying to set up the integration for SF and RingCentral in the Admin Portal for RingCentral. The only instructions they provide are for SF Classic, but when following them, I find that the majority of items I need to select are not available (I am a SF admin).I'm using https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/9786?language=en_US and step 4, 5, 6, 7 aren't not accessible. Can someone please assist?

Park Location groups - Why can't the park location groups have the caller id like a regular parked call. Using the park location group is faster than waiting for the park number to be assigned (*812). When you pick up a park location group the id says the park number.

Are the cisco ip phone softkeys configurable per user without using their IP Phone System while using ringcentral? Like on the phone itself, configurable per user manually?I don't have access to a cisco phone but I have a customer asking to configure the 2 softkeys on their 7841 for call escalation. Everything I read discusses using Communication Manager with these phones, naturally.

It has come to my attention that old meeting links are still active and can be joined by anyone. This generates email notifications to the meeting organizer that attendees are waiting. Recently we have been seeing these emails from unknown attendees like people are trying to hijack meetings or trick organizers into joining. How do we deactivate old meetings? What is the purpose for even having them active in the first place? These are not recurring meetings and are over a month old. I have submitted a support case as well and so far have not made any progress on that front.

Starting in the latest version of Chrome Extension (v4.3.0) our users with physical Cisco/Polycom desk phones cannot Click to Dial to their physical phone.When "Options > Calling > Make calls with" > "RingOut" is selected, hovering on phone numbers only shows the SMS option. Also in settings the "Click to Dial/SMS" option only shows "Click to SMS". v4.3.0 users can still use the "Make calls with"> "Browser" option but the workflow and quality is not the same.Users on older versions of the Chrome Extension (mostly v4.2.14) can still hover, click to dial and have the call ring out to their physical hard phone.- Was this option disabled in the RingCentral Chrome Extension v4.3?- How can we enable it to allow our users to use their physical phones?

Hi ,After logging into RC Meeting Desktop app over SSO, it always pulls the name according to my AD Account which is expected.When I create a meeting room, I am able to rename myself as a participant. However, this change will not persist for all subsequent meetings, so every time I have to do it again. And I have a lot of meetings all the time.Is it possible to save this change for future use?

Hello, My text messages disappeared even though I did not exceed the limit number of texts. I do not have the archive feature. I was told by tech support that I "must have deleted them" but I did not. Is there a way to retrieve them? Thank you!

I've been experiencing sms issues it has been solved many time but the same problem it is keep coming up back and I'm unable to send text messages as ringcentral have blocked some keywords if I type those keywords even by mistake my number get blocked and I'm unable to send text messages.

Hello,I am currently test driving RingCentral to decide if it is a right fit for my company. We currently use an on premise system where each user has a desk phone in their office and a desk phone in their home office. I am also testing other IP systems that allow a user to have multiple desk phones or soft phones on the same extension. Is it possible to do this with RingCentral?Thanks

Our company has been receiving a lot of unwanted calls. These are listed as outgoing calls in the call log for some reason. I have added them to the blocked numbers list, but they are still coming in, and are now showing as outgoing calls from myself to my own number in the call log. Is there any way to block them?

I'm trying to set dynamic call queue members for one of our queues. For example, I have two members in the queue during normal business hours. However, the manager of this queue wants his extension to be added as the third member, but only on two days per week. Right now, I've been manually adding him as a member at the beginning of these two days and removing him at the end of these two days. However, I'd like to set it and forget it. Using custom rules, there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the primary members of the call queue in the call handling rules.Has anyone else figured this out, or is it not supported?

We are having a problem with the quality of sound for the host during meetings. It's garbled or very poor. Sometime we can fix it by having the host leave and then come back into the meeting. Any suggestions for fixing this problem?

I emailed RingCentral support and asked this question:On "Call Queues" > "Call Handling & Members" > "Wait Settings" > "When maximum wait time is reached, send caller to", my only option is Voicemail. Is there a way I could change that to Forward to an external phone number instead?Their reply was that the feature I want is currently not available. Does anyone know of another way to accomplish what I'm trying to do?

Our company has a subsidiary and a couple DBAs. We would like each user to see their company name on their app instead of the parent company. Please consider an enhancement so that each user would see their company name on the GLIP app instead of all users having to see the company name on the account level.
