We are using Ring Central for proofing by posting a document as a Powerpoint file. Then we add pinpoints with changes. When I am replying to a comment it always jumps me to the end of the message thread. I would like it not to do this. Help!

In the latest version of RingCentral App, tasks are no longer sorted by category as in the Classic version. It's therefore very difficult to get a decent overview of existing tasks.Please add category as a column or add an option to sort tasks in "Classic Mode".

My team and I use tasks for our workflow into categories, previously "sections". I use the Browser and the rest of my team use a combination of the App or browser. I woke up this morning to find that I could not filter or sort by categories. In fact, I cannot alter my View to show categories. The only way I can figure how to view Categories is to click into each card. Please advise and this is deeply affecting the Production Team at my company.In lieu of this function, I would need to know how to export all of the tasks that we've loaded so that I can find another app that can accomodate our workflow.

On the latest update, Missed Chat Messages still get emailed to us, but they no longer display a preview of what was contained in the chat message,We relied on this to reply by email to the chatter.We do not want to have to install ringcentral apps on our personal cell phonesThis message preview helped us answer important messages when we were out of office or in meetings.

I have four receptionists that answer our main line.  I need them to be able to see the presence of the other receptionist's extensions and be able to forward to an answering service if the call is missed.  What is a good solution to make this happen?

We're US users of RingCentral.We're a small team and don't currently have a receptionist/secretary to handle calls. For the past few months, we have given each user their own username/password combination to sign into a dedicated extension on the RingCentral platform. We also supplement this with a shared login (via the now-defunct RC Phone App) to access voicemails and messages that come directly to the main company number so that nothing falls through the cracks if one team member happens to be busy.My question is this - since the RC Phone App has been discontinued, we're no longer able to sign in to the shared call group extension to receive/respond to voicemails and incoming text messages that go to the main company number.What's the solution to this? I'm sure this is a fairly common use case where a number of team members need to be able to monitor text messages and voicemails to a shared company number.I'm at a loss, but desperately

Hello, After redirecting my browser to the new RingCentral app (and even after downloading the desktop application) I log in successfully but I keep getting a button in the middle of my screen saying "Try to reconnect". Despite the several number of times I have pressed this button, I keep getting it back. I have tried to reinstall the desktop app, clear all of my cookies and browser history, use an incognito browser mode and all these followed by several PC restarts, but still nothing.

Will the new app tasking functionality be enhanced to at least include features that are being used to support business functions? The ability to filter by group & status and sort tasks is very limited in the new app. We rely on sorting by color to organize tasks.

I'm on latest version of RC app, and using a recent Samsung S20FE. I can't find out how I can use my own custom ringtone for the RC app. I know I can use the same one my actual phone uses, but I want a different tone for RC phone, and I don't want one of the built -in tones.

Is there a way to add a voicemail we can just click on and change the date range when we are closed for vacation instead of just after hours?,Is there an option to easily switch from one voicemail to another from after hours to closed for vacation?

I have been with Glip even before the merge and have asked several times can we set reminders for projects/task. Checking today to see if that feature ever came to life. I am really not happy with the new Glip because they have taken so many features away. Will there be an option to stay with the OLD version?

,Had to load this app at my contractor's request. Works fine when I'm off Bluetooth in my vehicle, however, when my truck picks up my Samsung S-10 it works until the app receives a call. Rings once, then disconnects. If I disable Bluetooth in my vehicle, it actually rings and then I'm able to connect back to my truck by re-enabling Bluetooth on the phone. I'm a tech support specialist and rely on this app to accept calls. Is there a fix to this other than disabling Bluetooth every time I step into my truck? Again, rings once, disconnects. I loose money every time that happens.

Is it possible to add something to the Fax itself that will be returned in the body or subject of the email confirmation? I need to put a unique identifier in it so that when I get the email confirmation I can match it up to the Fax record in our DB.

So I found where RCApp (windows desktop install) does its logging C:UsersmyloginIDAppDataLocalRingCentralRingCentralLogsCan that logging level be turned up? E.g. verbose level? Or is that type of debug logging not available in the RCApp??

Is there a way that an Advisor can say in his voicemail - "To speak to my Assistant, please press (and then either type the extension or press a number that automatically goes to said Assistant)? Giving the caller an option to leave a voicemail or switch over to the Assistant.,Is there a way an Advisor can say in his voicemail, "To reach my assistant, please press (and then say a number or an extension)? but not having his phone automatically forward to said assistant? Giving callers the option to leave a voicemail or talk to assistant instead.

How much idle time is it before the status changes from available to invisible? Can this time be changed or turned off?  I am missing customer calls when this happens

I've been browsing around for a bit now and haven't been able to find an answer on this just yet. So to preface, our company sells and installs outdoor goods. For a while now we have just had the drivers call or text the customer when they are on their way, but now we're looking to find a way to automatically send that message to the customer without needing the installer to do anything. My question is, by using Ring Central's SMS API do they have a system in which automated messages can be sent to customers?

I found in the RC Phone app how to trigger a custom URL when a phone call is receivedWe have multiple users and an option for first available. I don't want a new browser page to pop up every time the phone rings, it is counter productive. I just want it to pop when the call is answered. How can I set this up?

Is there a way to bulk delete voicemails within the desktop RC app/portal and or via the mobile app? I don't see an edit feature, and one-by-one deletion is pretty inefficient. Thanks.

Hello, we are a small business that is new to Ringcentral. One question we have as we set up the system is on Operator setup. Since we have multiple people check the company voicemail, in addition to each of us having our own voicemail, is it best to set up one user as the operator that everyone can log in and check or is it better to have a message only extension or is there another way that I don't even know about?
