I have recently added the "Edit Messages" to my application scopes, but I am getting an internal service error on every request.

We are moving to RingCentral from another system and integrating with the API. The previous system would call our API to request details on unknown phone numbers (webhook). Our system would look up the phone number and return info about the contact (name, email) from our system.How could we do this with RingCentral? When our users would add a contact in previous phone system, they would get name and email populated automatically when they entered the phone number. Hoping to have something similar in RingCentral.Thoughts?

Hello,So I was able to confirm that I can send multiple messages by making one request using the Send SMS. https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/SMS/createSMSMessageHow many numbers can I send a message to in each request? I see in the documentation that it says 40 request per minute, but is each message sent considered a "request" or can each "request" send multiple messages?If I do this...is that 1 request or 3?Thank you,Alex S.

Hi, has anyone had any success copying data from the detailed call log using azure data factory? I am reviving an issue with that I saw in another community post. Our office is trying to send a fax with attachments from Zapier, currently we are running into an error and then subsequent attempts to redeliver the fax from the Ring Central result in the app only sending a cover page.

How can I authorize my ringcentral account with Zapier to show our company main number - not my personal extension number?SMS is showing from my personal assigned number, not our main company number. I'm trying to create a trigger on texts sent to our main company number.

Our users use the RC Phone app (the soft phone). It is installed on each desktop. Hi, Why does our main number show as a potential spam?

We have successfully made call outs for certain Device IDs, but we have one that returns CMN-102 resource for parameter deviceID not found. Everyone is using an application that returns a deviceID.

I am getting CallFailed error code when sending some of the faxes, what does it mean exactly? Is it because something went wrong from the receiver end ?

Hi, I know it is possible to add Phone Numbers to the Inventory via the API but is it possible to add a Phone Number to the account as a "substitute caller IDs/forwarded number" via the API?In Service, these are added via the "Add substitute caller IDs/forwarded numbers" link but there is a max of 20 per upload. I have several thousand to add so hoping to automate.

We host electronic health records and want to fetch inbound faxes for multiple RC clinic clients via a schedule job. I am all confused over the terminology and the right approach. From the developer console, we have the Client ID and secret along with JWT. Is that belong to our application? Based on what I read, it seems we should use the JWT authentication for each of our client, does that means each client login on their own account, launch their developer console and somehow get the JWT token to us? When the getting start page stated Client ID, is it our app client ID or the client account Client ID?If someone can guide us on the roadmap, we would really appreciate it. We want to transition our clients from faxage.com to RC.
