we have the prefix 888 in all our inbound calls, so if we want to call back the missed calls, we need to remove the prefix 888. How to remove the prefix 888?e.g the correct inbound call is 18327771234, but it is showing 18888327771234

Hi, I (MSP) have a customer that uses Ring Central for Faxing that has for the past few months been receiving complaints from receivers of Faxes saying : "garbled/squished text on Faxes". Claims it is not the receiver's fax machine. We would appreciate some help in troubleshooting steps on identifying where the issue is. Will the call log and call recordings on ring central use up memory on my computer? Or is it stored by ringcentral and doesn't affect me?

When using Ring Central app on an android phone, when making and receiving calls, people can not hear me when talking, unless I change it to Speaker phone during the call, then they can hear me fine. If I turn off speaker phone during call, they cannot hear me.Nothing wrong with phone as normal phone calls and MS Teams calls all work fine when using the phone normally (up to ear) and on speakerphone.Have checked all the settings and Microphone is added to Ring Central App etc. Have wiped the phone back to factory settings and update it, and made sure that have the latest RC app from play store. Cannot understand why it works on Speaker and not on normal (up to ear) just for this App????Any help appreciated.

Whenever my company finishes a call, we give a separate number for the customer to call and then proceed to block the number temporarily so that our "hotline" isn't backed up with unnecessary calls. I've blocked numbers from the admin portal and from the extension but we still receive calls even though they're blocked. I'm just curious what I need to do in order to stop receiving calls to our "hotline." Thanks!

I used the bulk import form and included the MAC/Serial number. After I did so all the phones are showing "order is pending" status. I tested with a phone and it boots up but in the portal it still showed pending until I rebooted the phone 4 times like an article I found said to do so. My question is, is there another work around as I have 65 phones to deploy and do not really want to have to reboot the phone 5 or 6 times X 63.

I'm setting up Poly b2 base with three Rove 30 handsets. I go through the ring central admin portal and get to the point 9in the automated setup where you enter the phones MAC address and get an error message stating the number is not recognized. It does regardless which handset info I enter.Polycom has confirmed the phones are unlocked and the info I'm entering is correct.Any ideas on how to fix this. RC and Spectrum have been useless

Within RC Admin panel, I go to Auto-Receptionist>General Settings. From there I can select a site, then select "Forward all site calls". Is there a way to give certain non-admin users that ability? Or create a admin role only ties to that site?

I was given the platform ID from our rep/onboarding team. They don't respond to questions. I'm getting an error that says that the platform ID doesn't exist. Can anyone help? Do I need an admin account? Where can I find the platform ID for our Engage voice application?

Can you schedule a performance report which can then be automatically saved and sent via a pre set subscription.I want to set up a report to run on Monday 8am on the weeks previous calls, then email to the manager so it is delivered to the inbox.

We have several users who have reported that recently calls going to their Office@Hand app are going straight to voicemail. Despite having the app running on their mobile device, and their laptop. No DND is set, no special call handling or forwarding rules are set. The only solution is that once this starts happening they have to reinstall the apps and it works fine for a few days, then triggers again.This isn't happening to just one person, this is happening to multiple people. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, the company I am working for has made some integrations with RingCentral and we are currently in the testing phase. I want to connect the RingCentral Desktop application, (not the phone), to our test region to ensure the integrations to RingCentral are behaving as expected. Is there a way to connect the main RingCentral desktop application to the developer account?What I want to do is ensure the integration loads our app with the client details when an incoming call occurs.
