Account Type: USAfter updating to MacOS Mojave (v10.14.2) a previous installation of the RingCentral Plugin for Outlook is no longer available. I've tried reinstalling and even after a restart of Outlook (and my laptop) the plugin is not available. The version of Outlook I have is 16.16.5.Is there a resolution for this?Thanks,John

I'm not receiving calls from our Belgium team whereas two other colleagues do, we both have the same setup, when I ring the Belgium number from my mobile the other two colleagues phones ring but not mines, any reasons why this happens?

I have an internal PHP page that provides analytics about each of my team members. The data from RingCentral that I use is the previous days call volume and average call time --for each employee (5 of us). Do I need to make my PHP page download a log file and then parse that log file each day, or is there a simple query I can use within my PHP page, to get that information?

Using the softphone (RingCentral Phone 10.3.5.34099), when I park a call to a park group and then pick up the call, I can't park it again to the same or another park group.I don't experience this problem when parking to a public park -- I can park the call, pick it up, and park it again as many times as I want.Is this a known limitation, or do I have something configured incorrectly?

We're shopping for a new phone system for our business - currently using Mitel PBX. Does RingCentral offer similar set of features for the office environment, like calls ringing on multiple extensions at the same time, conferencing, extension transfers...also call recording, disclaimers based on extension ect?Thanks!

I have been requested to pull call logs and message logs for a RingCentral customer who has the "Multi-site" feature enabled. They requested that I create a separate folder for each "Site".However, I've been searching around for documentation on the "Multi-Site" feature within the RingCentral API, and I cannot find anything. Is there any way to determine some sort of "SiteId" or "SiteName" from any of the following api end points?Company Phone Number ListGet Company Call Log RecordsGet Message ListOr, do any of these other alternatives exists?Is there a separate API endpoint that gives me the list of sites for a company/account?Is the SiteID encoded into the ExtensnionID or AccountID?Does each "Site" already correspond to a separate, distinct AccountID?

We're using active calls subscription to monitor all the calls in many different extensions and we can see a lot of activity.Now we need to link a transferred call for example :The customer calls our Main extensionThe receptionist answers and then transfers it to extension #3We can see the call on extension #3 with one sessionId and also we can see the call for the main extension showing on active calls method, however, we don't see how we could link them.Their sessionId is different.Any help?

They are the same pharmacies. I am able to receive faxes from them but they cannot receive mine. This has been going on for two years now. Ring Central has a responsibility to make its system compatible with all faxes. Some faxes (especially toll-free numbers) may have restrictions with receiving a fax only from certain area codes which makes me wonder whether my faxes are not being rerouted through a different area code. I know for a fact that at least once, the recipient stated that my fax came form a different area code. WHAT IS GOING ON?4. I have begged with the pharmacists to call their fax providers as Ring Central has been useless.5. I don't see the software version. A few of my users are having some troubles receiving faxes from certain parties.Some users can not receive a Fax from a party, but will have that Party send a Fax to another user and it will come through.I have tested this users account using all different types of Fax Protocols, and they all seem to work, but for some reason, this user can not receive faxes from these certain Parties.Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening? I can not seem to figure this issue out.

Can a caller transfer out of my voice mail by dialing a co-worker's extension?Here's the scenario: I will be on vacation for a week. I want to set a Custom Answering Rule (Users > Call Handling & Forwarding > Advanced) that says for the week of X, send all calls to my VM. I get how to do this using the Date and/or Time rule to set a date range, etc.In my VM greeting I want to give callers the option to leave me a VM or to transfer out of my VM and reach a co-worker if they need help sooner than my return date. I want to say in my greeting, "I will be out of the office until X date and will return calls on that date. If you need immediate assistance, dial extension 1234 to reach the desk of [co-worker's name]."Our old Toshiba phone system did this without fail. when i get an incoming call, while typing notes on another account, ring central changes the page without saving the data i'm inputing. can this be disabled?

I've been providing an app integration with RingCentral for a couple years, and most the time, my users login using an admin account. However, I have a new customer who is creating a custom user specifically to log into my app integration (to give that user limited permissions). However, he is having trouble with that. I've told him to ensure the new user has these permissions:Full Company Call LogThird Party Apps AccessAnd he has done that. However, when he attempts to log in to my app (using OAuth), he gets an error from RingCentral that says "Sorry, you do not have sufficient permissions to access this service". Are there other permissions that need to be enabled to allow this user to log in to my app integration? If so, what are they? We are a coffee shop and would like to verify an Apple ID account for our business iPads running POS. We enter our business phone number, have disabled auto attendance, and ring directly to a cell phone, but the verification call from Apple, does not ever ring thru, show in the call log, etc. Any ideas?

I don't want to received a notification on my email every time I receive a SMS on RingCentral. How can I remove this notification?

With an incoming call, instead of giving me the green dot for answer and red for reject, my phone makes me swipe, then enter the phone passcode, then I have to press ringcentral on the options on the phone. The other girl who uses it doesn't have to do that. She just presses the green dot and it gives her all the options for the call such as transfer. Please help. Thank you

We have a service that pulls the RingCentral records from the API; for some reason when trying to get certain recordings the API returns an CMN-102 error (recording not found) to combat this while this issue is resolved (see https://devcommunity.ringcentral.com/ringcentraldev/topics/restapi-v1-0-account-recording-5719727740... )We would turn to the admin portal to manually download the recording but when trying to manually do this the message 'Cannot open message.' is shown; this leaves us unable to get the recording.RecordingId: P0wiE9PE1sYtzUAThis is a big problem as we need to store every recording that we make reliably.Any ideas?
