According to this screenshot, this call was MISSED, but has a length of 4 minutes and 28 seconds. Am I reading this correctly? What does that mean?

For the last week or two, PDF previews no longer seem to work on the RingCentral desktop app. Help?Is there any way to work around this or is this a known issue that's being worked on? Thanks,

I'm not receiving calls from our Belgium team whereas two other colleagues do, we both have the same setup, when I ring the Belgium number from my mobile the other two colleagues phones ring but not mines, any reasons why this happens?

Using the softphone (RingCentral Phone 10.3.5.34099), when I park a call to a park group and then pick up the call, I can't park it again to the same or another park group.I don't experience this problem when parking to a public park -- I can park the call, pick it up, and park it again as many times as I want.Is this a known limitation, or do I have something configured incorrectly?

Can a caller transfer out of my voice mail by dialing a co-worker's extension?Here's the scenario: I will be on vacation for a week. I want to set a Custom Answering Rule (Users > Call Handling & Forwarding > Advanced) that says for the week of X, send all calls to my VM. I get how to do this using the Date and/or Time rule to set a date range, etc.In my VM greeting I want to give callers the option to leave me a VM or to transfer out of my VM and reach a co-worker if they need help sooner than my return date. I want to say in my greeting, "I will be out of the office until X date and will return calls on that date. If you need immediate assistance, dial extension 1234 to reach the desk of [co-worker's name]."Our old Toshiba phone system did this without fail. Unfortunately, with the RingCentral system the ability to transfer out of VM by dialing the co-worker's extension doesn't work

We are a coffee shop and would like to verify an Apple ID account for our business iPads running POS. We enter our business phone number, have disabled auto attendance, and ring directly to a cell phone, but the verification call from Apple, does not ever ring thru, show in the call log, etc. Any ideas?

With an incoming call, instead of giving me the green dot for answer and red for reject, my phone makes me swipe, then enter the phone passcode, then I have to press ringcentral on the options on the phone. The other girl who uses it doesn't have to do that. She just presses the green dot and it gives her all the options for the call such as transfer. Please help. Thank you

US / no case #I want to be able to rewind, pause or fast-forward a voicemail when using the desk phone tolisten to voicemail messages. Currently you have to listen to the entire message again. I shouldn't have to listen to the entire voicemail multiple times in order to get the info I need because the person leaving the message spoke too fast, unclearly, etc. It's ridiculous that the phones don't have these options. This should be given HIGH Priority for implementation!

One Iphone RingCentral App user having difficulty with clarity of phone calls. Other users not having issue.

How do i modify a play announcement so when my call que rings for a phone number 1 i want to hear incomming call from company 1. and when phone number 2 rings it says incomming call from company 2 ( with the company number being the name of the business they are trying to reach due to the fact that i have 3 companies all working in the same building with 1 phone per receptionist instead of having separate phones for seperate companies

When did Ring Central decide to delete users archived sent items without notification? Does Ring Central not store in the cloud? I have used this product for several years and I could always review sent file documents and save them. All of my files are now gone.

Looks like the RingCentral Phone app for Android has been removed from the PlayStore. RingCentral still has links to download on their website, but the URL isn't returning anything from Google. Is this planned or a hiccup? Yesterday I updated my iPhone to iOS 10 and now I am unable to make calls over my carrier (T-Mobile's) network. The error that shows on my ring central app states that VoIP calling is unavailable. This feature worked fine before the update to iOS 10. I am not interested in using my Wifi network as the call quality degrades significantly. At this point, it seems the only option is to use the ring out feature which is very buggy at best. Is anyone having this issue? Any advice to help sort this out would be greatly appreciated. My gut tells me this is an iOS issue that will need to be resolved with a ring central app update.

When I have Voip calling enablde and it is hooked to wifi I often lose the connection and the app starts making weird noises. This is five feet from my router with an excellent signal. Sometimes the app rings when I am out and about and sometimes it doesn't. It is looking like I am going to need to carry a second phone so I can put the same voicemail I have on Ring Central on the cell phone because I am missing calls. Texts come through fine. I really don't want two cell phones, but I also sell real estate and that is the voicemail on my personal cell phone which would confuse my boarding kennel clients. Ring Central does nto always go to voicemail before the cell phopne does and I have had this happen in the past. Is it possible to control what domains you are able to instant message / collaborate with? In our organization, some users we would want with the ability to message with people "outside" of our company(other RC users), and some users should only be able to communicate with people "inside" our company. Is this in the roadmap?

I've been on Ringcentral for six months and like the system, but am receiving robo calls both at the office, and at home that are of a nature, so persistent and repetitive that are unfortunately, going to force me to drop the system if there is no way to fix this:I receive REPEAT robocalls about every 5 minutes, starting around 7pm and running all night. One is from "SIP VICIOUS" and the other is from "888070xxxyyyzzz" (and similar numbers - this has been going on for months). I was speaking with a product manager from RingCentral about a month ago and they mentioned a "Super App" for desktop that would include meetings integration and make the phone portion of the application much smoother like RC Phone. Spoke with the account manager yesterday and she said that was not happening/ it was only for mobile. Has anyone else heard about this "Super App" being for desktop or was I mistaken?

We have call forwarding set up for four business numbers -- but your services currently won't allow the calls to be sent to our MOBILE APPLICATION. Before we set up the forwarding chain, we could answer on our mobile apps. We really need you to help us with this, Jean, the person we've worked with at RingCentral says that presently you are unable to make this happen.  Please help us by developing whatever needs to be developed so the forwarding calls can go to our mobile app. Currently, whenever I answer a call and the call needs to go to one of our estimators, I have to physically GIVE the phone to him and put it on speaker phone and give up my phone for about ten minutes. Really, this is a terrible solution. PLEASE HELP!

I am starting an executive suite (like Regus). I am providing phone service as part of the service for the tenants. With over 30+ tenants, my live receptionist needs to see the number being called (Callee ID) so she can answer the call appropriately using the right business name. 8x8 has a product called "Switchboard", but the only product RC has that is close is "Multi-site support".... is there a solution I am not seeing?
