Currently our calls are recorded in Mono and we where wondering if they could be done in stereo instead. 

I purchase the Yealink W79p with 1 phone and I purchased 2 extra phones. I can get them registered to the base but cannot get them provisioned enough though I am following the instructions to the T. I reset the base and phones to their factory settings, the I followed the instructions for auto provisioning. They have also been updated with the latest firmware. I am at a lose. I even tried manually provisioning and at least that gave me a green status on one of my lines in the admin portal but the provision still failed on the phones.  

I have a bot that has been graduated and is able to make calls to the endpoint to get posts:https://platform.ringcentral.com/team-messaging/v1/chats/XXX/posts/PPPI am also able to receive information about the same posts via webhook. In both cases, the bot is using the persistent token retrieved by the bot using the code we receive when added to the environment.However, I am not able to retrieve the contents of the post attachments using that same token. When I try to submit a new support case at https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case.html, I am presented with the following browser notification:Now, I am a super admin, so a lack of permissions is unlikely to be the cause. When closing the notification, the form appears and I can fill it out. Yet when finally submitting the form, another notification “Something went wrong. Please reload the page or try again later.” appears.The error has been persisting over the last two days. All users are on windows 10, primarily using Salesforce Browser to make calls. One user only has an issue where at the beginning of the call, the volume from his microphone is very quiet. After about 10 seconds, the volume jumps up to a normal volume.Issue persists on two different computers, different manufacturers, different sound chipsets.Have tried 3 different headsets, latest one an RC recommended one.Issue has happened on 4 different ISPs and Wifi locations.Settings for 'communications' under sound is set to 'do nothing'Switching calls between rc phone and rc app causes the issue to restart.Microphone Gain is set to +6DB and stays there. Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System Rest API integration request. I spoke to Bullhorn and was told that Ring Central needs to request the integration on their marketplace site. Your competitors already have the integration.

Can a Poly Rove B2 Base be provisioned to support multiple Poly Rove 40 handsets with each assigned to a separate Ringcentral User?

I’m looking for confirmation that all fax history falls out of the app every 30 days.   I have a user who is saying their history is blank and they were looking for faxes sent  two months ago.  

Our company was promised a credit for an entire months service.  Every time I inquire for the status of the credit, we are assigned a new account manager.  Then that person says they will look in to it.  Then when I follow up, NO Response and we are given a new representative.   I have included months of emails to our reps and NEVER hear back from them.  Simply the worst customer service I have had with a foreign company.  

Under dashboard > credentials there’s an N/A where credentials used to be. What happened to them? 

We need to disable the voicemail option completely at different times of the year. We don’t have the staff to handle the number of voicemails that we get during our peak season. I have not been able to turn that feature off. In the call queue>voicemail & messages, there is not an option to turn it off. I can for after hours but not during business hours. Does anyone know how?

Shared Lines. Can another user join an ACTIVE call on a shared line?Like the AB Shared Line is called. User A answers. Can User B also join the line while the call is active?If so, how?

The ringing sound in the Salesforce integration is so loud and is not adjustable in the integration. When someone is on a call with a customer and another call comes in, the SalesForce ringer is so loud that it makes people jump. Can we turn off the ringer in SalesForce? Or at least change it so that it's not so loud? Since it's ringing in conjunction with our other RingCentral apps, it going completely away would be fine.

How do I change the main phone number for our RingCentral since we moved our office to a different county and want a local presence?

Last month I ordered 3 phones and planned to bring 1 more for a total of 4 lines. I received 3 phones, with one missing the power chord. On July 1st, my Account rep told me that I would need to return the one that didn't have a power chord, and she would send me a label. She stated they could not just send me a power chord. I figured out the old phone provider would not allow me to keep the phone I was going to bring so the account rep had me sign and order 2 additional phones. This brings the total phones I have to 5, as I continue to wait for the return label. On the 5th I received the 2 new phones and the missing power chord I was told could not be sent. Both T54 phones that came in on the 5th did not have chords. This brought my total phones to 5, with 3 power chords. Monday the 15th our new location opened and the phones will be needed, but I was stuck with 1 extra phone, and short 1 power chord. On the 17th I received 2 power chords bringing my total to 5 functional phones for my

Hi, We had this pop up two weeks ago but only on our T46U phones. Whenever we try to view a missed call or view call history in the menu, we get an error message that Authentication Failed. Please Try Again. This is across our entire organization. I put in a support ticket, and within a couple of days, I received two phone calls and an email from Ring Central telling me that it was a known issue affecting several of their customers, they had re-created the issue, but didn’t have a resolution yet. A few days later, Ring Central closed the support ticket as resolved, but we’re still having the issue. I re-opened the ticket and tried to escalate it, but I’ve not heard back from anyone at Ring Central. This is causing significant issues in our workplace, so I’m trying to find a solution.Thanks, Mike Camden  

We communicate with our clients on a one to one basis.  We NEVER broadcast texts or sms messages.  We have completed the TCR form 3 x and failed each.  We have had4-5 conversations with RC TCR “specialists” and recently forwarded a copy to RC at their request of our privacy policy that is on the web site and still no one seems to be able to explain to us what we need to do to be compliant.  I tried to explore Textbot on the RC applications page and the appears to no longer be available.   We are a very compliant company … yet this situation baffles us.  I would never recommend Ring Central to someone who intends to use their system for texting. Can anyone suggest next steps? Thx,

In the ‘Make a sample API Call’ tutorial using Python, I get the following error:“Unable to authenticate to platform: In order to call this API endpoint, one of the following permissions [ThirdPartyAppAccess] have to be granted to the authorized user.”

When I receive a .vcf or vcard file (i.e. someone shares a contact record from their cell phone) via an inbound text message to my RingCentral number, I can't open the file or directly add that contact, without going to a desktop and opening via another software. For example, with my iphone, if someone sent me a text with a person's contact record (as a .vcf file), I could open the contact record right from the text message application and add the newly received contact record directly to my iphone contacts. Now, when someone sends that exact same message to me via my RingCentral number, I can't open the file on my phone, can't add it to my RingCentral contacts, or do anything else useful with it until I log into RingCentral.com, download the file to my computer, then open via 3rd party application and manually type it into my contact list on RingCentral. That seems like a major step backward in technology! Am I missing something here? If not, where is the solution on the roadmap?

We have a seasoned employee that has been using ring central desktop app for a long time.  Her Polycom vvx 410 phones red light stays on even after she has deleted all the messages, faxes, and etc .  We tried a couple of things like restarting the phone.  This will work until someone calls, then it stays on until we reboot the phone.   We also did a update that was inside the app but that didn’t fix the issue.  Please help.

How to schedule a recurring fax in RingCentral? as an example, we would like to send a fax out to the same (fax) phone number everyday? it is to test our fax server ever morning it is internal to the company, can this be done without having to set up a fax using send later in a profile for each day it is to be sent?
