How do we turn off the notification if a team member was added or team name changed? We have had an issue where someone deleted the team alert and another member still has the notification. Is there a way to turn off notifications when the team name changes or adds a member? There isn't a notification when a team member is removed or deleted.

Sometimes the office is closed unexpectedly, I'd like for a way to have the receptionist just dial a keycode, or press a soft button that will just divert all calls to an out of office mailbox for our IVR. We used to be able to do this with our old system.It's very frustrating that I have to log in and make the changes manually to our call flow.

Hello,we are using the ring central embeddable project V1.8.7 and when we send the images in SMS we are seeing blank message in the widget instead of image. Please suggest how can we find out the root cause here.Thanks

I am looking for examples on how to properly handle ping/pong requests using the .net sdk when using websockets.Currently the sdk does not seem automatically handle this and the servers gets disconnected after some time du to inactivity.My understanding is that after some time, the ringcentral server will send a ping frame and we need to respond (somehow) to this with a pong frame according to this documentation: https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/notifications/websockets/heart-beatsI can`t find any examples on how to accomplish this using the .net sdk.Thanks.

We bought into ringcentral through spectrum and they assured me this would work. It doesn't and I want to make sure I purchase what I need to fix this disaster. I've seen the bogen tamb2 used to bridge the gap from the ata to the amp. Anyone familiar with this? I also emailed valcom and they said their VRCPA paging adapter would work with ring central without the ATA. Any help is appreciated.

For inbound calls, we received the CLID just fine but no CNAM. Is this a RC limitation? Customers that called us before we migrated to RingCentral had their CNAM shown on inbound calls, same customers call same number and now only CLID shows.

Simple feature request - would be very easy to implement. Scenario is this:* Queue is set up to ring multiple people simultaneously* Those people are set to AVAILABLE and all of their phones ring - but they may not want to answer it so they REJECT the incoming call (hit the red hang up button). Today - they system keeps ringing that person back over and over again throughout the QUEUE wait time - until it sends the caller to voicemail. If you set wait time to 30 seconds, and you keep rejecting the call - you get literally 10+ rings.* SIMPLE solution - you have an existing setting under the QUEUE call handling setup - under WAIT SETTINGS - that says: "When members are available, but no members answer or all members are busy or unavailable".... and the ONLY Option for normal users is "WAIT". URGENT!!!I'm not sure when this started, but everyone is able to see when a call is being monitored. You can see here that ext 8006 is monitoring 8002. How do I disable this?!?!

HelloThe ring central application on my Dell computer will not ring when any one calls. Instead, it waits until the person has disconnected from the attempted call and then Ring Central notifies me that I have a missed call. I have verified my settings are correct and notifications are coming through as normal. When I do call someone they cannot hear me at all although I can hear them.This same thing occurs when I log into Ring Central through Chrome. The Ring Central app works perfectly fine call wise on my personal cell phone. As far as the application on my computer goes I can still text and fax documents no problem. The only issue is with calling.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank You

At my company we have implemented the OAuth auth flow which does not use the deprecated password-based API authentication. However we use Ringcentral's Web Phone JavaScript SDK which, as far as I can tell, still implements the password-based flow? We have numbers that are handled by a IVR on twilio - we are adding a "Press 9 to talk to customer service" which should dialout to ring central.We can do using a phone number - how can this be done using SIP?

My upcoming meetings won't show up and I followed the instructions on the Help/Support site and went through the steps and couldn't find the Video Service. I just have a "video settings" feature but nothing about service. What am I doing wrong?

I have been using RingCentral app on my desktop to schedule meetings for years now. Recently, when i click "schedule" after inputing info on the ring central app it takes me to microsoft 365 outlook.live webpage. Before, it would always go directly to my outlook app on my computer and generate an email to add attendees too. Not sure what changed or why. any help would be much appreciated.

From the documentation I can only find a way to create a user with an extension, or create a user and have it randomly assign a number in the available unassigned pool.Is there a way to create local numbers and user?

I am trying to write some code that finds how many Users have their "Hidden" flag set equal to true via a GET request. I've tried to do it using parameters in the url, but the only parameter that the RC API seems to accept is the "email" parameter. Would anyone be able to help me out with this?
