We have found an issue where we can no longer log into the Yealink desk phones from the phone interface for advanced settings, it gives an invalid password message, but that same password works on the web interface. We are using the normal admn…pwd password.  This is happening for all Yealink phones from RingCentral after the phone connects and is online.   Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Despite successfully receiving the call notification, I'm unable to answer the call through this endpoint. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Verified that I’m using the correct `session_id` from the webhook payload. Confirmed that my access token has the necessary permissions. I used to be able to select one of my other recently used status messages to update my status message and it would change it successfully. However, over the last few weeks, this hasn't worked for me as well as other members of my team. If you select a recently used status, the window closes and it says "Status updated" at the top of the RingCentral window. However, it still has the old status message. The only way to get the status to update is to click the X icon next to it to clear it, then type a new one or select a recent one after clearing it. It adds a step and has made it difficult for my team to keep our statuses accurate because we think it's updating, but it's not. As a remote team, this is a problem. I'm hoping this can be fixed and am wondering if it’s impacting anyone else? I tried submitting a case 2 times and both said they couldn’t be submitted.

I have 2 offices and I used to be able to make and accept calls on my desktop using the RingCentral app.  I no longer have a phone icon in either app.  There has to be an easy answer but I can not get support from Spectrum Business!  Any help is appreciated!!

There are certain times where myself and my co-workers try to text our email addresses to our clients/providers or clarify email addresses and we get an error message “Message cannot be sent”. This has happened more frequently, and I am not sure what the reasoning is. We are not spamming and sending out mass texts. Please Help! This is crucial to our business and we cannot continue to have this problem.

User is trying to add the app to his cell phone and it sends the email to activate, but the link is always expired already.

I keep getting the error : "errorCode":"CMN-101","message":"Parameter [from] value is invalid." from my callout. So I attempted to make the same one in the Developer Console UI and I get the same error.So this leads me to believe that it has something to do with how the from message is configured somewhere but I need some help understanding what I need to do to get a from phone number that I can use for Sending A2P Send SMS Api.I checked the Admin Portal and in the TCR Registration it has the number as a Campaign User and Ready for Use and the title says SMS enabled numbers.Any idea of how I might be able to resolve?Thank you in advanceRobert

Hi there, does anyone know if you can switch off the RC message informing the caller that the call will be recorded? In our own message we inform our callers that the call is being recorded.

Hey All, I have the RingCentral for Hubspot extension and when a call comes in it is automatically saved in Hubspot but it has a 15 second count down and if you don't have the record updated in 15 seconds it autosaves a standard record, meaning we have to go into the hubspot record and update it from there. Is there a way we can change the timer to allow more time to update the record before it autosaves in HubSpot.

We just purchased a Yealink BH71 Pro wireless headset for one of our users. They use the RC desktop app for making calls. The headset is connected via a USB receiver that came with the headset. The headset works fine in MS Teams. Whenever the user receives a phone call in RC, the headset works fine. However, when they try to make a call using the RC app, the audio on the headset does not work unless they attempt the call 2-3 times. They can not hear the recipient, and the recipient cannot hear them. I have tried turn on/off the HID headset control to no avail. I reached out to support, but they are telling me the BH71 is not supported (but the Yealink website says it is supported by RC). I find it hard to believe the headset is not compatible as it shows up as a standard communication device. RC support wanted me to download and install the RC Phone app, but I’d like to not have to have a one-off user. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have read other posts of people saying MS Teams

All of our users are experiencing this problem. After clicking a phone number it takes up to half a minute for the dialog box to offer the option to call or text. Who else has had this issue and resolved it?

When I try to submit a case, on the last step a pop-up with the following error message appears: This error appear both in Firefox and Chromium. I do not know if it is relevant, but the developer console shows a form submission error. The first is in Firefox, the second in Chromium: 

I have been trying to submit a case for a few days now, I can get as far as the “How can we help?” screen but upon clicking “Next” nothing happens.

I recently conducted a test by sending a fax using the following RingCentral API endpoint:https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/message-store.In this instance, I mistakenly used an incorrect fax number. I was expecting to see a "Failed" status for the fax, but I am currently only able to view faxes marked as "Sent." Could you kindly guide me on how to retrieve the status of failed faxes or direct me to the appropriate method for monitoring this?Thank you for your assistance.

I'm trying to disable fax cover sheet for faxes.When I go to users->users with extentions (or templates->user settings)->select the user->Outbound Calls/Faxes->fax settings and go to Cover Page options, there's no "None" option to disable the cover sheet, there only 'Blank' option, but it doesn't disable cover sheet, it’s still present as the first page (it’s just blank). But I need to remove it at all.

While I know there is a webpage that lists supported models (such as this one https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/certified-supported-deskphones-ringcentral.html), I need the exact model names used by RingCentral API, for example, “Poly CCX700 Business Media Phone” or “Poly Edge E450 IP Phone.”Is there an API that can provide this information, or is there an existing list available that I can use?I’m attaching a screenshot that shows one of these model names as it appears in the UI. Thank you! 

Is there a way to have the caller, transferee and call transferring to all be connected on the call and when transferee has finished can hang up and call still be active?

I am not sure when the update was made as it is an infrequent task but I can no longer just reset a voicemail PIN.  It is now requiring I change all three items (password, PIN, and security question) before allowing me to hit save.  Is this intended behavior?   Save is gray Save is blue after all 3 options entered 

We’ve had our texting campaign approved and has been in “Setup in Progress” for over a month. It dawned on me last week that maybe the setup was taking so long because I only added our main company line which is directed to our auto-receptionist. I added my direct number last week and sure enough I see texting available in my RC app.We are a small office and our clients are only aware of our main phone number and fax number, so naturally when they try to text us they text our main line. Is it possible to use texting with a number that is assigned to an auto-receptionist?Also, we still have our old texting service which receives texts to our main line - would this conflict with RC? I didn’t want to cancel it until we got RC up and running.
